Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in East Sussex

Tamsin’s air bnb was absolutely perfect! The gorgeous house is a quick walk into the North Laines and was so comfy and cosy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much Tamsin!

We had a wonderful weekend for my mother's birthday. Beach, even when the weather was wild, was beautiful. Adrian was a great host. Plenty of space in the house for everyone.

We had a fantastic stay at the barn this November. Michelle was a great communicator for any questions I had which made the whole process effortless. The owners are lovely and the barn exactly as described. Hoping to return in the Summer to be able to take advantage of the pool.

Dominic's place is in a great location and has a nice parking space right next to the door. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our 10 day stay. The kitchen is compact but has everything you need for preparing meals at home. It also has a washer/dryer that works very well. Dominic was quick to respond to my messages and a very accommodating host. It was really easy to walk downtown from the house and there were two local grocery stores close by so we only needed to use the car for our trips outside Tunbridge Wells to see some of the local castles, historic homes and gardens. The beds and sofas were very comfortable and I really enjoyed the large bathtub. Both bedrooms had plenty of drawers and space to hang clothes. There was a nice patio but we didn't use it because the weather was cold and rainy. We would definitely stay here again.

Lisa’s house was an excellent venue for our stay. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable. I would recommend this venue to others wishing to stay in Eastbourne.

Fabulous house with lots of character. Comfortable beds and excellent facilities. Very helpful with check in. Husband is on oxygen which had to be delivered. They were extremely helpful and flexible with delivery and collection. This is not always the case with other air b&bs. Our dogs loved the secure garden! Thankyou!!

Dominika and lukas were polite and helpful hosts and their home was clean and very comfortable. Before arrive the hosts sent me instructions on how to get in, how to use the hot tub, how to use the heaters etc… very clear and helpful instructions! This meant that I didn’t need to keep messaging them during my stay I could just refer to the instructions, very handy! Upon arrival the home was spotless and the hosts had left some snacks for us, I had mentioned to them that we had kids too so it was sweet of them to do that! Apart from that the beds were comfortable, the bath was lovely, there were puzzles and games that we enjoyed playing, hot tub was great even the play area in the garden was such a great addition! Kids played there for ages. Other than the house the area itself is very good, 3 minute drive to the beach and overall very peaceful and relaxing place to be! Thank you very much Dominika and Lucas for a great experience!

Quiet and private but close enough to the Marina or the City when we needed to be out and about. What a beautiful home full of character! the host, Jo, was just delightful and incredibly helpful and accommodating. Despite our stay being on a blustery storm like evening, Jo ensured we were still able to make use of the fantastic hot tub, even providing plastic bags to keep our towels dry! Monty, a charming ginger tabby, greeted us at the door upon arrival. The apartment had gorgeous wooden beams, floor to ceiling, and was well equipped. There was board games to play and televisions in both the bedroom and living area. Although an old property, it was very well heated inside and the roof top terrace was a wonderful addition. It was a shame the weather didn't allow for a morning breakfast outside. We had the best time and Jo made it all the more enjoyable!! highly recommend!!

What a lovely spot, right in the Kemptown village, just far enough away from the centre of town to have a lovely village feel, but close enough for a quick walk straight into the hustle and bustle of the city. Stunning flat with everything you need, lovely courtyard, a perfect place to relax for the weekend. There are loads of coffee shops, breakfast spots, pubs right near the house. If you pop down the sea front there’s a whole Sea Lanes area with a public swimming pool, more restaurants and bars, fantastic part of the city. I highly recommend you come and stay with Caroline - fantastic all round.

Jill’s place is an absolute gem! The apartment is absolutely beautiful, and spotlessly clean. It’s also thoughtfully furnished, it feels comfortable and homely, very welcoming - they even provided coffee and biscuits! It’s in a great location, and came with a comprehensive guide with things to do in the area - they even gave us tips on where to park. Communication was clear and proactive, we had no problem finding the place and checking in/out. Well priced too! It’s in Kemptown which is a fantastic location, right on the seafront and near a lovely cocktail bar and local cafes, but still quiet at night. It’s about a 15 minute walk into the main town. Definitely recommend if you’re visiting Brighton!

Apartment was right next to the sea. Three huge bedrooms with big double beds. Well-equipped kitchen.

Great stay, the apartment is lovely and right next to the beach, in walking distance of shops. Would definitely stay again.

My daughters and I came down to Hastings for a party and stayed one night. Dan's is a lovely place. It was warm and comfortable despite the December gusty winds and freezing temperatures. It is full of gadgets which the girls found a lot of fun. It's very close to the ocean and there is a convenient little shop a few yards away. Dan also left some wine and staples in the fridge which was so kind. I highly recommend staying here. Also dog friendly but it is very clean and well-managed.

It is only 5-8 mins walk to the train station ( up & down slopes) , a bit hard if you have large suitcase like me. Unit decor is really beautiful and unique, kitchen is well equipped with a giant refrigerator but I didn't have chance to use it. Bathroom really clean and water pressure is satisfactory. Bedroom is small and cozy, mattress us a bit too soft for me. There is a share laundry room which is locked and Deborah unlocked it while she realized I have the needed. It is a marvelous place to stay, only living room windows all locked, I guess it all about safety measure. I'd definitely recommend this lovely unit if anyone who travel to Hastings !

David's flat is beautiful. Perfect location and everything you need for a short stay in Brighton. He has thought of everything and more. My daughter and I had a lovely stay and David was accommoding and responsive to my questions. I would definitely re visit this perfect home from home again. Thank you for everything David.

Steven's place was nothing short of beautiful! He had very tasteful furniture and unique pieces from his travels which made the place very homey and unique! It was very spacious and honestly exceeded expectations. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back! Thank you for being a great host!

Paul was a great host he met us at the flat and was very helpful showing us around the place and providing a local map with local attractions,restaurants and pubs. The flat was easy walking distance from the station. A Wonderful selection of breakfast was supplied. The flat was spotlessly clean and modern and warm. Paul is a wonderful host and we will definitely book Paul again in the future. Fingers crossed we hope he has availability

A wonderful flat right on the seafront in Seaford. Views out to sea, the beach across the road, and walking distance from the town centre and station. The flat is well designed and had everything we needed for a lovely family holiday. We took the train to Brighton one day, and had a beautiful walk in Cuckmere Haven.
