Vacation rentals with breakfast in Destin

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Destin, Florida. Marie was a great host and responded quickly when we reached out to her. We even got to meet her! It was perfect for us. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, making it feel cozy and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our trip. Highly recommend!

The small touches were outstanding… we were able to cook and not worry about having the little things because he had it all. Our granddaughter loved the bunk room! She called it her room and asked her dad to get one just like it for Christmas!! Great space for family fun!

We had a great stay! It was perfect for our family vacation with our 3 year old. She’s been so excited for months to go to the beach and it did not disappoint. This was a last minute booking as we originally planned to go to Clearwater and then Daytona but had to change plans as they both unfortunately got hit pretty bad by hurricanes right before our trip. The view was perfect, lots of beach gear, and plenty of space for the 3 of us. There was a swim vest that fit my daughter perfectly and she spent hours everyday just swimming away in the pool and ocean. Easy access to the beach right downstairs and right off the pool. Close drive to anywhere you want to go in PCB. Only issue was our reservation randomly got canceled somehow the morning after we got there (not Brandy’s fault) and had to spend most of our first day figuring that out with Airbnb but after that everything was great! We would definitely come back again!

Our family had a fantastic and relaxing experience at Beth’s lovely home. It’s beautifully outfitted and decorated, has nice comfy touches without being cluttered. 4 large bedrooms, each with nice en-suite baths (plus a powder room on 1st floor) ensures everyone has their own personal space. We had a 1 year old with us, and the 3rd floor playroom was his domain (though the adults enjoyed it too!) - so many toys and books and plenty of space. We ranged from a high of 9 people to just 5 in the house and it flexed perfectly. The development is lovely with many friendly full time residents. The home backs up to the state forest, which provided easy and peaceful walks with our dog for miles on end. We hit the beach every day, which is only a quick walk away (or really short drive if you prefer). Easy walk to Redfish Tacos, Cowgirl Kitchen, 30A Coffee Shoppe and Ice Cream Shoppe! Quick 5-10 minute drive to Seaside and Watercolor, even less to Grayton. We’ll be back!

This is a beautiful condo on a private section of the beach, cleaner and more calm than further down the beach. Easily can walk to the pier or across the street for some ice cream at Jeremiah’s. Winn Dixie is right across the street. The condo had so many things we brought from home that we didn’t need to.. beach chairs, umbrella, toys, boogie and skim boards… beach towels.. plenty of towels for showering etc. The kitchen has all the essentials and the host stocks the fridge with drinks milk eggs bagels to start you off (so nice!). The view from the balcony of the gulf is incredible. Beautiful condo and very responsive and helpful host. We rented a pontoon from Adventures at Sea and they were great! Can’t wait to come back!

Was skeptical on doing this because of not many reviews, but we took the chance. We were not disappointed from an early check in and didn’t add extra, clean house to stay, and we loved that it was walking distance to the beach!!! Wasn’t expecting a dock and she was very nice explaining & let my son fish off it for a little while:) what a great experience we had there in PCB & we will be glad to come back. Host was very responsive & respectful to our concerns in the house.

We love 30A, and this home is the only place we will stay in the area. This was our 4th time staying here, and it has become a home away from home for us! I am so particular about rentals being clean, and this home is spotless. The owners are SO kind, helpful and responsive. They are very knowledgeable about the area, and have the home stocked with everything you could possibly need - whether you are traveling as adults, with children, or with your pet. The house is on a quiet street with friendly neighbors and a short walk to the beach and amazing restaurants. The house has a precious putt putt game in the backyard, is stocked with cornhole and beach supplies, and even supplies for your pet. It is just perfect and we are so thankful that we found this awesome home and cannot wait for our next trip!! Thank you to the wonderful hosts!!

We had the BEST family vacation at James’s place! It was so good we stayed an extra day and will absolutely be back! The kids could go to and from the beach safely as we watched from either patio, we loved walking around the shops and cafes, James has everything you need in the storage closet for the beach and everything was just so convenient. The place was clean and neighbors were friendly. Thanks again James for sharing your space with us, we can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic location. Perfect get away for couple. Lovely cottage . Beach access was incredible. And our host was gracious and attentive.
