Their space was great for our large group. Phillip accommodated our late check-in and toured us around the clean and large upper floor of the house. In addition, there are so many small touches like numerous snacks and paperwork. Loved our stay!

Peaceful and serene place to stay while we visited family nearby. Very comfy king-size bed, well-appointed kitchen. Lovely snacks and some breakfast items for the first morning. Espresso coffee maker as well as a French press were welcome items for this coffee drinker. Any minor issues we ran into were promptly handled by the friendly hosts. There is a nearby park for evening walks and Dana Point is a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great little place to stay for a beach weekend. Located directly across Balboa Blvd from the sand. I stayed in the off season and parking was a breeze. All the best restaurants and shops are within walking distance and a 7-11 right next door. The bike path is easily accessible as well. There is a lot of foot traffic on Balboa that passes the unit, I didn't mind that but one should keep that in mind if something like that would bother you. I actually enjoyed sitting on the gated patio, people watching in the sun. The unit was small but just what I needed for the weekend. The bathroom was very clean and there were plenty of supplies available. The only issue I encountered was the volume level of the upstairs unit. Not enough to make a complaint about but you will hear upstairs tenants if the unit is occupied. Ted was very responsive and very kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Always stay here every time we go to Disneyland and it’s a second home to us. Quiet, peaceful, awesome soaker tub and great neighborhood. We love to eat so this place is perfect for us since it’s in little Saigon. We’ll definitely be back!

I’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s even if this was the first time booking through my own account. I had seen many issues come up but my experience was very smooth and without trouble. Not only was the place as described, the host also included complimentary water bottles and snacks. The place has ample parking space, great lighting at night and felt very safe, even though I checked in after midnight. Armando also recommended local spots that were good and made me feel glad I checked them out. The room itself is cozy, clean and comfortable. It included everything I was expecting. I love LA and will be back so I will definitely be booking through Armando again. I highly recommend this host and this location. Thanks again Armando.

You can stop searching. If this place has come up with your criteria then lock it in. I’ve stayed in over 50 Airbnb’s all over the world and never have I met a host like Jeff. He made me feel welcome, at home, keen to try all the local restaurants, see the sites. The place is precisely like the photos but the vibe is 100% Californian relaxed charm. The streets are quiet and very safe. I move to this Airbnb from a local 5 star hotel and I wish I stayed at Jeff’s place the whole time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mary’s place! Great location, comfortable bed, well-stocked kitchen, everything we needed for a few days in Dana Point.

This unit had all the coziness and charm as described by others and as shown in the pictures. We arrived after dark, and all the accent lamps were on for us, which felt very welcoming. As did the bottle of wine waiting for us! Our quick stay in Long Beach was to take in the Queen Mary, the aquarium, and Parkers’ Lighthouse, and this rental was a perfect location for that. It is on a busy street, so not ideal for those who don’t like all that city noise. I always travel with ear plugs when sleeping in new places, so it didn’t bother me but did others in our party. Overall, the charm of the place and the location were enough of a trade off for the traffic noise.

Rachel and her husband were very nice. The place was cute and it was interesting to see the fresh gardens and the animals. I did get a little confused on the fence to get in even though she sent pictures. It was pretty quiet around us and a nice stop on our way through. We visited the handmade craft market which was really cool to me. I recommend it and 22nd Street Seafood and Grill!

This was my first ever time using AirBNB and Maribel just set my expectations for all other trips! She was such a nice host, letting me know about the taco trucks only a block away and checking up on me via text. Not only that, but the BNB was amazing! It was so quiet, secure, clean and comfortable. my favorite amenity was the outdoor seating that was comfortably secluded (i also loved the giant, rainfall showerhead). Maribel and her home deserve more than 5 stars!! I hope to stay again soon.

During our Thanksgiving visit to Mission Viejo from Australia we stayed at Diane & Bill’s for about 2 weeks. The location was great, only 10 minutes from our family. Lydia was absolutely great! We extended a day and she was more than welcoming about it! This place was super cute, private! My boyfriend works near lax and get off at 6a so the late check out was perfect and soooo worth it! The bed was super comfy! Once you in it you not getting up unless you have to! Very comfortable space!

This was a clean, nice, SAFE place. It was close to my family and I felt safe walking to my place after dark.

As family of four- two toddlers, this place had everything we needed for our one week stay. We went to Disney California and Disneyland within three days and the traffic was bearable. Place was super clean and full of instructions. Peaceful neighborhood! I would totally recommend this place if you’re visiting LA.

Definitely one of my favorite places to stay in the area. Very private, quiet, safe. Nice neighborhood with good walking and conveniences. The apartment is comfortable with plenty of light and well thought out homey touches.

I stayed over a weekend. The unit was very clean and modern. It's a nice, safe, walkable area. The bed was pretty comfortable. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. If I have to find something to complain about, it would be that the TV is placed awkwardly relative to the couch. But you should be out and walking around most of the time so it wasn't a big nuisance. I'd definitely recommend this unit and I'd stay there again if I were to find myself back in Long Beach.

Chris provided complimentary snacks. the kitchen had everything you would need including coffee and cereal. I was in a hurry this weekend and needed to laundry and errands and luckily found Chris's place the has washer and dryer. The whole place was extremely convenient.
