Highly recommended accommodation. Very spacious for the price, with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, and balcony. Clean, with plenty of natural light and great interior decoration. Good WIFI for remote working. Access to washer and dryer. The host lives downstairs. She is friendly, responsive, and respects your privacy. She has 2 cats that sometimes wander upstairs so you should consider that if you are highly allergic to dander. Nice neighborhood too. Street sweeping on Tue morning so parking can be tricky that day. Otherwise, you’ll find available spaces in the condo or street. I definitely plan to stay here again.

Don’t really want to leave a review and let out the secret of this amazing home! But definitely need to share about this cute place and amazing host! The house is so adorable with high end decor and style. Very spacious and feels like home. In the absolute best location right next to the freeway and 5 mins from the massive south coast plaza mall. Located next to amazing restaurants and only 15 minutes to the beach. Josh was an extremely attentive and responsive host. The kitchen is absolutely stocked with everything you need which can be hard in airbnbs sometimes but Josh thought of everything! We stayed for a couple months and wish we could stay longer!

My stay was perfect. The apartment’s location was walkable to local restaurants and the mall if ambitious. The kitchen’s supplies were bare bone, but exactly what I needed. The complex is fairly quiet and it was lovely to have access to the pool and gym. And Christopher was super responsive, even at weird hours in the middle of the night.
