Accommodation is very homely and comfortable with lots of home comforts. It is a perfect location for access to beach, harbour and town with ease of access to some lovely bars and restaurants. Fantastic location for beautiful walks. We’ve stayed here many times and will do so again.

Anna-Marie’s flat is lovely, with amazing views over the sea. It’s at the quieter end of the beach which was perfect for us, but with the pier and restaurants all walkable within a few minutes. We couldn’t have wished for a nicer place to stay in Weston Super Mare and hope to be back again. Thank you Anna-Marie for letting us stay and making everything so easy

Absolutely beautiful flat. It was clean and we loved the thought that went into the decor. And there was enough toilet roll! 😆 The hosts were very responsive and amenable. The bar opposite was a bit loud with music but it stopped at 12 and didn't bother us really. Thank you.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at the beautiful apartment. Amazing sea views. Lovely walks on the doorstep. Would definitely recommend and return in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at The Tides it lived up to everything it was portrayed to be. Melanie and Deborah were extremely helpful and everything was left in immaculate condition and extremely clean and tidy. Central location right on the beach as described. Thoroughly pristine modern and clean - plus Wi-Fi, that we had not even considered. Amy also included extra welcome pack in case you had forgotten anything which was very, very thoughtful. Best sleep ever - very comfortable beds and bedding. Fantastic shower room. Towels included. Hive heating, so was cosy and warm without being too hot. Totally fantastic experience. Would highly recommend. We didn’t have to contact Amy at all. She kept us updated all the way. Superb host, superb property and host. Thank you Amy. We had a fabulous holiday x

We have just returned from an amazing stay at the House at Ryde Sands. The views from the lounge and master bedroom are STUNNING! The house was very clean and tidy and well equipped. I honestly don’t think we could have found anywhere better to stay. Thank you Beth & Scott xx

Really enjoyed our stay, group of 4 plus small dog and we all had a great time.Loved the beach and the beach bar near by.Great place to explore from and went to Bournemouth ( got ladies into Nici Spa which I can recommend )and Mudeford Quay first a bit of crabbing and exploring. Thank you.

From the communication, to the quality of the accommodation & amenities to the welcoming touches with Prosecco & snacks, your thoughtfulness just made our holiday perfect!! The decor was bright, modern & beautiful; the house and furniture was spotless and the house had everything you would need for a weekend getaway. We were 9 people and a dog and there was ample room for everyone. We couldn’t be happier. The only issue is that since this was our first Airbnb adventure, we’ve now got our bar set too high 😊 Thanks once again for allowing us a fabulous few days in Bournemouth in your beautiful house.

Travelled to Island for my wife’s aunts 80th birthday and 60th wedding anniversary celebrations. House was just as described, clean, spacious, comfortable and ideally located for seafront and high street. Extremely well equipped kitchen plus welcoming items including sourdough , butter, preservatives , milk, orange juice and shortbread. Spacious lounge with planting of seating. My wife and daughter loved the soaps, shower gels and fresh smells in the bathrooms. I thoroughly recommend this property and would re book if returning to the Island Tips: Grab the double room on 3rd floor if you prefer medium to soft mattress and watching tv in bed! We felt the middle bedroom mattresses were a bit on the hard side for us personally but this would not stop me from rating this property 10/10.

I cannot begin to describe how lovely our stay was. Tristan is the most amazing host we have ever had at an AirBnb. He was responsive to questions, helpful, caring, and just so sweet. He even helped us back our giant rental van into the garage when we arrived. We had a perfect welcome basket upon our arrival and staples left for us in the fridge, so we had everything we needed for a delicious breakfast the next day. The house itself is even nicer than pictures show. It’s beautiful, modern, and clean. The beds were very comfortable, and having three full bathrooms and an additional half bathroom was amazing, especially for a party of 6 people. The location was perfect, the ocean views were gorgeous, and the home was so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave. Any time we visit Lyme Regis in the future, we will always stay here!

A great find! We had a lovely stay at Carl’s place, which was in a great location. Within easy walking distance to the beach, off road parking, clean comfortable annex with all the comforts of home. Carl was very helpful and courteous, checking we had everything we needed for our stay. The welcome treats were also greatly appreciated!! We will definitely be back - thank you 🤩

A magical stay, the setting with the walled garden and beach access felt like something from a Famous Five novel. Marianne and Rob were so welcoming, helpful and responsive. The boys loved playing tennis and skimming stones along the beach. It was great to spend time together in such a beautiful area. It was so peaceful and I had the best sleeps I have had in months.

Wonderful, just wonderful! My family and I loved our stay in the Sandpearl apartment. Most of all, the view from the living room and the master bed room is just amazing, I could spend hours just watching the sea waves and the beach and listening to the sea... the apartment itself is spotlessly clean and has everything one might need but nothing feels like clutter. The kitchen even included plastic plates and bowls for children, and the living room had a good selection of books and boardgames. The host, Debbie, was very helpful, always responding very quickly. We asked for local recommendations for food on Easter Sunday and got a few options to choose from. The location itself, right at the beach and right in the middle of Weymouth, couldn't be better either. An overall winner that I would highly recommend. Already talking about maybe coming back to this exactly same place again sometime soon!

Our family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids) were very comfortable staying here. The decor was modern and lovely. The beachside views were incredible, and the sunsets! We wanted a peaceful weekend away from the noise and this home provided just that. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook a few meals, and we drove less than 10 minutes to local restaurants. Being able to walk outside and be on a sandy beach in less than a minute was more than ideal.

Spacious three bedroom 2nd floor appartment. Lift located next to appartment front door. One parking space which can be seen from living room window. Lots of extras in appartment- eg shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet roll, hand soap etc which was a great addition. Further free parking around the corner on Derby Road. 10 min walk to Boscombe beach. Would thoroughly recommend and look forward to a return trip

What a great find! Well within walking distance to the town center and beach, Matt’s place was the perfect accommodation for our short getaway. The flat was charming; clean, well stocked, and Matt’s guide made check in and out seamless. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you Matt!

Karen and John's home was the perfect, surprisingly spacious retreat for our relaxing long weekend. Our children absolutely loved exploring all the rooms and playing hide-and-seek! The thoughtful Easter basket they left was such a sweet and appreciated touch. Despite some truly awful weather on our first day, we were so grateful for how cosy and comfortable the flat was to return to. The property is clearly freshly refurbished, beautifully presented, and immaculately clean – honestly, it's probably the cleanest place I've ever stayed. We would wholeheartedly recommend it!

Absolutely amazing stay at Samantha's place! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The flat is truly beautiful - the photos don't do justice to how spacious and open the main rooms actually are. The location couldn't be better - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the New Forest. We were able to explore so many beautiful sights all within easy reach. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances were new and worked perfectly. We hope to return again soon!
