Vacation rentals with a patio in Grand Sirenis

The condo is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The modern decor, cozy furnishings, and little details made it feel like a home away from home. The location is unbeatable—nestled in a peaceful setting yet close enough to easily access all the best beaches, restaurants, and attractions. Having beach club access was also a nice added bonus! We used it twice at La Zebra, and it was absolutely worth it. A quick heads-up—the road leading to the condo is currently undergoing some construction, so there are a few bumps and potholes along the way. It’s nothing major, but I’d recommend renting an SUV for a smoother ride. The drive is still easy and totally worth it though! The host was incredibly responsive, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. It’s rare to find a place that exceeds expectations, but this one truly did.

The location was fantastic and easy to find. It’s two blocks from 5th avenue and an extremely short walk to the beach. The front desk staff were very friendly and the private deck of the property was a favourite space for us. The rooftop pool was fantastic and the bar up there provided cheap beverages, good food and the bartenders were great! The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and had air conditioning as well as a ceiling fan which made it comfortable for us to sleep. Last but not least, the property manager Renzo was easily the best property manager we’ve had since we started going to Mexico years ago. Really, really responsive, friendly and helpful which made this trip even better. Highly recommend this property.

The condo is located only a few blocks from Quinta Avenida, the main tourist strip in Playa del Carmen, but far enough away to not hear noise from the bars and restaurants at night. It is even closer to a large supermarket, making the location good for longer stays. While the view from the windows overlooks a neighbouring rooftop, the area in the back is great for a private outdoor space to relax.

The condo is an excellent value in a great location! We were a group of 3 women and we balanced the number of meals we ate out with some breakfast and dinners in, and the kitchen was well stocked with pans and cutlery for cooking. We really appreciated the 2nd bath for privacy and getting ready to go out. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was fine, the small place, but in the end it was comfortable for my little family. Very clean and accessible to the pool two steps away, we loved it we hope to return soon! Although we did not meet Ibra personally, we did not have any problems, the check-in was quick and everything was in time and form.

The stay is very pleasant. It has everything you need to accommodate a family of 9 without a problem. The host was very attentive and kind to resolve our questions and needs. It has a supermarket 5 minutes away by car. The residential development is generally quiet. The beach by car is close. Thank you so much!

I visited for girls trip with friends and we had a wonderful time. We loved having our own private beach with plenty of seating. The views are beautiful and the ocean was easy to swim in and enjoy. Victor facilitated onsite massages and Carlos did a wonderful job cooking our meals. We are all going through ceviche withdrawal now. We hope to be back someday soon!

100% recommended, the house is very spacious, you feel very comfortable, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay, the pool is large and has a wading pool for the little ones, it is inside a residential development with security and is located right next to a Walmart for shopping, I would definitely come back. Communication with the host was always prompt and very attentive.

Hiccups! What hiccups?! was their response . meaning how quick they would respond to any of my unforseen encounters. I would recommend this rental to anyone. I stayed here for a month. The only time I started to get sad was when I only had 3 days left. The property was clean(unit and grounds) The dwelling was perfect. You will need nothing. Just come and enjoy yourselves . I wanna once again thank all the participants who was apart of making this month of my life filled with good memories.

The hosts are very proactive. They respond very quickly. The house is really beautiful, cozy and well decorated. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay. There are also all the essentials for the children. The neighborhood is quiet and secure. Local restaurants, grocery stores, and shops are close by. We recommend it without hesitation.

I had an incredible stay at Rosa's place! She was a wonderful host, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Her communication was exceptional; she coordinated all our car services seamlessly, making our travel stress-free. When a friend got hurt, Rosa even arranged for a doctor to come to the house, showing her care and attentiveness. I highly recommend staying with Rosa for a truly worry-free and pleasant experience.

As others have said, Karey was very responsive every step of the way. She left bottled water and coffee to get us started. The condo is in a good location: easy to get a golf cart tram, or walk to the Sian Kaan lobby for information and transportation options to the beach or town or other resorts. The front desk can quickly explain free and paid access options to the restaurants and beaches. The new mini market is a great addition and less than a 5 minute walk. Stop by Simona next door for breakfast! Overall, it was a great deal. It only took us a day or two to get the lay of the land so we could enjoy everything offered.

Safe and beautiful apartment. Temperature always right since all room have individual cooling system. Spacious bedroom and bathrooms. I loved this place .

Amazing location. Right between the beach and avenida 5. A wagon full of toys to take to the beach. You can sit on the balcony and watch the Playa scene go by.

The hosts were accommodating throughout my entire stay. Mario was always there to help and every time I had a question he would always respond within a timely manner. When I asked to be checked out a little bit later Mario said yes without hesitation. I had a wonderful time at the Airbnb and would definitely recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a beautiful place to stay near the beach with the family. I can’t thank the hosts enough for everything they’ve done and hope to be there soon again.

This was the best place I have ever stayed. Everything was nearby, so even though it rained heavily, I could access everything on foot. The interior space was exactly as shown in the photos, and it was very clean. I was very satisfied with the value for the price.

We were here for 2 months. The condo is in a great location central to many fabulous restaurants and a fancy grocery store. It is exactly like the photos. Lovely view with a private balcony. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Juan and the other staff were helpful and friendly. The host, Steve, gave us many great local suggestions. Highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay in Half Moon Bay. The condo is clean and as described in the listing. The daily cleaning service was nice as we always had clean towels and a clean space. The location is ideal as there is great food in close proximity. We loved the Jungle Cafe that is just across the way. The unit could use some updating but is generally in good condition. Cherri was a little slow to respond when contacted but ultimately check in was smooth and easy. We would definitely like to return.

We stayed for the weekend and loved it! It's a very cozy and quiet apartment, super clean and with great amenities and parking. Kina was very friendly, answered rather quickly and was flexible with our situation. We would love to stay here again whenever we come back to Playa!
