Stayed here several times as a group of friends. Joanne is always so helpful and welcoming. We have a great time catching up, brilliant for socialising in the open plan lounge. It’s clean and well equipped and only 15 minutes into Leeds city centre for lots of shopping! We will be back again next year.

the place of stay was exactly as listed. The room it's self was great with near by restaurants and takeaway and the one we got which was amazing (5 star kitchen). The bath was the selling point for us which was great also The host Sadiya was amazing really friendly explained everything to us and made us feel relaxed straight away. thanks guys would definitely come again.

Beautiful cottage in what feels like a rural location after dark but only minutes from the M6. The cottage was spotlessly clean and super cosy. We felt right at home. Everything you might need is provided and the bed was super comfy. Would highly recommend a stay here and would definitely visit again for the accommodation and the location. All the information provided when booked and a guide book in the kitchen for anything else. A bottle of wine, tea, coffee, sugar and eggs were provided when we arrived which were an added loveliness.

We had a lovely stay at Sunrise. Romaldkirk is a quintessentially english village. Beautifully set amongst wonderful countryside. The family had a great time. Sarah's communication was great before and during our stay. We had kids and elderly relatives staying with us and the layout of the cottage was brilliant for our needs

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sandysike Barn! Sharon was a wonderful host—her communication was excellent from start to finish, and she was always happy to help with any questions or requests. Her warm and welcoming approach made our visit even more enjoyable. The barn itself was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was particularly well-equipped, which was a huge plus, as we opted to cook most of our meals. The hot tub was a highlight, offering the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring the beautiful surrounding hills. The peaceful and picturesque surroundings made it feel like a true retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Overall, we genuinely couldn’t fault our stay at Sandysike Barn. It’s clear that Sharon takes great pride in maintaining the property and ensuring her guests have the best possible experience.

A lovely little cottage in a central location. Immaculately clean and very welcoming. Sandra is an excellent host ,very quick to respond to messages . We also received a message early on our arrival day to say that the cottage was ready for us which was nice .

Had an absolutely wonderful stay here in chilli November but we were lovely and warm courtesy of the glorious wood burner and cosy duvet. The property itself was perfectly clean and spacious and brilliantly located for both coast and inland adventures. Kate was an amazing hostess, getting back to us in no time at all if we had any queries and happy to share her local knowledge to help us find our way around. Our only regret is that we didn’t take our dog. The secure garden would have been perfect for him and the boot room area the perfect place for wiping off muddy paws before he settled in front of the fire.

Amazing overnight stay. Beautiful surroundings, the food In the pub was incredible. Especially the pies! Will be back again for sure. Hosts and everyone were so friendly, even being our 2 big dogs it was a great stay.

What can I say... Absolutely fantastic place. You couldn't ask for anything more. Really peaceful location with fantastic views of the hills etc. We had a strange issue but this was sorted out very swiftly by Malcolm 👍 We will definitely be looking to book again and have another peaceful time just watching the world go by. Very nice cottage in a lovely secluded part of the countryside. Sean and Jane were great in providing all the required info for reaching the cottage ahead of our trip (including a detailed PDF of the diversion we needed to make for a road closure). The place was very clean and the temperature was just right. Roads can be a bit tight around the area but that's to be expected. No TV but a projector with a Chromecast to watch videos on. Thanks both!

Flitch cottage is in a great location for exploring the Lake District. It had everything that we needed for a long weekend and the bedroom was big enough for us to fit two cots in there. Jacquie was helpful with anything we needed and left us some milk and cakes for when we arrived.

John was always on hand to speak to. messaged quickly. perfect spot for us near the middle of Windermere. apartment was a great size and had all we needed.

Rented this for my stepson. He was very happy with accommodation and said it was very clean and tidy and had everything he needed. He would definitely recommend staying there.

Great place to stay, has everything you need was clean & tidy, lovely sitting outside in the evenings with the fire pit, 5mins from Amberside town witch has everything you need, lovely walks round the area, would recommend highly.

Really wonderful stay at Deborahs and Clives bungalow/ cottage! Really responsive to messages, whenever I had a question, they answered within minutes! Really clean and so cosy and warm too, towels were provided, wifi, everything that was desribed was shown, truly great place to stay. I think the one thing I would suggest is make sure to stay that extra night, checking in after 4pm and having to check out before 10am kinda cuts into the day, so stay longer to enjoy it! Also the hottub is awesome, but some lights would be nice outside to showcase the cute corner where the hottub is situated, especially in these months where it gets pitch black by 4:30pm 😂 But all in all, a wonderful stay and hope to come back in the near future!

Norma was a lovely, responsive and friendly hist. I sent her quite a few questions about the cottage and the area and she responded quickly and with lots of suggestions. The cottage was home from home . We went up to Kielder a couple of days from here and explored the local area. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Andy provided clear instructions which helped us locate the cabin with ease. The cabin has a lovely cosy feel to it and has everything you’ll need. It’s also a great location with beautiful surroundings. Andy also provided some suggestions on what to do which was helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again. Having netflix was a great plus too!

The lodge was very clean and on a superb quiet site. There was everything we needed for a restful holiday. We has Sunday lunch at the on-site Gamekeepers Inn - very good and reasonably priced too. As others have said, the pork pies from the local butchers at the Spar shop were excellent. We have been in the Yorkshire Dales several times and we love the area. Angie was very good at communication with us before and during our stay. Thank you Angie
