Vacation rentals with a fireplace in East Sussex

Such a cozy and welcoming place! The host was super responsive and made everything easy. Loved the little touches around the space—would definitely stay here again.

Wow Wow Wow..... Enjoyed a 4night break here last week for mums 65th birthday, brought all the family which ranged from 4 - 70yrs old and we loved it! The house, the bedrooms and the gardens are beautiful! The pool is super, the kids couldn't wait to get in every morning. The older ones enjoyed the tennis courts and pool table. The kitchen was a fantastic size for us all to gather for meals and mini parties, it has everything you could possibly need. Bathrooms are well equipped with shampoo and body wash, towels and hair dryers. The lounge is cosy and there are books and games. We also enjoyed nature walks straight from the garden. Unfortunately, we didn't get round to trying out the local pub, hopefully next time! Thank you to Emma and co for warm greeting and showing us round, with clear instructions and lovely send off. Thank you to Sophie for the recommendations on local activities etc and quick responses. Highly recommend a stay at Spring Farm!

I cannot recommend Sophie's cottage highly enough. It's in a perfect location for everything you may need, the cottage is beautiful and has every amenity supplied. It was spotlessly clean and so comfortable. We had a wonderful stay

We had a fantastic stay over Christmas. On arrival we had Prosecco and chocolate which was a very thoughtful touch. Rebecca’s house is fun and quirky, it has a very well equipped kitchen, comfy beds with lovely clean linen and fluffy towels, there were even lots of fun board games. It is a beautiful location and we would love to go back in the summer.

Lovely little character Victorian terraced house, a short walk from the centre of Tunbridge Wells. Jen's communication was excellent and we really appreciated her flexibility regarding cehck-in. The sitting room was extremely cosy with the log burner alight, and the separate dining room with a good solid table was a bonus. The kitchen is compact but well-equipped and had everything we needed to cook an Easter roast! Both bedrooms are a good size for a cottage with comfortable beds and high quality bed-linen. Andy’s place is a beautiful house just outside the hub of Hastings old town. I was very impressed by his excellent communication and recommendations, even more so by how gorgeous the house was. Of course Blue, the friendly cat, must get a mention for how calm and lovely he is. I would wholeheartedly recommend this for a stay if you are in Hastings

Beautiful cottage, extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Perfect location for train into Brighton during Marathon weekend. Did not want to leave! Will definitely be booking again in the future.

Perfect house - we were a group of 8 old friends reuniting with a weekend away and it couldn’t have been a better place. Clean spacious house, super comfortable beds and great kitchen area with lovely garden for BBQs and ping pong table was great. Walking distance to the beach and Rye just a bit further. Will be back!!

We booked The Crow’s nest as we were attending a Wedding in the Town Hall with the reception at The George. Fantastic location in between both. The property is absolutely stunning, three super comfy beds and plenty of space for three of us. Kitchen was well stocked which was lovely. The products used were also lovely, soap and shower gel etc. Thank-you so much for a lovely stay.

Very charming flat in the city centre of Rye. Perfect location, close to all the little cafes, shops, pubs… We loved our stay and we will definetly come back again! Thanks for hosting us!

We love St Leonards - this is our second trip - and find the air bnb selection is pretty top notch, but this apartment is exceptional! Beautifully decorated with peaceful surrounding views of the sea - we had a really wonderful stay. The weather didn’t play ball but we played board games & read books by the seaside in our gorgeous ‘home’. Short walk to St Leonards with good restaurant and shop selection & if you go a bit further Hastings. Couldn’t recommend this home enough - just be ready to climb the stairs to the top (the views are worth it!)

We really enjoyed our New Year week stay at Sea Sure, great location, right on the seafront, but close to local pubs, cafes, shops and restaurants. Paid parking right outside was cheap and easy to organise via the Ringo app and free parking was available nearby too. Ideal for dog walking on the beach at low tide or on the very well maintained promenade at sunrise and sunset and in Egerton Park, just a short walk away. The basket of goodies to welcome us was much appreciated and the property was cosy, comfortable, well decorated, beautifully clean and lovely and warm on what turned out to be a couple of stormy winter days. Best place to stay in Bexhill I would say, thanks so much Gemma and Marc.

Me and my friend went for a couple of nights to get away and escape the city. It was right on the beach, extremely clean and a really lovely space with beautiful art. We visited the castle near by which was also great. Julie was lovely over message and we will definitely be coming back !.

Super beautiful home! It’s so nice to view the sea indoor during winter time. This home is too cosy I don’t even wanna go out while staying here.

The Camber Beach House is such a special place! The house is absolutely stunning, unbelievably homely and has everything you may want or need! The garden is divine, the shared spaces are well organised and exceptionally decorated and the bedrooms are generous and comfortable. It is rare that a stay looks even better in real life than in photos, but everything was exactly as described but even more amazing. We loved exploring the art and finding hilarious gems hidden across all rooms. The host, Jeani, is the kindest person and she proactively send us all details with clear instructions, offered us early check-in and late check-out and made sure to share local recommendations that made our stay even more special. Little Rock is a fabulous property in a stunning location. This part of East Sussex/Kent border is really interesting and the countryside is lovely. The main room kitchen/lounge are is huge and very comfortable with lovely views over the country side with the small railway spur line at the bottom of the valley, (we were lucky to see the Spa Railway steam train both days we stayed). Bedrooms were all well decorated and very clean and the ones with ensuite facilities were huge. The kitchen and utility room were both extremely well appointed and we did a lot of cooking but did not run short of pots and pans etc etc. We would not hesitate to recommend Little Rock and all 9 of us were very sad to leave.

This was our second stay. The home is spacious and has great amenities, spotlesslyclean too. The local beach is fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay for NYE at Ingram House! The bar area was a great space to relax in and the dining room and lounge area were also lovely. There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable! Highly recommend a stay here!
