Nice place, welcoming host, we enjoyed our stay there

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Lee’s place and it doesn’t disappoint. It’s in a great location, walkable to the beach, bars and restaurants. The space is a great size with great amenities. Hoping to stay here again on my next visit to Newport.

Our family absolutely loved staying at this beautifully restored gem! The property effortlessly combines charming, classic details with all the modern amenities you could want. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home, thanks to the thoughtful touches throughout. The location was just a quick walk 1.5 blocks from to the beach. We especially appreciated the provided beach chairs, beach volleyball, and sand bucket. Inside, we had all the comforts we needed, from coffee pods to keep us going in the morning to the convenience of Uber Eats for groceries and essentials. The surrounding area was so walkable, too; we were able to explore a variety of nearby restaurants without needing a car. Street parking was ample too. Thank you!

Kim’s beachside villa is charming and cozy. It’s as described and quiet, I can appreciate the warm home like environment. Beautiful view and instant access to the beach as soon as you open the front door. The home had everything I needed to cook and maintain my stay. Kim is welcoming, attentive and proactive. I would book here again, for sure.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything we needed while still being quiet and peaceful. The apartment itself was spotless and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to extra blankets. The beds were very comfortable and one of the highlights was the lovely balcony/terrace - a perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee in the sun. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Stayed with Jacqueline before and her place is great. Very sweet and easy place to find. The timing tiki is very cozy and met our needs perfectly. Would stay again! Thank you!

Great location - close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Easy instructions to get into the unit. Washer/dryer was nice to have.

Michael’s place is very nice, clean, well stocked, and organized. The location is great. Walking distance to the beach and good restaurants. Michael was responsive and kind. Brought us cookies from the local bakery.

Lee and Nadia's house was perfect for our visit to Long Beach. We were the perfect distance from all of our activities, from the Belmont Christmas Parade less than a block away, to a short walk/drive to the beach and Marine Stadium for visiting friends and a race. The house was clean and well decorated, it was great to have off-street parking for a very crowded neighborhood, and Lee communicated regularly, was friendly, and had recs for the neighborhood. We were very comfortable in the home, and enjoyed our stay.

This place was amazing. Short walk got the sand. Has everything you need. The patio was nice for morning coffee and the host had great recommendations for local spots.

Great place steps away from the beach! We loved taking the beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys out with us to play. Would definitely recommend Lindsay’s place and we hope to visit again!

Our stay at this beautiful one bedroom condo was fantastic. Great location - can walk the boardwalk easily to anywhere. Condo was fully stocked - we made breakfast every morning in the kitchen. Patio was perfect for morning coffee or taking in a sunset.

Really lovely home, spacious bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, nice and clean and in a quiet area. After 2 months touring the USA this would be one of my top 3 stays.

This is a perfect get away, especially for our family! To have the pool and hot tub on-site is a very impressive amenity and this is our 5th time staying here. Great accommodations. The kitchen has everything you’ll need. Always a wonderful time!

Cute little beach pad. Well equipped, convenient to shops and restaurants and beach. Halfway between the wedge and Great surfing to the north. Fun spot for the family to meet and enjoy each other !

Amazing stay at Will’s place. Had a last minute staycation trip to LB and so glad this place was available. The location is right on the sand with a great view from the patio deck. Easy check in, super clean and comfy bed. He also accommodated my last minute request for later check out and was super nice! We will definitely be back.

Stay at Oksana’s place was great, especially if you have children. She has toys and amenities for the kids also. *note* parking is pretty difficult in the area and takes a bit of luck.

We've stayed in San Clemente several times in different places. This was by far the nicest of them all. Walkable to the pier, beach, and restaurants. For surfers, T-Street is very walkable down the beach path. Overall a great place and location in a really fun town. Great for a weekend getaway or a week of beach vacation.

We were a group of 4 and we were comfortable at Brian’s place. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the beach, couldn’t be more convenient. We would stay there again.
