Great location, very close to the beach. Close to the Father Rooster restaurant as well. Comfortably sleeps 4 people, great space for a family. Very easy to access and locals are very nice. Can be a bit loud at night but nothing bad. Would definitely recommend

Ron is a fantastic host and his place was perfect for our family of 4. The beach in front of the home was so peaceful and beautiful, and it’s a close drive to other lovely beaches as well. Inside was well appointed & the AC worked perfectly in every room. The sunset views from the patio were definitely something my family will always remember! Book Ron’s place… you won’t regret it!

We had a wonderful stay at Jake’s! The airbnb was exactly as advertised and very spacious with the bedrooms on the upper floor and kitchen and living room on the ground level. We also loved having the beach access and found Playa Longosta beach to be much nicer than Tamarindo beach.

We stayed for a month and being able to prepare meals was important. The kitchen was best! Every cooking utensile you would need was there. Scott meet us there in a driving rain and checked us in. The beach was very close. The pool was really nice and maintained every day. I hope to make a return visit soon!

Loved the location where we stayed. It was private for access but the back entrance was easy access to walk (5-10min) to the beach. It wasn't clear when yard custodians were coming for property mgmt - we weren't sure who was jumping the wall vs. coming in from the neighboring rental. I thought the pool was temp regulated a bit warmer, but we dealt fine. Would just recommend locking up your belongings before you leave, but would stay again!

The condo was literally on the beach and we enjoyed our stay. Being able to access the beach and run upstairs if we needed anything was a wonderful benefit. The place was comfortable and the view from the balcony was a perfect backdrop for coffee in the morning or just hanging out. We loved Costa Rica and will be back.

The apartment is new. It has two full bathrooms and the equipment of the place is excellent. It has everything for cooking, washer dryer with supplies inside the apartment. Sheets and towels all new. The rooms are spacious. It's a very comfortable apartment for families.

Jennifer's place is spectacular!!! Located in a very quiet and safe area, we were able to fully enjoy the beach, the garden and the terrace. We take a tour in the evening to experience bioluminescence just 5 minutes from the house with a local expert... Justin. These are the kind of totally enriching experiences that are off the beaten path. A place close to San Jose where we combine a short drive with the Tambor ferry. It's final... we loved it.

We loved our stay at Casa Miel! My wife and I couldn’t believe how amazing the property was! The location is a perfect walk to the beach and the house was perfect for our two young boys!

Jorge’s Villa Los Encinos is a great place to stay, offering a peaceful location near Parque Nacional Rincón de la Vieja and Liberia, away from crowds. It’s a great alternative to expensive mountain hotels, with a relaxing atmosphere surrounded by nature. Jorge, the host, is very hospitable and quick to address any issues, such as fixing a broken shower hose or light bulb. The villa has some minor shortcomings, such as missing blackout curtains and a lack of a dedicated workroom, but for the price, it’s a great value. The pool area is shared, not private as listed, and there may be construction noise nearby, though Jorge handled it promptly. Noise from animals, like barking dogs and roosters, is typical in Costa Rica. The kitchen lacks a table and chairs, but this can be worked around. Some cleanliness issues and outdated photos in the listing should be noted. Overall, the villa offers a wonderful, tranquil experience with a welcoming host.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Nia. Great location for walking and the pool was a nice way to cool down. Comfortable and easy with everything we needed. Leonie was a great host and gave us helpful tips! Thank you!

Excellent service, the place is beautiful and quiet

A true paradise with gorgeous views of the lake, birds, trees and sunsets. The property is even more beautiful than the pictures. Unique custom home built with attention to detail, with numerous spots to relax. Sunroom on the second floor was our fave for viewing the sunsets over the lake, and there were two living rooms, a bar for serving drinks, a courtyard, and a patio by the pool. The hand carved wooden master bed and other furniture is amazing. Everything you need to cook is there, and we celebrated Christmas with family. Comfortable beds, great showers., plenty of towels, and a washer/dryer. Close to activities and amazing restaurants (we loved Gingerbread, Cafe Corazon, the German Bakery, and in Fortuna was the Red Frog). Diego was super responsive and helpful, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Super quiet and private, well off the residential road. Spiral staircase to the master and two bedrooms, and short staircase to the other 3 bedrooms. True paradise!!!

We have already visited Pinilla on several occasions. For us its location and safety is most valuable. By joy, on this occasion our stay was up to par with the house and its hosts Veronica and Mahomet.

Chris’s condo is all we expected! Really nice property on the first floor of the Malinche complex with an awesome view. Communication with Chris was very fluent and he provided helpful instructions with images and videos. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Truthful Honest Feedback: The location was incredible. You are just a block away from the heart of Tamarindo, which means all the action is only a few steps away. The building is one of the oldest in Tamarindo, so it is not the fanciest, but the apartment is nicely renovated. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need, including a blender, containers, mixing spoons, etc., and the AC works well. I would say the only negative feedback I have is regarding the bed and pillows. Steph, if you have the chance, please improve this aspect. During the first night, we struggled to sleep because it was an adjustment from the comfort we were used to. Aside from that, the place and location were safe, calm, and remarkably well-situated. Honestly, if you are new to Tamarindo, I recommend this location because you are so close to everything.

We absolutely loved Patrick’s place! It was everything we hoped for and more. We felt right at home and safe at all times. Everything is extremely walkable - the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Patrick was easy to communicate with, and very quick to respond to any and every question we had. Thank you so much, Patrick! We were also amazed by every detail that was thought of, to make sure we had the best possible stay (kitchen supplies, beach chairs, grocery bags, picnic bag- you name it)! We hope to be back in the very near future!

Daphne's place was perfect four our family of six and we loved our stay! The condo was in great condition and we took advantage of the full kitchen to prepare some breakfasts and lunches so we didn't have to eat our every meal. The clubhouse and pool were conveniently located just next door to the building and our kids loved swimming and we enjoyed the beautiful views over the golf course. It was also so nice having the amenities of Reserva Conchal available - we swam at the beach club, used the kayaks in the ocean, and worked out in the gym - all were convenient and fun. And to top it off, Daphne was a fantastic host. Her communications for check-in and check-out were helpful and clear and she provided us with a great guidebook of local activities and attractions to help make our stay more enjoyable. We really couldn't recommend her or her place higher!

Incredible condo with spectacular views. We had no complaints with the home. Alejandro and BlueZone were incredibly helpful with all requests, recommendations and we couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Lovely slice of paradise Sean has. Gorgeous view. We often walked down to the beach. Just outside his front door are steps. 2 flights down is ground level and 2-300 feet ahead is the beach. To the far left and right are rock outcroppings which I found meditative to sit on and watch the waves “crash” onto. Sean is consistently quickly responsive - and a nice guy! For restaurants Coco Loco and the long Playa Flamingo beach in front of it has a great vibe and quite good food. It’s not large so you may need to wait several minutes. Sunset there is stupendous. We also loved Tandor, in town. Pretty evident why it’s rated 4.9.
