We stayed here for my Husbands 50th birthday, lovely place kitchen well equipped and hot tub was a nice touch. Lovely walks and easy to get to, would recommend

We had a great time at Elizabeth’s place. The house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. Fantastic communication from the host - she is so friendly and accommodating. The house is spotless. Easy instructions and a great location. 10/10 - one of the best air bnbs we have stayed at. Would definitely recommend and we would love to come back. What a perfect get away for outdoor types, children and furry family...all made welcome. Fabulous setting with the forest and lake literally on the doorstep, and a lovely hot tub to enjoy. The cottage was perfect with a huge lounge and so warm even in the winter with their beast of an aga on full time, and what a treat to cook on ! We absolutely loved our stay, lights on and music as we arrived and plenty of welcoming treats to greet us on a dark winter afternoon, but the message to arrive early if we wanted because everything was ready was lovely. Thank you Stephen and Amber ...its a gem !

What a fantastic place, I'm so pleased I booked Beudy Bach Cottage for my last minute break! It was so peaceful and tranquil and just what I needed. It is in such a beautiful location. The bed is so comfortable, I slept so well. The cottage has everything you need and an added bonus of your own hot tub, and a gym. Lliwen and Paul were fantastic hosts! Lliwen searched for some vegan recommendations for me, which I was grateful for. Paul was helpful with local knowledge regarding the walks I wanted to go on. Overall, this break was perfect and I cannot wait to come back again to Beudy Bach for a bit of rest and relaxation. Thank you Lliwen and Paul!

This house was absolutely stunning. It was well worth the money we paid. We had 12 guests for a Hen Do and we had plenty of room. The hot tub was wonderful and warm, even if February. The view was stunning as were the rooms. Each room was beautifully decorated, including a stunning shower and bath. Hosts communicated clearly and responded quickly when I had questions. Would definitely return and recommend!

Had a delightful stay here between Christmas and New year, the bungalow had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Christmas decorations gave a cosy feel. The hot tub and Cascades use, were definitely an ideal extra! Good communication with our hosts. A perfect place to explore the lakes especially Windermere. Definitely would recommend and return. Thank you for a delightful stay.

Another great stay at the caravan, lovely location, especially over looking the horses and goats. Lovely garden area and Gwyndaf is a great host. We'll definitely be back again

Perfect for my mum, her partner and their dog while they had works done on their home. Friendly welcoming hosts, comfy bed, great walks and nearby Unit 1 for food and drinks. Thank you ☺️

Jan was a great host. The annex is fully sufficient with all mod cons and well located for all amenities, with a separate entrance in and out and a parking space. It was an ideal place, me, my family and our dog when we stayed for nearly 2 weeks whilst having renovations done. It felt like a home from home. It made what was a stressful time and so near to Christmas, so much easier. Thank you Jan.

We loved our stay! Perfectly clean, the bed was so comfy and the garden was enclosed, which is perfect for our dogs. The location is great - I would run every morning and it would take 10 minutes to get to the seafront. Absolutely 10/10 and we had such a beautiful, relaxing weekend. This lovely cottage felt warm and very welcoming. There was lots of attention to detail in the décor and layout of the house. The location was fantastic, felt very safe and had lots of amazing walks and sights from the doorstep. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would happily stay again with my 3 adult children and dog.

Well what can we say! Simply amazing, we loved the place. It’s in a fantastic location the grounds and loch walks beautiful . Harris our dog was shattered every day. Easy walk into Selkirk through the woods. The breakfast, coffee and Selkirk Bannock was a wonderful touch. Will we be back ? Yes in a heart beat. Ps the lady who cleans was so friendly and helpful she needs a mention Thanks again 😁🙏 Is a two night break possible in March ?? 🥰☺️

This lodge was perfect! Great value for the price and the hot tub was set up before we arrived. Was spotless and was provided with all cleaning products that we needed. Bedrooms are spacious and towels were provided. Gary welcomed us on arrival and was very friendly. Would defiantly recommend, we had a lovely time :)

Lovely little stay, only stayed for one night and wished we did more. POD had everything we needed, was cosy, specious and clean! Area is lovely and quiet, lots of nice views. Went to local village for food at a pub recommended on the howgills app. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

My wife and I had the most relaxing time at the "Condo" it was a great location to explore, the property was just perfect for the two of us and had everything we wanted for the weekend. It was clean and tidy with a wonderful log burner which was wonderful to sit in front of and listen to the wind and the rain on an evening. Jacqui was very responsive and helpful. The black dog just down the hill was welcoming and does the best Sunday lunch. A great find!!

This was the second time we have stayed as a family at Graham's house when visiting Suffolk, and it was just as comfortable and welcoming as the first time. Graham was a great host who was able to accommodate our requested dates and offered a flexible check-in. The house is really well equipped and clean and in a lovely location with a lot of character. The beds are very comfy too, and we really valued the treats on arrival to toast the New Year - thank you so much - would highly recommend staying here!

We were a group of 15 friends and family - adults, teenagers and children - celebrating new year together. The property suited us perfectly and had everything we needed for a great few days. The location is excellent for the Jurassic coast beaches and Lyme Regis.

We had a wonderful stay with all our family to celebrate a special birthday - we loved the house, all able to eat together around the table was wonderful, enjoying chatting and drinking in the beautiful lounge and the younger ones loved the hot tub and braver ones the swimming pool. Great position for all the lovely New Forest areas and walks

New year’s stay to celebrate a 50th birthday with a family of 12. Bedrooms were spacious with a variety of layouts offered by Gill to suit our needs. We loved the hot tub and sauna, especially as it snowed on our second night. The log burner was perfect to warm up after a brisk walk to Harry’s cider farm and the local farm shop (recommend the fresh milkshakes there). Wonderful place. Thank you, would love to revisit and try out the pool in warmer months.

Thank you Paul, Sandra & Sam for a wonderful stay at Mistletoe Farm to celebrate my Mum’s 60th birthday. Everything was exactly as we hoped and more! The bar, garden kitchen and party room were fantastic areas. We loved the hot tub, karaoke, log burner and twinkly lights! The Somerset evening was brilliant - welly wanging was so much fun and we all really enjoyed the cider tasting and hog roast. Thank you so much for catering for the non-drinkers and veggies in the group! Paul was always available on his phone if we needed assistance, and always made sure we were warm and comfortable. We really enjoyed spending time in the kitchen and living area in the annexe - this is a really cosy spot. The surroundings are beautiful and we enjoyed a walk to Hornsbury Mill nearby. We would also recommend the 5 dials pub which is a 5 minute drive away - really lovely food, good service and a great atmosphere. The guests ages ranged from 2 to 80+ and everyone had a fantastic time! 🥳🎉

We stayed for a couple of nights close to Christmas, wonderful stay in this beautiful period home, with the village looking very pretty and festive. Having use of a sauna and pool, while it was frosty outside; made our stay particularly enjoyable!

We had a great stay for my husbands 60th birthday. Spotlessly clean through out the house and annexe with lots of crocs just inside the door to use, brilliant idea! It's a lovely home for a holiday with everything you need close by.
