We had a lovely short stay in Ayr. The accommodation was just as shown and the information we received was detailed and informative!

Great little spot by the river. Flat was clean and functional. For what we needed it was perfect, and considering the price, it was good value. No allocated parking, but easily found space on the opposite side of the street.

Loved our stay at Judge’s Rest. It was very homely and comfortable and we would happily have stayed longer. I was a little nervous about parking but needn’t have been as there was always plenty of parking space just around the corner. I hope we will be able to stay again when we are next in Ayr. Thank you Liz.

A delightful property that met all our needs. Wonderful view of harbour, and rooms thoughtfully designed and furnished to make the most of this. Helpful owner — nothing too much trouble. Comfortable, well equipped and utterly peaceful. Not to mention high quality cafe downstairs.

Had a very relaxing stay to visit friends and family. Such a great central location, everything was in walking distance. So close for a walk along the seafront. A beautiful incredibly spacious appartment, calm colours and wood floors. I would very much recommend this home from home.

This place is close to everything - walking distance to the train station, to the town centre and to the family history centre which was the reason for my visit. Had a very nice cream tea at Barbour's which is an amazing department store....wish I would have taken a bigger suitcase!

We had a lovely stay. The caravan was lovely, clean and modern with a cosy feel. It was well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The decking/balcony facing on to the lake was lovely and the park was so nicely maintained and quiet. Would definitely return!

Lee and Kay’s cottage is a wonderful place to stay. They seem to have thought of everything you could possibly want. We were very comfortable and felt very welcome. We would definitely recommend the cottage to anyone.

Lovely little house right by the water. Very convenient for some nice local hikes (and the pub is about a two-minute walk down the street!)

The best air bnb we have stayed in. The pictures really really don't do this place justice. As soon as we walked through the door we were blown away. The hosts Dan and Jon are incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Nothing was too much and they answered any queries straight away. They are both so lovely and my family and I especially my little girl thought they are amazing! The house and grounds are kept so wonderfully, the whole place felt like home very quickly. The location is perfect and so beautiful. The grounds include a stunning river which can be seen while relaxing in the hot tub. You can really sense the love and care they have put into the house, and can only thank them for sharing it with us. We are not normally in the habit of re visiting the same places but here we would always make an exception. Thank you so much for a fantastic holiday!

Beautiful little village, so peaceful and relaxing. Lots of lovely walks & great play area for kids. The house was lovely, well presented and the hot tub was an added bonus. The kitchen had an air fryer & toastie machine which is a great addition for families trying to make quick and easy meals. We loved our stay. The play park was fantastic with play area for young & older kids, bmx ramp & basketball court.

A perfect retreat. We stayed between Christmas and new year…. A wonderful detox, and the ideal place to grab a cheese board, light the fire, and cuddle around the iPad to watch the darts. Beautiful surroundings, great walks, and a brilliant pub in the village. Great stay.

Luke place was absolutely amazing! very clean, very spacious and had everything we could possibly ask for. The view to the sea is beautiful and it was so lovely to have an access from the garden directly to the beach. Luke was extremely helpful and kind. On the day we left our car got stuck in the mud on the way to the main road and Luke went out of his way to help us, eventually towing us with his truck, making sure we are making it in time to the ferry. Thanks a lot for that!! highly recommend!

Lovely clean, spacious flat; great location and helpful host. Parking space is small and slightly awkward- we drive a large car and choose to park elsewhere.

2nd time in Port Logan and will definitely be back for a 3rd. The cottage is just beautiful and the views are second to none,. Great hosts and welcome basket was a lovely touch. Had a great time!

Aurelia was really cheerful, warm, approachable and friendly. Her house was very clean, and there was clear instructions for getting in and out. The house is a good location for walking into Dumfries, and we had a really good night. She recommended a festival in Dumfries, which I unfortunately was not able to attend in the end, but it sounded excellent. Thank you to Aurelia for making the stay so comfortable. Nancy
