Vacation rentals with a patio in Grand Sirenis

Beautiful complex with 24 hour security. So many restaurant’s nearby, walking distance to the supermarket (chedraui) just a perfect place to explore the beautiful city of Tulum. Complex has plenty of parking available so you can rent a car, scooter or a bicycle with no worries. Highly recommend if you want to have a great time/stay in Tulum.

It was a great stay, great place for a family of 5. Close to 5th avenue. Walkable to the beach. Close to main parks, like xcaret, tulum and others. Staff was very polite and friendly. Highly recommend 👌

Wonderful modern condo and with great free weights! Very private and quiet even though there was construction next door. It’s surrounded by other modern condos and construction. Once all the development is done, it’s going to be quite the hub. Until then, the roads to this area are terrible but in the end it was worth it for such a great space at a reasonable cost. In just the 4 days we were there, the roads were improving. Development is happening quickly. Don’t just follow GPS, at each intersection, look for the best road since you can zig zag your way there. Also, it seems people don’t follow the one way direction on some of the nicest roads if there’s 2 lanes.

10/10 I love this place, I would definitely come back again, everything was like in photos and in the description, the communication is very good they immediately endorse, the center is close to the place and the beaches, only the restaurant was in remodeling but next week it will be working, the pools I love and more the one that is up.

The listing for this space was accurate. Beautiful unit, and in a great location close to restaurants, malls and beaches. The kitchen was very spacious, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool had an amazing view of Playa Del Carmen. Check in was quick and easy as well. The host was kind and proactive in providing instructions, tips and any other information needed. My group and I enjoyed our stay here very much.

FANTASTIC! Overall, a wonderful experience. Not a thing I would say was a negative; however, I'll make two notes - (these are by no means meant as a negative, just notes that I think future renters should know about their potential stay) 1) The common area (kitchen, living room, bathrooms) are not air conditioned. It's not a big deal because you're outside most of the time, but occasionally, the heat in the kitchen and bathrooms can be uncomfortable when using them. 2) There will be two amazing folks at the property from about 0730 to 1630/1530 daily who are cleaning, refreshing towels and other supportive efforts for your stay. I can't say enough how nice and professional these folks are, and as much as they try and stay out of the way, they are there with you during your stay. Again, this was not a problem for us, but if a future renter wants true privacy, especially in the home and the grounds, this may be something to consider. I absolutely recommend this property! We were with my wife my two children and my mother, staying 4 nights and we really enjoyed peace and comfort. A very cozy house that adjusting to the price. If you go on vacation I recommend it. FRANCOIS, fantastic, is always attentive to everything.

We booked this place for a guys trip. We were pretty close to Mayakoba PGA course. Very fun and beautiful! Close enough drive to downtown area for the action but far enough for it to be quiet and get a good nights rest. A/C in each room is a plus. Gated community and only a 30 minute drive from Cancun airport. House is clean and as pictured and as described. Kitchen had everything we needed. I would stay here again.

Alberto, Sandra and Hilda were very kind during our stay in the apartment. I would definitely recommend it and come back on my next visit to Playa del Carmen. The location is good and the area is nice, as it has supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. The beach is a 10 minute walk, approximately.

I stayed here with my family for 5 days and we had a great time. The house was very close to the beach, was well stocked with cooking supplies, water, and beach towels. The kids were excited about all of the beach toys, boogie boards and games. It was nice to have air conditioning. Ron and Jovana were very responsive and were helpful when the power went on their block forany hours. It was loud at night due to the music from the restaurant across the street, but the ear plugs were helpful. Having and washer and dryer was very convenient and it was lovely to be close to the Super Chedraui (awesome grocery store) and the track at the stadium. We would definitely stay here again.

The hosts were accommodating throughout my entire stay. Mario was always there to help and every time I had a question he would always respond within a timely manner. When I asked to be checked out a little bit later Mario said yes without hesitation. I had a wonderful time at the Airbnb and would definitely recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a beautiful place to stay near the beach with the family. I can’t thank the hosts enough for everything they’ve done and hope to be there soon again.

Nice apartment at PA entrance clean and tidy with all amenities available.

We were very comfortable on the north end of the island where the condominium is located. The views from the condo is fabulous and the waterfront was stunning. I spent a good deal of time swimming in front and around the Caribbean in front of the condo and saw many barracuda fish and bright tropical fish. Walking into town or further on the north end is lovely and felt very safe.

Communication was seamless. Concept of Botanical is gorgeous. The common pool is designed like a cenote and has a very peaceful vibe. We enjoyed the patios especially in the mornings for bird watching (toucans!). The condo was spotless and was just like the photos. The location is a bit out of the way but we took it in stride and rode taxis, rented bikes and even walked to town once. The lack of amenities nearby is a bit of a strain so you need to plan your outings to pick up what you need if you aren’t keen on spending 400-500 MXN each way to town for supplies. At least until the neighborhood catches up with the construction. The AC was our only issue because the units are set to turn off when the desired temp is reached and conservation appears to be the reason. We were on board with conserving electricity but getting up several times in the night to turn them on again when it gets too hot did not equal a restful sleep for three middle age Canadians LOL. Lovely spot though. Lovely.

Everything was excellent, I recommend it 100%, very comfortable, and nice, good location, everything was very close to the excellent bed. Without a doubt my next vacation will be with kina again.

Large, modern and wonderfully appointed condo with ocean views near nice restaurant and beaches. Carmen and Angelica were exceptional hosts who were communicative and attentive to all our needs. Would definitely return the next time we are in Cozumel!
