House vacation rentals in Volusia County

The house is beautiful! It was spotless upon arrival. It is fully furnished with dishes, utensils, bowls and nice towels! Nice clean furniture, nicely decorated. Michele was lovely to work with. I have family in the area and will definitely stay here every time I come to town! Love it!!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We felt right at home and loved all the space for our young kids. The pool and hot tub were the best amenities and were nice and clean. The pack n play was also a great bonus. We would love to stay here again!

We rented this property for 3 nights after Thanksgiving. Loved the style, cleanliness and appreciated all the things that were available for use. 3 bed and 2 bath were perfect for 4 adults and two young teens. The pool was a fun experience for the teens and beach towels were provided. Darcy was also accommodating with us getting on a little early since we needed to be somewhere for a wedding rehearsal. Communicated within 30 minutes of my question.

Yohana’s home in Apopka suited our needs very well. The house with clean and was well set up for traveling needs. Location was convenient to Lake Apopka and state parks. Yohana was very responsive to all questions we had. We would stay here again.

Nice home in good neighborhood

Even though we weren’t able to stay at Darlene’s house, I gave her 5 stars for communication and honesty. She had enough integrity to tell us we wouldn’t be happy staying there after hurricane Milton passed and left it without electricity. It would have made a bad start to our vacation to have driven out there only to find the house dark and warm. We hope to stay at Darlene’s house in the future.

They were great communicators. Very thoughtful with little added touches, left notes and gave advice on local activities. Loved it.

This home was a perfect set up for us and our guests and pets. We have working dogs and were able to utilize the garage for their crates and there was room in the fenced back yard for them to stretch their legs and play after a hard day of training each evening. The pool and jacuzzi were good for the humans after a hard training day 😆 This was our second stay here and we will be back!

We enjoyed a lot the time at Jim's house. It's cosy, quiet, and well-equipped. And the cat Yoburt was super friendly too.

We had a great stay at the beautiful Sandy Hoosier! The home was beautiful, beds were comfy, pool was wonderful, plenty of space, everything we could ask for and more! The hosts were very responsive and friendly! We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed New Smyrna & the surrounding areas off season. The beach is a short walk across the street from this place. It was a nicely laid out place for a Thanksgiving get together that is a good bit warmer than it is up north!

The home is in a perfect location, walking distance to the beach and to Flagler Avenue where all the restaurants are located. The home was cute, clean and had everything we needed. The host was super responsive. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is our second time staying here and we have loved it both times! Clean & perfectly located to where we wanted to be. Great restaurants close by too!

Would absolutely stay here again....Super clean and spacious for our family, and has everything you will need, even in the kitchen. It is well water, so bring bottled drinking water and, as listed, no WiFi... We were here for a nearby wedding at the Honey Acres Ranch (which is a great venue) and it is within 5 minutes away. Stores are "in town" about 10 minutes away, and the property surrounding the home feels like you are in the country, and you are...beautiful country. We had privacy and felt very safe. Plenty of parking. We had 10 people staying with 6 cars and a couple of wedding guests stopped by for a short visit with their cars, and it never felt crowded. Love the huge dining table where we could all sit together. It was just a beautiful stay....just what you want from an airbnb. If you have a large group and are going to the races in Daytona or a nearby wedding, this is the place for y'all.

Wonderful people to deal with! We had a lovely trip. The house is located 2 blocks from the beach and one from the river! Coffee and shopping nearby as well as beautiful views of the ocean at sunrise! I recommend anyone that wants a relaxing comfortable place to stay to check this out! Also the sun room is lovely, and the back patio/pool was perfect for our group! Thanks Sandy, we look forward to staying again in the future!

What can we say that the other reviews haven't covered? The pictures do NOT do this home, property, or hosts justice. Everything in this house is intentional, and no comfort or design element was overlooked. Dawn has an incredible eye for design and decor, anticipating potential needs before the arise. Forgot to pack my floss - they had me covered. Finding an assortment of chilled beverages, and breakfast staples waiting was just one of those extra details that really made us feel welcome. They asked that we message with any questions or concerns, and these were promptly addressed. The multitude of self care product options made us ladies feel like we booked a spa retreat. Everyone loved the endless pool swim spa, which was the highlight of our grandchildren's week! The full property mosquito and pest deterrent measures were an absolute blessing; I never knew this was possible in FL! Leaving was bittersweet, but we will absolutely be back! *so much was left out due to character limit*

Randy’s house was everything as described in the description. Felt very cozy. It was a great location and a great price! We were in the area for a race in Cocoa, Fl and a cruise out of port canaveral and needed to take a friend to the Sanford airport to fly home before our cruise. Randy’s house was 30 minutes to the race, 30 minutes to the Sanford airport and 32 minutes to the cruise port. It was a perfectly centralized place for us to stay. Randy and Sherry were always very responsive. I would absolutely stay here again! Randy & Sherry, thank you for the great air bnb!

Great experience. Clarita went out if her way to make sure I was comfortable. House was extremely clean, quiet, and smelled wonderful. I had full access to the house. I felt safe and had the best sleep that I have had in years!

Dory is a gracious host, I have stayed at many VRBO and Airbnb and she has been the friendliest and accommodating host. She has thought of everything to make this home, Feel like your home. From small children to teenagers to adults there’s entertainment in her home for every one… I would definitely go back without any hesitation whatsoever.
