Vacation rentals with a patio in DeLand

There was an issue when we checked in, the unit we booked was not cleaned. It took a bit for the host to respond. But when she did, she offered the next unit, which was much nicer and she refunded the cleaning fee. We feel this was good host etiquette and customer service. We are overall happy with our stay. The trains do get loud at night, however, so just be aware you may benefit from earplugs

Robs place was the perfect place to stay, so close to the beach and has everything you need!

William was a great host and extremely responsive. The place made me feel right at home, and I would recommend it to anyone planning a short or long-term stay.

Stacey's place was amazing . She gave very simple instructions and it was very easy to get inside and get comfortable. Her response timee is almost immediate and she super nice . Aswell as the place being very clean and up kept in a wonderful neighborhood. I am definitely going to book again in the future and would recommend anyone to this house !!!

We had a lovely time at Gary’s home. The house was clean, well-equipped, and was in a great location. We enjoyed the heated pool also. The golf cart was terrific to travel to the square & open houses close by. Thanks for sharing your house with us & we would gladly book it again in the future!

The location was great! Very easy to get to both Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing by golf cart. The view out the back of Debbie’s home was so calming .. lots of birds, water, large trees with Spanish moss! Having coffee every morning on the screened in porch was a highlight! The villages has so much to offer. Debbie got us guest passes and we took line dance and Zumba classes. So fun! Debbie was very prompt in responding to our questions , offering suggestions and advice.

The house was exactly what we were looking for and had everything we could need for our visit. Eileen was super nice and got right back to us with any issues.

This was probably the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had! We come to the New Smyrna Beach area often and we’ve never had a better stay! Danielle’s communication, accommodation and customer service was immaculate! The house is beautiful and more than enough space for our family. Pool and hot tub were perfect, the couches and beds were very comfortable, everything was great! Not a single complaint. These accommodations are a rare find. Can’t wait to come back!

We loved the home! It was perfect for our family. We were in town for a Disney Run and it was close enough to easily get to the early morning races. The home was beautiful inside and had everything we needed for our stay. Having the pool right out back was a lot of fun too! Thank you for an amazing place to stay!!

Great location right on the beach. My son and I enjoyed pool, beach and local eateries. The condo was nice and cozy. Felt like home.

A++. Monica (and Paul)'s place was as attractive as the live rocket launches, the huge cruise ships leaving the terminals, the beach. We loved the apartment. Monica has catered to every detail to make the guests time in the apartment very comfortable. All of us enjoyed the view of the ocean and the sound of waves right from the apartment. Walking to the beach was a breeze. One can walk to some good restaurants and others are short drives away. The kitchen is fully stocked, so cooking and having a drink at the apartment were great options as well. It was a pleasure communicating with Monica. We won't be thinking of another place to stay during our next visit to Cocoa Beach.

We stayed for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. We were able to walk to the convention center to avoid paying for parking at the convention center. The apartment has ocean views and has a bar/restaurant on the first floor. The apartment was clean and decorated very nicely. The hosts provided easy instructions on how to check in.

This was a perfect getaway with my children. We had a fabulous time. I will be back for sure!

The house is great, just like the description. The location is also excellent, close to outlets and parks. Extremely comfortable beds and linen and towels in excellent condition. The only point of attention is the delay in the response of the company that manages the access gate, but nothing to harm the stay. I would rent the house again, I was very pleased
