Custom Craftsman With Hot Tub Close to Ocean

Pass through the electronic gate and private entrance and indulge in the complimentary snacks on the fold-out leaf table. Fine interior touches include antique heirloom artwork and a serving tray, while outside 2-level seating and a fire pit await. We follow rigorous cleaning and sanitizing protocols from the CDC during COVID-19. We ventilate rooms, wash hands frequently, wear gloves, clean, then disinfect with bleach or 70% alcohol. Our cleaning crew focuses on frequently touches surfaces, incl light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, and faucets, and wash all linens at highest heat. Attention to detail prevails throughout the apartment. The craftsman style space includes custom cabinets, high/vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops and walk-in closet. Established trees can be viewed from the master bedroom picture window and private deck which gives the space a tree house effect. The space can comfortably fit up to 4 guests. We will provide a variety of organic breakfast items including coffee, orange juice, milk, cream, half & half, cereal, fruit, yogurt and breads/pastries. Wine will be available upon request. Guests have an electronic gate and their own private entrance.Guests have access to their own deck, complete kitchen and laundry facilities. Interaction with guests will be kept to a minimum in order to respect their privacy, however, we will be happy to assist any way possible to provide a great experience. We live in a separate location on site so we will be present during the guests stay. We love our neighborhood! If you love craftsman, California bungalow, custom and historical homes this is the place. There are parks, the Colorado Lagoon, Marine Stadium, 2nd Street with shops and great restaurants, and of course the beach all within walking distance. There are a variety of farmer's markets and in the summer local concerts in the park. There is public transportation (buses) nearby. There is plenty of street parking. We are conveniently located between LAX (25 minutes), Orange County (SNA) Airport (20 minutes) and Long Beach Airport (10 minutes). PLEASE BE AWARE OF STREET SWEEPING DAYS!! SIGNS ARE POSTED FOR THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AM STREET SWEEPING. Guests have an electronic gate and their own private entrance.Guests have access to their own deck, complete kitchen and laundry facilities. Admire the many historic craftsman and California bungalow homes in this tranquil neighborhood. Walk to the beach and catch a concert in the park. Lauren’s place is beautifully decorated, full of light (on 3 sides) and we felt right at home. She had a welcome basket for us, many interesting books, a speaker etc… the gardens around the condo are wonderful and full of flowers. The spas and pools are also great but you need to check with Lauren before abt the access.

My favorite air bnb experience I’ve ever had. The location is EXTREMELY beautiful. Very peaceful and quiet and perfect for solo time. Marina was super communicative and accommodating. There were tons of snacks and drinks, and I felt welcomed. Their indoor/outdoor cat Cleo was sooooo sweet and made me feel like I was at home! I’m really going to miss this special special place and am hoping to come back again!

Our only complaint is that we could hear the neighbors next door, but it wasn’t too bad. Very responsive hosts. Great property and well worth the money.

I throughly enjoyed my time at Liv's bungalow. It was very clean, decorated adorably (cozy) and she was so sweet to include a few refreshments for my late arrival/breakfast the following morning. (It was a huge help! Thank you!) I had reached out to her prior to my trip for some recommendations on groceries near by and she kindly printed out and left the recommendations for me on the coffee table. I was grateful for the a/c during the day and the heat during the cool evenings accompanied by a great selection of cozy blankets and pillows. It definitely felt like home and a place I wanted to bring my family back with me. I was sad to leave!

I had a lovely stay at this property in Laguna Beach. The home was impeccably clean, which I really appreciated. The pool area was absolutely beautiful—such a peaceful and relaxing space to unwind. I loved all the flowers 🌺 However, I did find the communication a bit confusing. There were several co-hosts involved, and I often wasn’t sure who I was speaking with. It made the experience feel a little impersonal. There are 5 different hosts/cohosts on this listing. That said, the place itself was wonderful and very well maintained. My daughter and I enjoyed every moment. Thank you for a great stay!
