Agnieszka’s place was perfect for us. Easy to find with clear instructions. The space has been beautfully decorated and was immaculately clean. We would highly recommend.

Wonderful light and airy apartment with views of the pier and breath taking sunsets. Perfect position for a few days exploring Brighton - lots of lovely touches in the flat like lots of coffee pods, shampoo etc in the showers - all messages responded to very promptly. Would highly recommend.

Such a beautiful location. We couldn't get enough of the view we had out of the windows, and had the loveliest time. You can walk to St. Leonard's and Hastings Old Town in not much time at all -- both have a surprising amount to offer. Also a short walk to train station; I really recommend going to Rye. Overall, a wonderful stay! Richard was hugely helpful and understanding.

Lovely centrally located apartment Wendy is a great host, who provided all the information required without having to ask. We had enquired about a thicker duvet on one of the nights, and Wendy had her housekeeper deliver brand new linen the following morning which was greatly appreciated! Would definitely book again, and recommend to all visiting Hastings

Really enjoyed our four nights’ stay in this beautiful apartment with fabulous views of the marina. It is a great base for exploring Brighton and being a twenty or so minutes’ walk from the centre, is very peaceful and private. Buses run regularly from the marina for when the weather is inclement. Emma and Andrew are very generous hosts, allowing our daughter and her partner to check in early after their flight from France. They left us a bottle of Prosecco as a welcome gift and were keen to know we had settled in. They were responsive and communicative at all times and made us feel very welcome. With two dedicated parking spaces and three en suite bathrooms , one of which is newly installed off the main bedroom, we would highly recommend this property.

Quiet and private but close enough to the Marina or the City when we needed to be out and about. A really interesting and quirkily, quaint property right in the heart of St Leonards, that is perfect for the nearby restaurants but really peaceful. Jo was an excellent host with brilliant communication and the property is exactly as described with two excellent bedrooms and more than enough space to spend a weekend or a week as we did. The property was warm, clean and really homely and we would definitely stay here again. As the property is over three to four floors with interesting staircases so probably not for less mobile visitors.

We were looking for a special home to celebrate the festive period with friends and this house surpassed all our expectations. From the easy check in to the stunning views and the incredible interiors, everything has been considered for guest comfort and this is a truly luxurious experience. Spotlessly clean, high quality linens, extremely comfortable beds, we felt like we were in a 5 star hotel but with so much more privacy. We were also so impressed by all the useful kitchen utensils and furnishings. We didn’t need to bring anything ourselves other than food. The only small suggestion would be to add shampoo and shower gel. They have hand wash all supplied and lots of towels for beach and home. We loved it so much and created very special memories despite staying in the middle of a storm - the house was our haven of warmth, fun and laughter. We cannot recommend this home enough! Beautiful house which opens up right onto the beach. The outside area is great and the view from the house are amazing. Really nice house inside as well.

Our first Airbnb stay and what a little find (shouldn’t be tell you really), beautiful outlook, lovely and homely, appreciative of the extras gifted 🤗, comfy beds, super clean kitchen and bathrooms, awesome communication, super quiet and could have sat and looked at the view forever!, we wanted to dip a toe and eat chips, both of which we did (even in the mids of a freezing few days!), will return without hesitation!

The house was great for a short stay for five of us. Andrea accommodated us at short notice and the house was in pristine condition. We enjoyed catching the buses into Brighton instead of stressful driving and parking. Beach walks nearby are just breath taking. The Lido serves an excellent breakfast

A really enjoyable short stay here and we wish we could have stayed lonver. The flat is lovely, really well maintained, had everything we needed and so convenient for all the amenities of the Marina, plus only a short bus ride from the centre of Brighton. Thank you Mark and Vicky!

Steven's apartment was stylish, uncluttered and had everything we needed. The sea view was spectacular and we would have loved the little balcony in warmer weather. Just a ten minute walk to the Old Town, which is full of charming independent stores and the smugglers caves and castle ruins. Fantastic value for a spacious and peaceful place to stay.

We had the most perfect long weekend staying in the super stylish Old Town Haus on Warrior Square, St Leonards on Sea. The apartment is beautifully presented, with very comfortable furnishings, a calm and relaxing colour palette and stunning details. Everything we needed was there and lots of useful information both in the apartment and from Nicola in advance. There are some interesting shops and very good places nearby to eat and drink - particularly enjoyed the informal atmosphere at Heist. Lots to do locally from walks on the beach, art galleries including Hastings Contemporary and the De La Warr Pavilion at Bexhill, parks and gardens, fascinating architecture and local history. We had a lovely lunch with family and friends at St Clements, less than 10 mins walk from the apartment. Very definitely one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in - we will be back.

The flat was easy to find and checkin following excellent instructions. It was welcoming on arrival, lovely and clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Will was a great host, very communicative. I would stay again

Had a fantastic stay at Seascape. The property was immaculate, with great decorations and an incredible uninterrupted sea view. Our host, Susan, was great at communicating and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. Could not recommend Seascape any more, everything about it was perfect.

Amazing place! We really enjoyed staying here. Lauren was super warm and helpful about our request, and the apartment was cozy and well decorated. We also had a lot of fun with the record collections and board games. Definitely would recommend:D

Fantastic location and everything just as described. G&T on arrival made it a home away from home. Amazing location for exploring Brighton and we followed the advice by parking and getting an uber. A wonderful stay, just wish it had been longer!
