Luxury rentals in Destin

EXCELLENT option for a large group looking for an elevated experience. The home is stunning, has an amazing view and is just steps from the beautiful white, sandy beaches. HIGHLY recommend.

Loved our stay. Super well equipped home especially with toddler gear. Really appreciate having plastic wear to use for the kids, as well as lots of baby gear to utilize. The location across from the park is fantastic. Love the pool alarm (albeit very annoying since the kids frequently set it off) but much appreciated from a safety standpoint. We will absolutely be back next year.

We had an unforgettable stay at "Sea-renity!" The house was absolutely perfect for our group — spacious, beautifully decorated, and with all the amenities you could possibly need. The outdoor space was a highlight with the private pool, outdoor shower, and BBQ grill, making it easy to relax and unwind. Plus, the Sonos sound system was a great touch for outdoor entertaining! The house was just a short walk to the beach, and we loved the convenience of the included LSV and bikes to explore the area. It made getting to local restaurants and shops a breeze. The host was incredibly responsive, providing all the information we needed and making check-in/check-out seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing, easy vacation on 30A!

We had a great stay!! We travel largely as our family is super close and we had a floor for each family in this amazing house! We truly enjoyed every bit of the home!

Had a wonderful stay and Southern Holiday Homes was always available and quick to respond to any questions we had. Home was very clean and just as described and as pictures showed. We all had plenty of room to spread out when needed and a wonderful great room to hang out together. The LSV and bikes were an added bonus as the beach, restaurants and shopping were near by. The bike/walking path was directly across the street as well. I will definitely look at Southern Holiday Homes rentals when returning to the area next time!!

Beautiful home! The property management company did a great job communicating and fixing any issues ASAP. It was about a 20 min walk to the beach. I do wish they had golf carts to help transport. The neighborhood in front of it does but they are not allowed to pick you up. We did end up just driving to Inlet BRA. (4 min drive) It was a great option for my parents who needed a shorter walk and ramp. Handicap parking and chair service for purchase!
