The property would seem like lacking of privacy at first knowing that the owners live downstairs, but it was not at all like that. They were friendly people and very sensitive of our needs. They are generous enough to stock the fridge with snacks and drinks and would even ask, on a regular basis, if we need any refills. Thank you and have a more prosperous 2025!

Jessica's house would actually be better than the pictures, the location is good, the house is reasonably priced, corresponding to the size of this room, it's a good value for money in Los Angeles.One dedicated parking space with fully equipped kitchen.The bed is large and comfortable, and the room also has a constant temperature heater in the winter, so it doesn't feel cold.

I love this location and will stay here again next time I visit my daughter in CDM!

You can stop searching. If this place has come up with your criteria then lock it in. I’ve stayed in over 50 Airbnb’s all over the world and never have I met a host like Jeff. He made me feel welcome, at home, keen to try all the local restaurants, see the sites. The place is precisely like the photos but the vibe is 100% Californian relaxed charm. The streets are quiet and very safe. I move to this Airbnb from a local 5 star hotel and I wish I stayed at Jeff’s place the whole time.

This place was even better than the pictures! Sweeping views of the city and church steeples from the big windows and shaded under a large jacaranda tree, this place was the perfect quiet spot to work for a week. And conveniently central to most LA neighborhoods, I was never more than 25 minutes from my destination. Love the old Hollywood style building and decoration. Love being in the most diverse neighborhood in LA. And having a bath was an extra treat.

Quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood. Super clear and guided instructions for check in/out. Stayed for the weekend and enjoyed my stay! Highly recommend if you are looking for something quiet, not too far from any major tourist destinations/attractions.

This was my second stay at Bo’s place. Check in and communication with him was great. It’s on a beautiful street in a nice neighborhood. My daughter and her family live in the same neighborhood and this is a great place for me to come and stay while I visit. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs to be in the area and you’re close to the beach… Just about 2 miles away. His kitchen is well stocked, and he has treats and water for the guests. I’m sure I will be back again.

We had a great stay! Lovely place and had everything we needed for a few nights. Rachel was very friendly and gave clear instructions. The walk up to the guest suite is very nice as you’re surrounded by the citrus trees.

I loved Maribel's AirBnb. she even welcomed me when i first got there and was always responsive to questions I had. There was ample space and the backyard views were wonderful. it was also nice and quiet. I would absolutely stay here again.

It was an incredible place—very clean and serene. Diane and Bill were incredibly responsive and well-equipped the place with all the details. I hope to return and stay with them in the future.

Convenient location and a peaceful corner of the neighborhood. Kitchen counter space was limited but clean, effecient, and more than plenty to prepare anything with the provided cookware. Studio was a very comfortable and clean layout with a heater and AC unit provided. Chad was a very responsive and attentive host and quickly got us an extra blanket and some hangers after we asked. Grateful to have had this place to relax in after exploring SoCal, would definitely stay again!

I’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s even if this was the first time booking through my own account. I had seen many issues come up but my experience was very smooth and without trouble. Not only was the place as described, the host also included complimentary water bottles and snacks. The place has ample parking space, great lighting at night and felt very safe, even though I checked in after midnight. Armando also recommended local spots that were good and made me feel glad I checked them out. The room itself is cozy, clean and comfortable. It included everything I was expecting. I love LA and will be back so I will definitely be booking through Armando again. I highly recommend this host and this location. Thanks again Armando.

This space was perfect for my business trip. It was extremely clean, I was able to cook instead of eating out the whole time and it has a nice desk to sit and work. And it is easy to get parking at all times of the day. I will definitely book again!

A real find. Loved it. Hope to return. Great, communicative hosts. The location is an easy walk to a gazillion places to eat on 2nd street to the north and the beach to the south. Everything works — good solid wifi, nice fridge, good hot water, everything you want. Parking takes just a little care, but unless you have a really large vehicle, it's no big deal at all. The unit is cozy but the space is comfortable, surprisingly quiet, and very well thought-out. (Look for lots of little hidden extra drawers in the kitchen!) I expected a bit of possible noise given the density of homes, but it was quiet and peaceful. We really hated to leave, and we'll hope to be back!
