Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Irvine

Lee and Nadia's house was perfect for our visit to Long Beach. We were the perfect distance from all of our activities, from the Belmont Christmas Parade less than a block away, to a short walk/drive to the beach and Marine Stadium for visiting friends and a race. The house was clean and well decorated, it was great to have off-street parking for a very crowded neighborhood, and Lee communicated regularly, was friendly, and had recs for the neighborhood. We were very comfortable in the home, and enjoyed our stay.

The home was exactly as described. The hosts were quick with responses to our questions. The hot tub was a wonderful way to relax after a long day. The home was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed I highly recommend this location and would definitely stay there again the neighborhood was safe and close to everything multiple grocery stores and Starbucks. It is close to the airport and SoFi you will hear the planes landing but it wasn’t that bad. Easy entrance and beautiful back yard. Well worth the price

Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to create a luxurious and comfortable experience. The hosts were beyond accommodating—due to an emergency with my husband, they graciously allowed us to check out late without any additional fees, which I greatly appreciated. Their kindness and understanding made a challenging situation much easier to handle. If you’re looking for a refined and comfortable place to stay with exceptional service, this home is an absolute gem. Highly recommend!

Cheryl is a great host, very responsive and quick to help out when I had a slight issue checking in. The place is small but comfortable and has everything you need. One of the few Airbnbs I've stayed in that has a pizza cutter! Yay! Keurig coffee maker with a few Kcups provided. Nice outdoor space but I did have a possum and two skunks come to visit! Good thing they kept tripping the motion sensor for the automatic lights so I knew when they were coming and could go scare them off before they became a problem.

Great stay at Oliver’s place. House was fully stocked with all the necessary amenities. The gas fire pit and outdoor space were a nice touch!

This place was perfect for our short stay in Cali. The outdoor areas were ideal for morning coffee and afternoon beer and wine. Upscale kitchen with lots of room. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom was spacious. We really appreciate our hosts allowing us to stay a few extra hours after checkout due to an evening flight out. We would stay again!

Good, wish there was more cleaning supplies like a broom or vacuum, and some more cooking utensils/sharp knives

Amazing staff, Alejandra is and absolute gem. Super hard working, literally came to drop off the keys 3 hours earlier due to a change of plans (on my part) without any frustration. The spot is clean as a whistle and beautiful. I enjoyed it so much I did the laundry for them just to be nice! The only gripe I have was the apartment not having a cash app code somewhere so I could have left a tip, I rarely carry cash but they would have deserved it!

Our family absolutely loved staying at this beautifully restored gem! The property effortlessly combines charming, classic details with all the modern amenities you could want. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home, thanks to the thoughtful touches throughout. The location was just a quick walk 1.5 blocks from to the beach. We especially appreciated the provided beach chairs, beach volleyball, and sand bucket. Inside, we had all the comforts we needed, from coffee pods to keep us going in the morning to the convenience of Uber Eats for groceries and essentials. The surrounding area was so walkable, too; we were able to explore a variety of nearby restaurants without needing a car. Street parking was ample too. Thank you!

Very clean place, very spacious and private. Matched the photos, had great ambience and lighting. Host was very responsive and communicated instructions clearly. Answered all our questions within minutes. Check in procedure was inconvenient, but host gave clear instructions. Getting to parking garage was difficult at times. However, overall the place was worth it and would definitely come again.

Georgetta was very pleasant and answered very quickly. Place is close to all the places we wanted to visit. Will book again.

Very nice. Quiet, private and safe neighborhood. About 15-20 minute walk to the restaurants bars and shops on 2nd Street. There are other places closer. The place is well equipped. Parking on Thursdays and Fridays can be a bit challenging in the mornings due to street sweepers. I would stay here again.

Manny was a very responsive host, readily available and helpful. The place is in a great, walkable neighborhood. There was filtered water in the refrigerator and the place was very clean. I'd suggest you buy your own ice if you have a cooler, which we had to do since we drove from san diego with some items that required refrigeration during transport. Instructions were easy to get in and it is great having a parking spot. It was less than 10 minutes away from where we were attending an event at Lifetime Fitness and much nicer than the (more expensive) hotel we stayed in last year for the same event. Would come back to this spot.

Amazing stay! The hosts were super helpful and always checked in and gave us recommendations. The building check in process was seamless and the instructions were perfectly detailed. Cute places to eat just on the same block and the apartment was quiet despite being downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location if you want to be in downtown LA like we did. Apartment was clean and spacey. Super clear instructions for checking in. Had all the basic amenities needed for a week long stay. Hosts are proactive and friendly communicators. Would definitely stay here again.

Michelle's place is a perfect location and feel right at home with everything you need in the home. Having a laundry area, garage space, and AC was amazing! My family and I will definitely be looking to rent again from Michelle again when we come back to Newport Beach. You could not ask for a nicer place with the location and all those amenities!

The condo is situated in an exclusive community and surrounded by multi-million-dollar homes. It was very quiet and the outdoor space is great for sipping coffee and relaxing. The place is outfitted with everything you need for a vacation, just bring clothes. The front-loading machines are thoughtfully placed on an elevated platform to reduce stooping in order to do laundry, important to my 89-year-old mom who was with us. We prepared Thanksgiving dinner for our family there and Paulette has outfitted the kitchen with every sort of pot, pan, baking tray, skillet, knife and utensil you could possibly need. There is a very nice Ralph's grocery only a mile away. nice restaurants nearby if you want to dine out. Nice proximity to the ocean. It is the most "at home" I have ever felt at a vacation property.

I would like to thank Kimberly for everything she has done. Her house is a great location. Our family enjoyed the stay and we highly recommend it. Everything is close by, the beach, the markets, the gas stations and all the restaurants.
