Best time ever would recommend

we loved the hostel experience! the people were super respectful and quiet in the night! the room was ok , very simple . we loved having a pool! the hostel was well equipped . There was a full kitchen and there was enough space for everyone!

Really nice place. With great AC, and has everything you need and good kitchen, and hammocks and a pool aswell! We stayed next to some Americans on there spring break, so a little noisy in the evening, but they went out, so everything was nice and quiet:)

Very nice stay, the inn is in a very good location, not too far from the beach. We were warmly welcomed, the staff are friendly and proactive. Kitchen is well organized and equipped. Really nothing negative to say......I recommend this hostel to everyone

Casa Aura is a great place to stay at on the main road and beachfront, without the pain of being in the middle of the touristy section

Don’t miss this place, it’s a little paradise. Ernesto, the owner, mingled with the guests, was very outgoing and helped anybody that needed anything. The food was great!!! They made us a super breakfast, included in the price of the room and he served us a very nice chicken multi vegetable soup/meal for diner that was to die for. We went and relaxed in the cool water at the river right on his property. All kinds of animals all over the place. Excellent secure and plenty of safe parking on the premises. I definitely recommend this place and will return whenever I can. Thanks Ernesto, keep up the good work! Pura Vida!

We really had a great stay at Casa Aura. Would not hesitate to recommend to others looking for a very nice hostel, close to the beach, with beautiful surroundings and breakfast included. Great value for the money.

I wasn't going to post a review because I had a very few nits with the place that might have led me to give it less than five stars. There were basically only two regarding the place itself. The first was the lack of a lamp on the dresser next to the bed, which left the room lit by only the fan light in the ceiling and I found that to be a sadly lost opportunity for a warmer ambience. The other was that the floor in the shower was slippery and I had to be careful about not falling. I really didn't want to mention these things (I'm reviewing only because he reviewed me and I want to see what he wrote), as I told them to Manuel and I'm sure he'll correct both of them. In fact he said he had two lamps I could use, but it was already too late in the evening to bother. And I'm sure he'll put a mat in the shower. Everything else was fine, except there was confusion finding the place as several other reviewers have mentioned. I'll send him a better map. In general very highly recommended!

Excellent place to stay, include breakfast which is the typical dish of Costa Rica and they also have very good sati. A few steps away there are restaurants, pharmacies, tours and we could even enjoy surf lessons on the beach that is right in front of the place.

The atmosphere is relaxed and sociable, thanks to Leo and the other friendly guests, and the accommodations are comfortable and reasonably priced.

A very roots place that I recommend to anyone who wants a simple space surrounded by nature. Felino is very very nice and kind. The beach is a 30-minute walk away and the supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. If you go to Nosara and want a more authentic experience, it is 100% the place to stay!

The place is very well maintained. The bar and the restaurant are a real plus. Clean bedroom, quiet. The host is very friendly. I highly recommend!

I stayed at TamaHostel for a week and liked it a lot. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The dorms, bathrooms/showers, and kitchen were clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!
