Yay! Cool Tiny Home Near All the Parks (98)

Located in the middle of it all. Hundreds of restaurants/shopping/grocery stores/pharmacies. You will love our great porch and the quiet atmosphere. One awesome thing about our neighborhood is that even though it is centrally located, you cannot hear any noise. 15 minutes from Disney, Sea World and Universal!! Deer, raccoons, and large water birds walk down the streets. Our cottage is great for families, couples, solo adventurers or business travel.

My place is good for couples & families with kids. Nice getaway resort with lots of extras. 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, with lovely Kitchen w/window and lots of light. Hot tub, iron table, washer and dryer. Closer walk to Pool/Amenity area. Very friendly place & very kid's oriented. 25 minutes from Disney, 30 Minutes from Universal and MCO International Airport. We always have a great time at the lake house! We have made beautiful memories and will continue to do so. Thank you Jennifer for allowing us to make all these great memories at your lake house these last several years! We always feel right at home. The lake is amazing, my husband loves that he is able to put the boat in the water right from the yard. He and the kids love the bass they catch out there! We love kayaking around the lake too! The water is always so clear. Wonderful and friendly neighbors. The house is also perfect for us. No matter the weather we always have an amazing time!

This space was so amazing! We all really enjoyed hanging out in the garage, shooting darts and playing pool while we listened to music and grilled out on the propane grill that was provided! It was such an amazing and peaceful stay! We definitely plan to go back and maybe even try to do a family reunion at the whole space!! It was absolutely perfect!!

We stayed for 7 days at this lovely townhouse and had a fantastic time. The location was ideal—just a short drive from Disney and other major attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which was great for relaxing after busy days out. The townhouse was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and having a washer and dryer was super convenient. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning kept the whole place cool and comfortable. The kids especially loved the community pool.

We enjoyed our stay here as a bigger group with a little baby. Spacious, clean and private. Kitchen fully stocked, two bathrooms and 4 beds was great for our group. The location is a little out there, and with traffic, getting to Orlando can be a bit crazy. It does take a good 30 minutes to Disney and 1 hour to OCC convention center, depending on time of day. But we can’t control traffic, otherwise the place was great!

3/10/2025 Review of the Yellow Beach House, Cape Canaveral. The Yellow Beach House was a great stay with a very good quiet location and nice amenaties. A ten minute walk and you were on the spacious beautiful Atlantic Ocean beach. The pool area is outstanding with plenty of lounges, a large tiki hut and additional seating and fire table. The house has plenty of linens and cookware to prepare any meal. Sondra, our host was very responsive to any questions or issues. I would highly recommend this house. Roy L.

This house was absolutely amazing and had everything we needed! Our kids had a blast with the heated pool and all the games—it was nonstop fun. The house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. We highly recommend it! all the instructions to enter were a breeze. Martin was very responsive and checked in on us. LOVED LOVED LOVED.

We had a wonderful time at the house. It was a gated community so we felt very safe. We enjoyed walking around the resort in the evening looking at Christmas lights 🎄. The private pool was wonderful. We were there the end of December so we paid the extra fee to have it heated. It was so worth it! The house was clean and free of clutter. It had all the dishes and pots/pans we needed as we enjoy cooking. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked perfectly for our family. The house was close to the Disney parks, grocery stores and restaurants. My son used the gym at the resort. We also enjoyed the resort pool and hot tub. It was a quiet and peaceful location. We highly recommend the home and would stay again.

Bonnie and Sergio’s place was in a wonderful, private, gated community super close to all the Disney parks. Easy to find and was in a super convenient location, close to any and all essential place needed during vacation. The theater room was so nice for the little ones! Spacious house with an enclosed back deck with pool and hot tub. Everything you could ever need and more! We look forward to many more stays!
