fantastic property with an amazing view which gets better with the balcony where you can walk out and take in the wonderful views of the bay. everything you could possibly need is provided in this exceptionally clean property, with the added welcoming touches of fresh flowers sweets and a bottle of fizz were the icing on the cake . Steve is a fantastic and friendly host who responded quickly when we needed a boost in heating on a chilly evening if you are looking for a cozy and comfortable get away with a magnificent sea view look no further just , we counting down the days until our next stay already in May . thank you Steve for an amazing holiday home 10/10

The flat’s location was perfect with easy access to the harbour and beach. Just beautiful for walks. The decor was gorgeous and the family felt instantly relaxed. It was great having the shoe room to hang out the washing. Kitchen was well stocked. We loved our time and would visit again next time we are in Poole.

Hilton was always responsive, great house, location and had almost everything we needed. Would recommend this accommodation and my family was happy over Xmas, the Xmas tree was a plus we did not expect but was perfect for the time of year! We had a great time thanks Hilton & Vivenne.

Very impressed. The photos don't do it justice. Not a typical AirB&B at all. Decorated to a very high standard, with high quality equipment in the kitchen and a very nice bathroom. I have to say it was nice to have carpet in the bedrooms and lounge and the sofa was really comfortable. Not a typical perch on IKEA offering but one you can sit in and put your feet up. The flat itself couldn't be much more centrally positioned in Swanage with all the pubs, restaurants and beach within a couple of minutes walk. The car parking was a bit of a bonus, felt pretty secure and was a 2 minute walk away. Also worth noting that the cafe underneath did a really good breakfast. Would highly recommend.

We were in Swanage for the annual folk dance weekend, it was very easy to walk to the town centre, the beach and all the amenities and the parking space behind the house was a bonus. Lovely house, very clean and well appointed, looked like it had been recently refurbished as everything was pristine. There was also the Crows Nest Inn opposite which was quirky, lovely landlord, fabulous food and we sat on an old pew bench seat from an old church! The only drawback to the house was that we found it slightly small to accommodate six adults, it would have been better suited to a family. Simon, the owner, was really responsive to any query and very friendly. Would stay again if there were fewer of us.

This was a lovely, welcoming flat with everything we needed in a great location! Has it’s own parking space; and is brilliantly situated opposite the beach -also handy for Bridport and other attractions, with restaurants within easy walking distance. It was immaculately clean, peaceful, and Marcus was a very friendly host with great and prompt communication. Recommended!

We were a group of 12, and every one of us agreed this is the best holiday house we've ever stayed in. We loved the location, right by the beach and a short walk into town, but at the end of a cul-de-sac, so quiet and safe. We loved all the many books and musical instruments in the house - we felt very at home! We loved the beautiful sea views from 3 bedrooms, and the comfy beds, and the well-equipped kitchen. Our children loved the wide range of toys and the games console. The host made us feel very welcome. We felt it was very good value for money, and we would really like to come back and stay here again.

Great location and lovely flat, spacious for a 2 bedroom and really nice kitchen area. The hot tub got a lot of use, we all loved it and would definitely rebook. Nice and peaceful area over the road from the beach, but quick to chain ferry to Knoll beach and Studland etc. Worth noting that it’s worth planning food in advance, there is a very small Tesco in Sandbanks for essentials only. Restaurant wise on Sunday eve we were a bit stuck when Lazy Jacks closed at 5pm rather than 8pm with no explanation. Would bring more meal prep with us next time.

Great location for a getaway from city life! Flat is situated in front of the beach, Terry was extremely helpful and communicative with lots of local recommendations. Flat is provided with basic amenities but you don’t need a lot if you’re in such a beautiful scenery. If you’re after a restful time in a nature, with lots of hiking / walking paths then this place is for you!
