The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach! The provided beach chairs were a thoughtful touch, and being so close to La Buena Vida Beach Club was a huge bonus with its pool, delicious food, and refreshing drinks. CJ and his team were fantastic—responsive, helpful, and attentive. This spot offers incredible value and is ideal for anyone looking to enjoy Akumal’s charm. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay, the place had everything advertised, a swimming pool, good quality wifi, air-conditioned areas, a laundry area, a bathroom with hot water, and communication with Juan was very attentive and he resolved all our doubts. The place is very quiet, clean, tidy, definitely a good place to rest, we will return on another occasion!

We rented Villa Hurakan for our ourselves and our wedding guests in January 2025. The photos of the home do not do it justice! There were 18 of us staying at the home and everyone had their own space and privacy but there was also plenty of space for everyone to come together to enjoy the home together. Jeremie was so helpful both before the trip and during, he organized transportation and massages and was extremely responsive. Martin and his team prepared amazing food - we were impressed and enjoyed every meal. I 100% recommend Villa Hurakan to anyone looking for a peaceful and private vacation in Akumal.

We stayed at Jen's cute apartment for two months and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. It was ideal for two couples, with two good sized bedrooms, comfortable beds, ensuite bathrooms, a small but well equipped kitchen, plus a TV and air conditioning in every room. We often had our coffee on the patio and were excited to see monkeys and Kudamundi in the trees. We walked every day along the beaches, and snorkeled often in the lagoon. If we needed anything or had questions, we contacted Jen who responded right away. We agree with Jen's recommendation of having a car to enjoy the area more fully. Taxis are very expensive! However, we managed to get around using the Colectivos, (very inexpensive), which come along the highway frequently. There is a wading pool that is perfect for cooling off, comfortable loungers and umbrellas, plus a lovely shaded area to sit and read. Edgar, the manager, VERY kindly took us grocery shopping on our first day, and brought us back!! A memorable holiday.
