Vacation rentals with a patio in Grand Sirenis

This was a great space for an extended stay. The apartment was fully stocked with appliances we could use. There are plenty of cafe’s and restaurants in walking distance.

The place is exactly as listed. Carlos and Augustina were so helpful, kind and responsive. The location was very central to tulum centre, La Veleta, and the Beach but you do need some kind of e-bike or scooter to get around regardless of where you stay in Tulum. I suggest for e-bikes tulumrentalco The actual building is super quiet and I never heard neighbours or parties. The concierge is always there and the building felt super secure as a single woman. The place was spotless clean and I am very picky about cleanliness. It's near a 7-11 and OXXO and some good taco shops. It was the perfect size for me. The bed was comfortable - not too soft and not too hard. Overall, the place is amazing value and I would stay again. The decor was nice and everything looked new. Thank you Carlos and Augustina!

Lovely, secluded-feeling place in the middle of a busy tourist area. Close to shopping, restaurants and activities yet is quiet and peaceful. Would recommend to friends and family.

10/10 I love this place, I would definitely come back again, everything was like in photos and in the description, the communication is very good they immediately endorse, the center is close to the place and the beaches, only the restaurant was in remodeling but next week it will be working, the pools I love and more the one that is up.

Family vacation over New Years. Seven of us ranging in age from 4 to 77. Adolfo was quick to answer any questions prior to our stay. Victor kept the home and outdoor areas spotless and was extremely helpful. Carlos cooked us two dinners. AMAZING! Almost all other meals were at Beached Bikini, right next door. We flew into Tulum, which was super convenient. Beach was pretty much private, beautiful, great for wave jumping. Pool was nice and warm. Easy drive to Akumal Beach, where you’ll find tons of restaurants, shops, services. Fantastic stay, highly recommend!

The hosts are very proactive. They respond very quickly. The house is really beautiful, cozy and well decorated. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay. There are also all the essentials for the children. The neighborhood is quiet and secure. Local restaurants, grocery stores, and shops are close by. We recommend it without hesitation.

Rosa saved the day! She went out of her way to help organize safe transport, help find a rental car, and have a late/same day check-in when originally plans at a dirty hotel fell through. The trip would have been cancelled without her beautiful accommodations and generous help. Thank you Rosa! We loved staying with Maria, she and her team were always responsive and accommodating. We never were bothered unnecessarily and the space was mostly accurate in description. We did not know the upstairs bedroom was only connected with outside stairs so that would be good to have in the description. Otherwise, a tremendous stay we felt safe and taken care of!

I selected this apartment for a week-long trip to PDC with my family and my in-laws based largely on the size (two bedrooms) and the pictures of the beautiful balcony and garden. I feel as though we really lucked out in terms of location - the apartment was near enough to 5th Ave and the beach to walk, but far enough to be in a tranquil neighbourhood. There were so many nice restaurants nearby, as well as a grocery store a couple of blocks away. I highly recommend this unit. As others have mentioned, the property manager Sandra is wonderful and friendly.

Amazing location. Right between the beach and avenida 5. A wagon full of toys to take to the beach. You can sit on the balcony and watch the Playa scene go by.

The hosts were accommodating throughout my entire stay. Mario was always there to help and every time I had a question he would always respond within a timely manner. When I asked to be checked out a little bit later Mario said yes without hesitation. I had a wonderful time at the Airbnb and would definitely recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a beautiful place to stay near the beach with the family. I can’t thank the hosts enough for everything they’ve done and hope to be there soon again.

marian's apartment is excellent. Very well located, steps from Coco Bongo and the 5th. On the way around you have a full OXXO. The Dpto has a lot of elements that will make your stay very comfortable, as if you were at home. The full suuuuper kitchen. the washer and dryer were of great help. It has handbags for the supermarket and other thermal for going to the beach. Eloiza was very responsive and instantly responded to our inquiries. I highly recommend this apartment. It was definitely an excellent choice

This was the best place I have ever stayed. Everything was nearby, so even though it rained heavily, I could access everything on foot. The interior space was exactly as shown in the photos, and it was very clean. I was very satisfied with the value for the price.

We were here for 2 months. The condo is in a great location central to many fabulous restaurants and a fancy grocery store. It is exactly like the photos. Lovely view with a private balcony. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Juan and the other staff were helpful and friendly. The host, Steve, gave us many great local suggestions. Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed for the weekend and loved it! It's a very cozy and quiet apartment, super clean and with great amenities and parking. Kina was very friendly, answered rather quickly and was flexible with our situation. We would love to stay here again whenever we come back to Playa!

My mom and I stayed at Carmen’s condo in Cozumel and it was perfect! Just south of San Miguel, it was close enough to town we could run in for a quick dinner but far enough away to avoid the crowds. It’s right across from the popular money bar beach club so we always were just steps away from the beach and snorkeling. Inside, the bed was very comfortable and the blackout blinds made sure we got a great night sleep. The condo was spotless and very secure, with a guard who monitors who comes in and out of the front of the building. We will definitely be back!
