Vacation rentals with beach access in United Kingdom

This is our 3rd time staying here, we love it! Dawn is always a great host, and the apartment is perfect for us, the views are wonderful and close to everything we need.

Had a great weekend break in an amazing setting. Great for beach walks relaxation & and awesome view. The apartment was very clean & everything worked as expected. Would definitely come back.

This is a great apartment. It's a very convenient location for exploring Margate. The property has everything you need, and the hosts are really welcoming and helpful. The view is absolutely amazing. We were there in a stormy January and it was great to watch the weather over the harbour. I could stay at that window for hours. We'd be very happy to go back and stay there again.

Lovely apartment with good amenities and easy parking. well equipped, good WiFi and smart TV, great views. Easy walk to town centre and to coastal path.

We went to see Antony Gormley’s Another Place Lynne’s place is less than 5 minutes from the beach where the statues are. Perfect location for us and we were blessed with great weather

Fantastic apartment in a perfect location overlooking Fistral Beach. Great place to walk up to Pentire Head or into town which is about 15mins. Easy to find and a great host with easy to follow instructions, would definitely recommend.

Ideally located & quiet flat right on the seafront, next to the De La Warr Pavillion and close to local shops. Able to walk straight onto the Prom which we loved. Spotless and everything you would need for a comfortable, cosy stay. Well equipped in every way with extra touches to make us welcome and festive decorations included. Had a couple of questions & host answered very promptly and in a friendly manner. Only suggestion I have is that the write up needs to be updated as it said “Essentials not included” but on querying this, host confirmed all bed linen & towels were indeed included. Host also helpful with local knowledge requests. Would highly recommend this flat.

I booked this flat for some relatives to stay for 2 nights between Christmas and NY. They very much enjoyed this short break by the seaside. Located just 100 yards from the sea front in East Wittering. Karen’s communication was excellent. It is a fairly compact flat for 6, but is very nicely organised and decorated. Very happy. The house was very clean and tidy with beautiful bedrooms. The huge TV and modern kitchen stocked with a range of utensils made the visit a home from home. It was such a short walk to the beach and we would love to come back and stay again. Kelly was flexible with the check in and very quick to respond to questions. Would recommend 100%

Booked last minute for a chill out after the mad christmas chaos. Stephens place was just as described and much more. Good communication from the start, clear instructions and directions. The house was spotlessly clean, tidy and very welcoming. Well stocked kitchen with all the pots,pans and utensil you need. Bedrooms well presented, mattresses were soft but this is a personal preference and we all slept well, peaceful and quiet. 10mins walk to the the town with all amenities you need. We visited out of season but there was plently of places open. Will certainly be our go to place for future visits to Barmouth.

The location and the condition of this house is amazing. It's a short drive from the ferry, with buses running from Ryde to various parts of the island, making it super helpful for tourists. We had BEAUTIFUL sea views from our bed (one can fall asleep looking at the colour changing on the sea) or the huge picture window in the living room. Very cosy and sufficient in terms of amenities within as well as around the house. the bedroom and bathroom spaces are wonderful. Our children had a lovely time in the bedroom clearly set up for kids. We went in winter and the place was snug and warm with running hot water and comfy duvets. The hosts are very accommodating and we definitely want to go back to stay again!

Stunning seaside location with direct access to shingle beach. A perfect place to stay any time of year.

we absolutely loved staying here, a beautiful house with an incredible beach side location. Strolling through the back garden and straight on to the sand dunes was a real treat. The interior of the house is incredible and hugely relaxing and it had everything you needed for a lovely stay. would love to come back one day again.

Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

I LOVE this place, so unique and such a unexpected view out to sea. Decorated to a high standard with every thing you could possibly need. Lovely art on the walls too. Definitely come back again

Fabulous apartment in a great location, and with a great view. It was just as described and as shown in photos (if not better!), with a lovely decor and all amenities you need. Any questions we’ve had were answered quickly and politely. Would definitely stay again when in Brighton!

I will definitely be booking with Bryan and Ruth again it was like home from home these guys are so accommodating and great hosts nothing seems to much trouble for them They have thought of everything even down to the amount of cutlery in kitchen and the chalk board welcome was a nice touch What was on the advert / description was 100% correct I could actually move there
