Vacation rentals with a home theater in Destin

My husband and I are frequent visitors to PCB. Mira's place was was perfect for our weekend getaway! The condo is lovely, communication was excellent and all instructions were clear. This is definitely a 5 star AirBNB. We would absolutely book again and highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing on the beach rental!

we had an absolute blast in destin! thanks to andrey’s and oksana’s beautiful condo we got to enjoy our trip and also feel relaxed and at home. when we arrived we walked into an extremely beautiful and clean environment. the price is also a game changer as a college student the price is what made this trip possible! when we had a small issue we messaged the hosts and they answered within 5 minutes! i recommend everyone takes the leap and books with andrey and oksana.

Precious vacation rental, with a great view of the ocean from the condo. The rental is within walking distance to the beach as well.

I was traveling with my 3.5 year old granddaughter and there was so much to do right outside our building. Plenty of entertainment for all ages. Great restaurants. I felt incredibly safe and the security is pretty tight. I would definitely recommend this condo and the Baytown Wharf community. I’ll be back!

We had a great time at this place!! It was very comfortable and SO nice and updated. Very much worth the price. The location was great and only a 2 minute ride to the beach. She has everything you need!

The hosts are genuinely friendly, sweet as can be and are very responsive for anything you need or any question you may have. Although the house manual also explains everything. This property is amazing, perfect for a family, everything you need is provided, comfortable, cozy, beautifully decorated, clean…..I can’t say enough about this property!!! It’s private but just a few mins from the beach and a short drive away from tons of restaurants and different things to do. 30A is an amazing area and the perfect vacation spot. And the hosts are just as amazing!!! Wonderful experience!!! Wonderful property!!! This vacation was a dream come true of ours and Heather and her family helped make it as easy and as perfect as it could have been!!!! They are truely amazing people! ❤️ We will be back next year and I can only hope we get to stay at Heathers Place!! 💜🦎🏖️🌞

Great experience! It was our first time renting a beach house! Love the outdoor shower to rinse off all the sand love the paint color all throughout the house, open concept, had a great time on the bikes that comes with the house, Tim offers beach chair, beach towels and much more with the house. Book gembythe sea!

This is our second stay at Heathers Place and as usual it exceeded what we remembered about it. The Golf Cart was great to use as well. Walk to the pool area and Bay area woods. Close to all the beaches and shopping. The amenities in the place are really just perfect. We will be back soon. John, Susan and of course our furbaby, Aimee.

The house was extremely clean, beautiful open floor plan with a fenced in backyard and screen in porch that was PERFECT for our two little girls to explore and play safely. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac with little to no traffic which was also perfect for playing outside. I highly recommend renting a golf cart to go to the beach, but the pool is a very short walk! The house had everything we needed and tons of beach accessories and toys! Overall, very satisfied with Whitney the host and the house!!

John and Angela were wonderful hosts. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay with them again. The home was so relaxing and a beautiful location at the resort.

We had the best time at Coral Sands! We are a family with SEVEN children. Ages 15 down to 2. The spacious yard was great! The sand pit and little putt putt area were fun for the littles. The pool was just the right size. All the kids could play and enjoy the great weather we had. We especially loved the shallow area the toddlers could sit on and splash around. The seating available in the yard was perfect. Loved the wooden rocking loungers. The outdoor bar area was great to have to hang out. The game room had a lot of fun things for the kids to do. Lots of air hockey was played! The guest house was nice for the older kids to hang out in. The main house was extra roomy and welcoming. Everything we needed was right there. The beach was a short 2 bock walk. It was simple. Even with hauling our 7 kids there and back! It truly was a nice distance and easy walk. Chris and Jamie listed their property accurately and it was as advertised. My guest who joined in a birthday getaway for my fiancee loved it as well. The kitchen was the heartbeat as we all enjoyed breakfasts and a final night dinner. I also got an opportunity to use the egg grills across the street to warm pre made ribs I brought with me for our day at crab island. I would & am truly recommending this property to all review readers.

Perfect location for a beach get away. The condo was nice and clean and the host was awesome. Would recommend to everyone and we will come back.

The Airbnb was great in all ways. Only complaint I had was the elevators and that isn’t the fault of the Airbnb.

We had a weekend work trip and needed a place to sleep. This was fantastic. The view was amazing and the condo was decorated nicely. The linens were fresh and clean and sample-sized toiletries were great to have on hand! After a long day working, we were able to enjoy the indoor pool onsite, and rest well in the beds. I would say the sofa bed sleeps like a sofa bed and would be best for kids probably. The master bed and bunks are both comfy! We loved our stay and would love to stay here again. The host, Jill, was a great communicator and I was grateful for her help. I have to note the photography decorating the unit is beautiful as well. I would recommend this place to others!

Robert is a kind host and very responsive if you need anything. His place is decorated so cute, cozy and artsy, and had everything I needed to stay for the month. It is also very clean inside and the grounds outside are kept up really well. There were a lot of things to do in the area. I recommend, Miramar Beach, take a drive down 30A to see all of the cool coastal beach towns, The Gulfarium Aquarium, Village of Baytowne Wharf, Destin Commons for shopping, and the Aquatics Center lap pool. I also had a fabulous pontoon boat ride with Cruise Destin that was so much fun.

The condo is really clean, cozy, everything what we need for vacation. Nice ocean view from the balcony. very close to the parking lot, to the lobby and very easy way to the beach. Kitchen and bathrooms equipped with all staff what we needed. Nice and friendly staff, everywhere was really clean. We're very satisfied with our vacation and highly recommend this place. Thank you!

This was considered a splurge for our family to stay in this condo but I have to admit, it was worth it! Being that close to the beach, the amazing views from my balcony, and the pool area were top of my list for this condo!
