Vacation rentals with a pool in DeLand

We wanted a weekend trip to relax with our family and Roland’s place was just that. Great things for the kids to do at the house and close enough to St Augustine to go enjoy some of the attractions there. The house was clean and neat, the pool was perfect and we will definitely come back!

This place was perfect for us! It was super clean and comfortable, and nicely furnished and decorated. The beds were very comfortable. We all slept very well! We liked the quiet neighborhood and felt safe there. We enjoyed our stay!

This is instantly become my favorite Airbnb. Such a wonderful and beautiful experience. It’s an absolutely fantastic location while also enjoying the aspect of privacy. This will definitely be my go to anytime that I have to come into Orlando!

Beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing home with a fantastic pool. Very spacious and modern and conveniently located near restaurants and stores. And not too far from major attractions such as Aquatica water park and airports. I highly recommend this house for a family vacation!

This home was clean and conveniently located near a ton of things to do, paces to eat, and a short drive to Disney.

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future. Our family enjoyed this home very much. The house was roomy with a modern kitchen and the little outdoor kitchen area was very nice. The pool was a great size and having it heated helped a lot in April weather. The location is a little farther out but we enjoyed the area very much. It was just a short five minute golf cart ride to the Sawgrass Grove area. Dave was very helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend this home.

I truly appreciate the host’s attention before and during our stay — it made everything so much easier, and she was wonderfully attentive. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary. The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need for a good stay with the family and is located in a quiet area with easy access to everything. It is close to Disney parks and close to all kinds of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Gary is very diligent, offers clear instructions, and was on the lookout for us to have no issues on arrival.

We enjoyed staying at this place! Travis described it perfectly and there was plenty of space for our family of 5 (3 kids 10, 7, 5). Pool was amazing with slides for the kids and most places were within 5-10 min drive. If you have kids and are doing Disney, don’t bother bringing a stroller. They have a double stroller that comfortably fit my kids (rotating seats). Excellent place and we will be back again in this condo!

The location was right on the steps of Daytona Beach and conveniently located near stores and restaraunts walking distance. Kelly was super communicative and helpful and the whole trip went smoothly. I appreciated the sun hats and beach paraphernalia in the place. Also the fully stocked toiletries. All in all a great stay. On a side note the elevator was not working the whole time we were there which didn’t bother me but for someone physically impaired you have to climb stairs and walk a bit to get to the place. This is March 15 and I’m sure elevator is working by now. This does not affect my rating of the stay in any way. I highly recommend!

My family had a great staycation. I wish we would have stayed longer. Mark was very responsive and his Airbnb was beautiful and comfortable. No complaints but one suggestion would be to place in the description that the amenities..pool, golf, basketball etc was in the next community which of course is only a 3 minute drive. Other then that I would recommend his place to everyone. Thank you Mark.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. Everything was as described and the host was very responsive. We had a hiccup with no trash pick up, but the very understanding host accomodated. Internet was down most of the trip, but no fault of the host & we weren't there most of the day, so it wasn't a problem. Plenty of space, well decorated & comfortable. We used Uber & had Walmart deliver anything we needed which was right around the corner, (including alcohol!). All the parks were about a 30 ish minute ride, traffic is horrific (no matter where you are) which is why it was nice to use Uber. Awesome vacation overall!

Every aspect of the stay completely surpassed expectations. Thank you for having us!

This is our second year staying in this lovely home during the Daytona 500. The home is comfortable and feels like home. The host thinks of everything and made our stay memorable. We love sitting by the pool overlooking the waterfront! See you next year!

We evacuated our coastal home ahead of a hurricane and found this pet-friendly rental to be exactly what we needed. The house was fun, which helped lift our spirits during a difficult time. However, the real highlight was the hosts, who were incredibly accommodating and gracious, making an extremely stressful situation much easier to manage.
