Vacation rentals with a patio in DeLand

There was an issue when we checked in, the unit we booked was not cleaned. It took a bit for the host to respond. But when she did, she offered the next unit, which was much nicer and she refunded the cleaning fee. We feel this was good host etiquette and customer service. We are overall happy with our stay. The trains do get loud at night, however, so just be aware you may benefit from earplugs

Robs place was the perfect place to stay, so close to the beach and has everything you need!

Ben & Tracey's place was very clean and tastefully decorated and very private for me, my wife and dog after a long drive. We stayed two days while I attended a trade show. We will be back again.

Loved Rovel’s place. Spacious, very clean and close to everything especially the Disney parks. About 20 min away or less to the Disney parks depending on traffic. This place has everything as listed and the Disney decorations were an extra magical detail that my kids went crazy over. Would definitely book again!

Alain’s place is very nice. The condo was very clean. The beach was a short 1 minute walk. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable. Each room had its own climate control. The kitchen was also very nice and stocked with decent equipment a basic set of spices. Also coffee was available for the coffee maker. The residence was very comfortable. It is a small space but perfect for a couple or a small family. If we are in the area again we will seek it out. My only critique was that the community grill in the courtyard didn’t work very well. Alain was always quick to respond and helpful. Thank you Alain. Hopefully we will see you again!

Thank you Chad for your hospitality! You have a lovely home that we thoroughly enjoyed as a home away from home for two months. Plenty of room to relax with everything we needed. The freshness, cleanliness, and just the right amount of stylish decor made for a great atmosphere. The lanai was an added cozy surprise that we enjoyed for coffee in the morning. Thank you as well for being so responsive during two hurricanes! We would love to stay again someday.

We were thrilled to spend the week with our family between Christmas and New Years Day. The home is close to all the good stuff...Brownwood, grocery stores, pools and golf! This home was comfortable, roomy and met all of our expectations.

Eileen was super responsive and accommodating. We had no issues finding the place. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed!

Great quiet spot within 30 minutes to anything in Orlando! Great communication with the host!

We had a great time at Tanya's house. Super clean, well located in the Villages Complex, great walkability , nice neighborhood and very quiet. We would certainly like to book another week here down the road.

We have stayed here twice and will definitely be back. Both times were last minute trips and Michael was very fast and accommodating with our request to stay. Very clean home with everything we need, great area and great host! Michael is great with checking in on us making sure we have everything at the house, as well as offering to help with transportation! We definitely recommend this home and love that it is pet friendly!

Monica was very responsive and even helped us rearrange our dates to the best of her ability when we had some other events come up that interfered with our stay. The view is absolutely beautiful and the property is very nice and quiet. We loved being on the top floor! The set up was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was fully equipped for what we needed (normally we have to go buy a vegetable peeler). The kids loved going from the pool to the hot tub. We met a few of the locals and they were very nice and welcoming. We’d absolutely stay again on our next trip down to Cocoa beach! Thank you so much Monica for allowing us to rent your property!

We booked a super last minute trip to Florida to spend a weekend at Disney World and were so happy to find this place! The place was so clean and had everything we needed for a quick stay. It was a short 15-17 minute drive to Disney World and close to the grocery store, gas station, and a few restaurants while also feeling super safe in a gated area near a beautiful golf course. We hope to be back in the future for a longer stay!

The view here was amazing! waking up to a sunrise and also getting to see the sunset from the balcony of the condo was such a perk! The view at night was also so great!

I really liked the place and would stay again. It was comfortable and in a nice neighborhood. I have nothing to complain.

Beautiful view, great living space to hang out, watch TV or play games. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious with plenty of room to have multiple people prepping for meals. Loved the quick beach access and plenty of great restaurants that were close. I would encourage replacing the king mattress, it has seen it's better days along with the pillows which could be standard or queen but the towels were plentiful and the primary bathroom was very roomy along with private, thanks to the pocket door. We really enjoyed opening the sliding glass doors for the fresh air and soothing ocean waves. Thanks for helping our family make a wonderful holiday memory Marissa!

We lived this cute little apartment. Clean close to most activities, a short 15-20 minute drive to the parks and the dance competition. One and only one issue. The gate entrance was difficult. Understandable for security reasons but time consuming and difficult. Other parents/friends stayed in the same apartment complex. Their owner provided a gate pass. Hopefully their future guests will receive one too.
