We had a wonderful long weekend at Spring farm. The house is really well-suited for a multi-generational family holiday. It's comfortable, spacious, very well-equipped and has an indoor swimming pool and a snooker table. The beds were really comfortable with lovely bed linen and it was great to have plenty of bathrooms for a large group. It is set in peaceful and lovely countryside. There is a pub in the village of Waldron within easy walking distance and another, the Blackboys, within a short drive that served a great Sunday lunch and looked after us very well. The house is in an area with plenty of great places to visit: we had fun at High Rocks (near Tunbridge Wells) and Bodiam Castle. Sophie always responded quickly and was very helpful. Overall, a great experience and we would very happily stay again.

We spent a lovely week at Alison's farm. Beautiful location near charming Ticehurst and Wadhurst (both have good Pubs), incredible views across open countryside and hills from the heated outdoor pool, which our daughter loved. Slides, swings and a trampoline bonus points with kids. Alison was friendly and helpful. The Shed itself is warm and comfortable, kitchen is kitted out for basic meals, and the two ensuite bathrooms are super spacious and have good showers with hot water plus bathtubs. There is so much to do in the area from beautiful walks, tastings at vineyards, to cyclyng in Bedgbury, boating in Bewl Water and seaside beauties Rye and Camber in the vicinity.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

We booked the gorgeous coach house for a week at Christmas for 9 adults and 5 small children including 2 very new babies. Shawn was an incredible host and made everyone’s lives so much easier by providing cots and high chairs for the little ones. The kitchen was very well equipped and we managed to cook up a storm, including Christmas dinner, with the facilities. With top local knowledge and great pub suggestions we were able to create a lovely itinerary with a mixture of relaxing in the very comfortable house and also getting out and about in the beautiful East Sussex countryside. On our last night we had a medical emergency and Shawn and Tom’s response to help us was quick, effective and compassionate, really taking the stress out of the situation. We would highly recommend Shawn’s Air Bnb. We only wish we could come back in summer to get some use out of the wood fired hot tub and pool! Thanks to Shawn and Tom!

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

Miles is a lovely host. He is very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is great. It is equipped with everything you need and much more, it's clean and comfortable. Situated in a beautiful garden which gives you so much energy when you open the blinds in the morning. I would definitely recommend Miles place and would go back in future. Thank you

What a fantastic place to stay! We throughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return. From the cottages, the staff to the pool & jacuzzi .. absolutely fantastic. We couldn’t have hoped for more. We were a large party and asked for a later check out time. Kildare was very accommodating, which was very appreciated. Thank you Kildare!

Wonderful weekend stay with friends, wish we had stayed longer as felt very much at home. House is very welcoming, cosy, inviting, very well equipped and in a great location very close to the Marina and restaurants. Sandra was very helpful with tips and on hand if needed. Lovely welcome touch on arrival was very much appreciated, we will definitely be returning.

Excellent choice for a family in the gorgeous camber sands. Minutes from the beach, the house really suited our family of four and we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. Fantastic location for exploring the area and we would love to come back in the summer but also enjoyed the peace and beauty of camber in the winter.

This air BnB was a great size for 16 people, we were all comfortable in the lounge and got round the table downstairs in the kitchen. Great location and were able to get to everything by walking and also easy to get an uber.

Really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, nice and warm, and exactly as listed. A quiet location and dog friendly. Thoughtful host who left a little welcome basket of bits and had good communication. We intend to rebook next time we’re back in Brighton.

What a beautiful place to stay! The attention to detail was amazing and it had all the possible amenities you could need. Diewertje was incredibly responsive and even left a little gift for our 1 year old which was extremely kind. We really enjoyed using the log burner on some cold and windy evenings. The location is also great for exploring the local area. We would not hesitate to stay again!

What a beautiful house - even better than the pictures. Everything was perfect for our girls weekend away. We had a bedroom each which was a luxury. Tracy met us at the property to let us in but left us to our own devices. She’d been very responsive so know that we would have been able to contact her if we’d needed to, but everything was as described so we had no issues whatsoever. We enjoyed the fires in both the lounge and dining room which had been set up by Mark and Tracy in advance. Comfy beds, lovely neutral uncluttered spaces. All in all just a fab place. 15 min walk into the heart of St Leonard’s which has some great shops and restaurants.

Mark was very responsive. We had an issue on New Year’s Day which was addressed very quickly, and fairly dealt with subsequently. Great location and great fun.

The house was spotless, nicely decorated and well maintained, in a quiet area. Travel cot and high chair provided were good quality and clean, and kitchen was stocked with enough equipment for a short break. Stefanie was responsive to queries and altogether a great host.

Stayed here for a long weekend during Pride and we had the best time. Property was immaculate, nice bedrooms and we loved sitting in the courtyard garden. Ben was super helpful and the best host - thank you. Will definitely cone back next year!

Great accomdation and home on top of a hill in Brighton. Couldnt have asked for a nicer place to stay, accomdation had everything we needed. Within walking distance of the Lanes, the seafront, and Sea Lanes. some great local pubs on the doorstep as well. Many Thanks we woulld book again

Nick's place was a delightful place to stay for our weekend in Brighton. The house is charming and homely and had everything we needed. The neighbourhood is quiet and only a short walk from nice cafes, the local shops and the beach. Brighton was busy and Nick's place felt like a welcome haven away from the busy centre of Brighton. Nick is a thoughtful, kind host and we would be delighted to come again.

Has a lovely stay visiting family for Christmas. Louise was the perfect host, lovely little touches to make it really feel like a home from home over the festive period

A tremendous place to stay and a very good host. We really enjoyed staying at this very nice and well equipped house. Good location and the parking space is really helpful. I would Recommend this place to anyone and would be keen to stay here again myself!

Amazing home, would definitely stay again. clean tidy and perfect. 30 second walk to the nearest sand dune, or 2 minute walk to the main car park/straight onto the beach. local bars/pubs and shops. very near Rye town. Highly recommended

Really great stay , great communication from the host , house was spotless when we arrived, the host kindly left tea coffee bread milk and fresh fruit , house was very cosy and well equipped , we felt at home straight away , easy walk to the seafront with a couple of pubs on route
