Private suite vacation rentals in Costa Mesa

The property would seem like lacking of privacy at first knowing that the owners live downstairs, but it was not at all like that. They were friendly people and very sensitive of our needs. They are generous enough to stock the fridge with snacks and drinks and would even ask, on a regular basis, if we need any refills. Thank you and have a more prosperous 2025!

Peaceful and serene place to stay while we visited family nearby. Very comfy king-size bed, well-appointed kitchen. Lovely snacks and some breakfast items for the first morning. Espresso coffee maker as well as a French press were welcome items for this coffee drinker. Any minor issues we ran into were promptly handled by the friendly hosts. There is a nearby park for evening walks and Dana Point is a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here, it’s a wonderful, peaceful retreat. The garden is beautiful. The location was perfect for us to visit family. We love being near Mile Square Park and several beach options are not far. Comfy big bed! It was wonderful to have a parking spot in the driveway. Our hosts were friendly and we plan to stay again next time. Thank you.

This is a great room if you are looking for a base location - close to the airport, not too far from Disney or UCI. You won't find a TV or pool, but you will find Wifi, a microwave, a mini-fridge, and a very comfortable bed. Along with a very gracious host!

I’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s even if this was the first time booking through my own account. I had seen many issues come up but my experience was very smooth and without trouble. Not only was the place as described, the host also included complimentary water bottles and snacks. The place has ample parking space, great lighting at night and felt very safe, even though I checked in after midnight. Armando also recommended local spots that were good and made me feel glad I checked them out. The room itself is cozy, clean and comfortable. It included everything I was expecting. I love LA and will be back so I will definitely be booking through Armando again. I highly recommend this host and this location. Thanks again Armando.

The place was as described. Frankie was very quick to respond to any questions I had, and was nice enough to allow us late check out. The kitchen had alot of what anyone would need to cook at home (pots, pans, spatula, plates, silverware). The neighborhood was fine. Since we stayed during Christmas time, some very loud fireworks would go off during the night, but that is nothing against the host, likely wouldn't be an issue any other time of the year. The water pressure of the shower head was very good! Frankie had shampoo and conditioner available.

We loved the island. Everything was walkable! Our place was lovely and ten minute walk to shops and restaurants. Great coffee and Mexican restaurant across the street. Location was quiet and private.

Great place to stay when exploring all LA has to offer. Great, central location making it easy to get Downtown, Disney, etc. The studio was the perfect size for my guest and me. It was easy to find and very clean upon arrival. Kleymar was easy to get ahold of and was constantly communicating updates. Would definitely stay here again when back in LA

I loved Maribel's AirBnb. she even welcomed me when i first got there and was always responsive to questions I had. There was ample space and the backyard views were wonderful. it was also nice and quiet. I would absolutely stay here again.

Van was very kind host and her house was clean and nice. There was enough space to put stuff for trip. It was safe area to walk around the house. The water pressure was very nice. Disneyland was very close to her house.

Really enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again. great location to the beach and 2nd Street with restaurants and coffee shops. completely remodeled inside and love how modern it looks. Lastly, the bed was super comfortable and loved that the room stayed dark for good sleep.

Chris provided complimentary snacks. the kitchen had everything you would need including coffee and cereal. I was in a hurry this weekend and needed to laundry and errands and luckily found Chris's place the has washer and dryer. The whole place was extremely convenient.
