Vacation rentals with breakfast in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

After some helpful calls with Tibouche, we arrived to a clean and welcoming space that was perfect for my 26th birthday party / New Years' celebration. Tibouche and her husband were very welcoming, and left us to orchestrate things ourselves. I'd recommend this lovely house to anyone wanting to have a big private party, although I'd take advantage of the BnB element of this house more than we did!

Great location and a lovely place to stay for us! Sarah was also kind enough to prepare tea, coffee, butter and jam for us. We had a great time.

We had a fantastic stay at Fiona's property over the Easter weekend and we have to say we could fault nothing. The space was airy, light and relaxing. The beds were so fresh and comfy. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equiped and thoughtfully stocked. We all agreed that not being bombarded with a huge book of house rules and instructions on arrival was so refreshing. Having a leisurely check out time of 11am was really appreciated too. We all adored the house and the stunning garden and would love to return in the future Fiona ... if you'll have us that is 😀

Charming farm estate in English countryside. Rooms were renovated and clean, the breakfast included was amazing therefore the overall stay was perfect. Would love to go back.

Nice and clean, easy to find and parking available

We love staying here and this was our third visit. It's perfect for my son and Andrew and Carol are really friendly and don't mind having a mad toddler running about their garden! Excellent breakfast and my son was very happy with his big bowl of fruit salad every morning and enjoyed the toast with apple jam as well.

We had a wonderful stay at Clowns guest house. The accommodation was a really high standard, the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting my cousin in the village. We would highly recommend Lydia’s place.

Loved James’ place 💖 We were visiting my friend nearby and how fortunate we were to stay at his place! It was so cozy and felt like home. The bed was very comfortable (we only slept in the master bedroom) and the modern kitchen was thoughtfully laid out. Quiet neighbourhood but super accessible to everything - short walk to grocery stores & nearby parks. Appreciated detailed instructions and recommendations! Will definitely come back and stay again (if James likes us :D) + also, spotted some cute wild foxes nearby! Very exciting!

I had to book a last minute trip and this was the perfect location, I was blown away at the location and thought this was great value for money immediately! It was such a nice touch being provided breakfast and tea to make and it was really what I needed after some long busy days. I’d recommend this as a perfect place to stay when visiting the Lincoln area and surroundings.

a lovely place to stay,ownwer Alison very helpful and only needed to phone if any issues,very clean ,could put heating on if needed items for breakfast, toilet roll, milk ,tea coffee sugar and bathroom toiletries were provided,as was towels and bedding , so close to town ,shops and restaurants but also close to slot if historical buildings and could have a quite walk down the quayside, a lovely apartment too , highly recommended place to stay ,great value for money too 😁 x

We stayed at Stuart's apartment for a weekend and were very happy with our stay. The apartment was clean, tidy, spacious and functional located a very short walk from the town centre with pubs, bars and restaurants all nearby. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Ipswich or just for time away to relax.

Great accommodation that was perfect for what we needed. The beach was a short walk away and the town was only a few minutes drive. Paul and Debs were excellent hosts. They were extremely responsive to any questions we had and gave plenty of recommendations for things to do during our stay. The accommodation was clean. The roads outside were quiet at night. The kitchen was as advertised and they included some food and refreshments which was lovely. A brilliant location with friendly hosts made for an excellent weekend.

AirBnB started with the premise that hosts would welcome travelers into their homes. It was/is a nice ideal: we travel the world to encounter people with experiences that may differ from ours. Miranda and Mark exemplify that notion. They clearly enjoy meeting people from all lands and provide a beautiful and comfortable place for them to stay. Stamford is a charming town. Just walking around the center is great entertainment. We only made an overnight stay while passing through but would have liked to spend more time.

Spotless and beautifully presented accommodation. Bathroom very clean and a great powerful shower. Breakfast items including milk and butter provided which was a lovely touch. Parking spot right outside the door which made it easy to move in and out.

The B&B was easy to find and perfectly located. We were met by Yosita upon arrival, despite our delays. Yosita made us feel at home immediately and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were exactly as described and totally met our needs. The breakfast was excellent, no matter what was ordered. We would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely stunning place , 'Pop ' the land lady was attentive, polite and super responsive. This is the place you go back to over and over again .

Excellent Stay, Delicious continental breakfast, Adjusted to our late arrival/ checkin request very quickly. Both were great and your suggestions for parking in Cambridge was really worth for us and saved lot of time.
