Highly recommended accommodation. Very spacious for the price, with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, and balcony. Clean, with plenty of natural light and great interior decoration. Good WIFI for remote working. Access to washer and dryer. The host lives downstairs. She is friendly, responsive, and respects your privacy. She has 2 cats that sometimes wander upstairs so you should consider that if you are highly allergic to dander. Nice neighborhood too. Street sweeping on Tue morning so parking can be tricky that day. Otherwise, you’ll find available spaces in the condo or street. I definitely plan to stay here again.

Joe was a great host! He responded instantly anytime I needed something and was so accommodating to us. Will definitely recommend this spot to everyone I know. Overall friendly and clean. Will be back!

I just spent almost four months at Erics cute little condo and I can say with heartfelt sincerity this is one of the most peaceful, quiet, relaxing Airbnb's I have ever stayed in. The couch is so comfortable I fell asleep on it almost every time I sat there. HA! Eric was incredibly responsive and extremely professional and kind - a 10 of a host for sure! The attached garage was a huge plus, especially for someone who frequently gets home late at night and while the condo is in a gated community in Irvine (how much safer can a location be...?) I still loved having the direct access into the condo. The bed is very soft but I just flipped the mattress over as I am one of the weirdo's who loves a very firm mattress. All in all, this was an amazing gem, in an awesome location with restaurants, shops, etc in walking distance and is very centrally located for all things Orange County. Without a doubt, if I need to rent an Airbnb in OC again, this will be my first choice.

This was a good place for a short stay. The host provided clear instructions in advance, making the check-in process smooth. The room and restroom were clean, though the restroom is shared with guests from three other rooms. The location is excellent—close to restaurants and Mitsuwa, which was very convenient. I’d recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!
