Vacation rentals with a patio in DeLand

There was an issue when we checked in, the unit we booked was not cleaned. It took a bit for the host to respond. But when she did, she offered the next unit, which was much nicer and she refunded the cleaning fee. We feel this was good host etiquette and customer service. We are overall happy with our stay. The trains do get loud at night, however, so just be aware you may benefit from earplugs

Robs place was the perfect place to stay, so close to the beach and has everything you need!

We have family living in Oviedo and have tried a variety of options for housing in the area. This was by far the best option for us. The location is great, the place was cozy and had everything that we needed. It was clean and comfortable and the shower is awesome. We will definitely be back.

Definitely would rebook in the future. Great stay!

Stacey’s place was great. Much larger than I expected and she had laundry on site which was great as we were there for a week. It’s located in a great neighborhood - very family friendly and across from a cute park that was decorated for Christmas. We also had a great view of the NYE fireworks. Stacey was a great host - she was great at communicating and made use we had everything we needed! 10/10 recommend!

Mike made everything easy and clear for me. I celebrated an anniversary and was very close to nice restaurants and had plenty to do

Alain’s place is very nice. The condo was very clean. The beach was a short 1 minute walk. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable. Each room had its own climate control. The kitchen was also very nice and stocked with decent equipment a basic set of spices. Also coffee was available for the coffee maker. The residence was very comfortable. It is a small space but perfect for a couple or a small family. If we are in the area again we will seek it out. My only critique was that the community grill in the courtyard didn’t work very well. Alain was always quick to respond and helpful. Thank you Alain. Hopefully we will see you again!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving here with very roomy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again .

I have always stayed at a Disney hotel, but really appreciated the private home, hot tub, great restaurants, and fun vibe of the vibrant colored homes. Location was convenient to the parks and airport. Would definitely stay again!

We loved the home! It was perfect for our family. We were in town for a Disney Run and it was close enough to easily get to the early morning races. The home was beautiful inside and had everything we needed for our stay. Having the pool right out back was a lot of fun too! Thank you for an amazing place to stay!!

Great place to stay with family and very dog friendly! Our 2 year old pup was thrilled to discover a new toy as soon as we arrived and he settled right in. We enjoyed the comfort and stylish touches of the home. The courtyard was super cute and we were constantly in awe of the beautiful native landscaping. You can tell that the hosts really care and are intentional about supplying their guests with essentials. Would definitely rebook here!

Great location right on the beach. My son and I enjoyed pool, beach and local eateries. The condo was nice and cozy. Felt like home.

Monica was very responsive and even helped us rearrange our dates to the best of her ability when we had some other events come up that interfered with our stay. The view is absolutely beautiful and the property is very nice and quiet. We loved being on the top floor! The set up was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was fully equipped for what we needed (normally we have to go buy a vegetable peeler). The kids loved going from the pool to the hot tub. We met a few of the locals and they were very nice and welcoming. We’d absolutely stay again on our next trip down to Cocoa beach! Thank you so much Monica for allowing us to rent your property!

Beautiful view, great living space to hang out, watch TV or play games. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious with plenty of room to have multiple people prepping for meals. Loved the quick beach access and plenty of great restaurants that were close. I would encourage replacing the king mattress, it has seen it's better days along with the pillows which could be standard or queen but the towels were plentiful and the primary bathroom was very roomy along with private, thanks to the pocket door. We really enjoyed opening the sliding glass doors for the fresh air and soothing ocean waves. Thanks for helping our family make a wonderful holiday memory Marissa!

Jose’s place was extremely comfortable. We spent a couple of days at Disney World and came back exhausted. Everyone rested up so well in the accommodation. Would highly recommend the condo!! Felt totally 5 star. You do need to go through an id process to enter each time. But this was seamless. I respected and appreciated the security it offered. Thank you Jose, when we come back we would definitely stay here again!
