5 Stars – Absolutely Amazing Stay! I cannot recommend this property enough! The house is located in a quiet, safe, and picturesque neighborhood in Shalimar, Florida, tucked away on the bayou. The location is fantastic—just a few minutes from Fort Walton Beach airport (VPS) and only 20 minutes from the stunning Gulf beaches. The house itself is incredible. It’s super comfortable with a spacious indoor layout and an excellently equipped kitchen that made cooking a breeze. The back porch is a dream—it opens up into the lush Florida wilderness, providing such a serene and relaxing view. You’d never know how close you are to modern conveniences because there’s no traffic noise, just the calming sounds of nature. The hosts were the cherry on top—super friendly, fun, and genuinely invested in making sure I had a great experience. It’s clear they go above and beyond to make guests feel at home. Out of all the places I’ve stayed, this hidden gem is by far the best. Will certainly be back!!

The first time finding the house I struggled because my gps took me to the wrong location. but after going back in and typing in the address exactly it took me right to the house. the yellow room was perfect, had a tv for me to watch videos and plenty of desk space for work and play. the shared bathroom was always kept clean and kitchen had everything I needed to make dinner multiple nights. lastly but not least. my host Chris and Robert were amazing. Chris came right when I got to the house and showed me everything I needed without me having to ask. bathroom. laundry. kitchen and where to find everything. even menus and lists of recommendations from local spots which I checked out and were fabulous. introduced me to my shared housemates and made it all very inviting will definitely be back next time I stay in the area!

Gloria is an amazing host , location of house was very peaceful , and easy to find ! The overall interior and exterior of home was clean and deeply sanitized ! I utilized the hammocks to read and tan in the sun , watched movies , played games with the family . Gloria also cooked a wonderful breakfast in morning and I had all that I needed with the amenities that she provided for a very very peaceful escape . I would definitely come back soon and recommend anyone to come if they want a tranquil yet fun stay .

Our stay with Tracy and Todd was amazing! They are the most friendly and helpful people! They went above and beyond to help us tie our Jetski to their dock. It was so nice to interact with them but they also gave us enough privacy. Everything was as advertised. The bed was very comfy, everything was so clean, we felt right at home. Their property is so beautiful, just sitting at the dock, was so wonderful. You can’t go wrong booking with them.

This is an absolute gem of a find. Elizabeth and her pup are so welcoming and kind. I very much enjoyed my stay here despite her allegiance to the Bills! Everything is so clean and fresh. 10000% recomwnd staying here.

Clean comfortable house in a very quiet area. Chris and Robert are great people. I would definitely come back if I need a place to stay.
