Best sunset on Lake Weir! Lake front with private sand beach we are located on Sunset Harbor on Lake Weir. Plenty of dock space and beach space for several boats. House is on Bird Island and setup for entertaining friends and family. House was completely remodeled in 2018 with a modern contemporary design featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. One of the rooms is a movie theater with a 100” big screen that has a futon sofa. Can take the boat to Eaton’s Beach or Gator Joes just across the lake!

Thankyou for a wonderful trip. You were a host that we will remember for a long timw. Your place was perfect for our trip. More spacious than it looks. But most of all, you were the kindest, most proactive host we've ever had. And check-in was a breeze and so well explained. And for ONCE the check out instructions were WONDERFUL. So simple and didn't seem like so many rules and things to do lol. Sounds silly, but it was so nice. The quick walk across to the beach was just wonderful! I feel like we should know you! You were just that friendly! ❤️❤️

Amazing place! it was my family’s and i first time using airbnb and we picked the best spot! it’s peaceful, it’s close to major tourists places and Anna, the host was amazing! she answers questions quickly, very helpful and kind. Very comfortable, roomy and attractive accommodations. The venue was very quiet and scenic with the lake in the back yard. For our party it was very nice to have a dining table with eight places. Especially, regarding our full day activities away from the site, it was a great place to come back at the end the day to relax and get a good night's rest before the next day's activities. Unfortunately, we were not able to take advantage of the provided recreational aspects afforded with the accommodations.

We had a wonderful time during our vacation. The house was very comfortable and spacious enough for 2 couples. Instructions were left on the fridge, the home was spotless, and it provided plenty of amenities. The use of the golf cart was a bonus, and the location was perfect. Dale was very responsive when we had questions. We will certainly go back. Thank you, Dale and Sandy.

We stayed at this home for a month and Karla was a wonderful host! She was so helpful in assisting us in baby proofing the pool area which made our stay so much better and comfortable. The house is lovely and the outdoor space is just unbelievable. We loved the privacy of the property and the beautiful sunsets. There’s a deli nearby that is walkable, but you have to drive a little to get to other main stores. No big deal at all and was a welcome activity for my toddler. We would stay here again and would highly recommend this to anyone else!

Margarita House was a great place for our month long stay in The Villages. Kathleen was very responsive to my question, always responding in a timely manner. The house felt so spacious and airy with high ceilings and a nice layout of comfortable furniture. The next door and backyard neighbors were so friendly, the best that we’ve encountered in our 4th visit! The house comes with a larger than usual backyard and great afternoon shade on the patio. We enjoyed this area of The Villages! Thanks Kathleen for hosting us!

The home was clean and looked just like the photos. Was walkable to restaurants nearby. Angel was very accommodating and was quick to respond to any questions. If you are a light sleeper you might hear some traffic noise but the amenities and the comfortable feel of the home made up for it. Would rent again.
