Our family absolutely loved staying at this beautifully restored gem! The property effortlessly combines charming, classic details with all the modern amenities you could want. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home, thanks to the thoughtful touches throughout. The location was just a quick walk 1.5 blocks from to the beach. We especially appreciated the provided beach chairs, beach volleyball, and sand bucket. Inside, we had all the comforts we needed, from coffee pods to keep us going in the morning to the convenience of Uber Eats for groceries and essentials. The surrounding area was so walkable, too; we were able to explore a variety of nearby restaurants without needing a car. Street parking was ample too. Thank you!

This place was charming . The house was small but it suited my family's needs during our short stay. Perks included its proximity to the beach, a minute's walk to the sand, starbucks right across the street & Jason provided bicycles, beach chairs, and a boogie board. At arrival, my children wanted to shower, but the shower head broke. We repaired it temporarily, & Jason resolved the issue the next morning. Some drawbacks included the sound of the nearby busy road overpowering the ocean. Also, while the beds were comfortable, the master bdrm bed creaked with movement, & the ceiling fan was loud & ticking on its highest setting. i just kept it on low. The Wi-Fi in the master was weak, would freeze while watching but I was glad to have a tv. Overall, our stay was enjoyable. We appreciated the nearby restaurants within walking distance and enjoyed an excellent Italian meal at one of Jason's recommendations. We also met some friendly neighbors which helped us to have a peaceful stay. TY

Kim’s beachside villa is charming and cozy. It’s as described and quiet, I can appreciate the warm home like environment. Beautiful view and instant access to the beach as soon as you open the front door. The home had everything I needed to cook and maintain my stay. Kim is welcoming, attentive and proactive. I would book here again, for sure.

The beach house was located right on the beach. The views were amazing. Great location. Our family would stay there again.

This was our second stay in Patricia’s place. The space is clean and easy to use. We had 3 people this time and it fit us well. The property is in a stellar location. Balboa Island is among the best places to stay when in Orange County.

We really enjoyed our stay starting with an easy entry & a wonderful place to relax. Inside, the amenities were superb - I loved the many boxes of kleenex, comfortable seating, comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower, views of the ocean & walking in the sand. I loved the chairs outside & the dishes, pots & pans, cups & glasses. The Keurig & the other coffee maker made making coffee & tea a breeze - I actually was going to ask our host if she had a Vitamix if I couldn’t fit mine in our vehicle but it did fit but low and behold - there was a vitamix in the cupboard. I didn’t use it as i brought mine but an added feature. The home even had binoculars which the boys loved to use to view the ships out at sea. The garage indeed only has space for a small vehicle. We parked our Honda CRV & didn’t have any problem but it was tight. Not a complaint as the host had made it clear that the garage wouldn’t fit an SUV. The other family parked their vehicle in front.

Every once in a while you wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars! Jim's place was absolutely what we needed after 3 days and two nightmarish air bnb situations in Long Beach...Spacious, clean, comfortable, well appointed, and super safe in a great area; I can't recommend this place enough! You will not be disappointed! Props to Susan for her great communication and all-around fun demeanor, too! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful property with an amazing view! Quick walk across the street to the beach! The house was very well equipped and they thought of everything. Forgot your toothbrush. Not to worry they have them there. Need bottled water - it’s there. Beds are comfortable and plenty of space to spread out if you have a family or friend group stay! There are so many positives things to say! Lovely hosts as well.

Really lovely home, spacious bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, nice and clean and in a quiet area. After 2 months touring the USA this would be one of my top 3 stays.

Amazing location just across the street from the beach/ocean and within walking distance to the main shopping /dining area! Ken was super friendly, accommodating, and responsive. The unit was immaculately clean and the beds super comfortable. My family enjoyed our stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others!!!

Location, location, location! We needed a place on the beach with no stairs and all one level. This place was so easy to access and it was right in the beach! Walked right out in the expansive patio and enjoyed incredible sunsets!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3rd stay at Christine's home. We come back because we feel at home in a very comfortable accommodation with the best scenery. Right across the street from Strand's Beach, but far more laid back than your typical beach. Christine's home had plenty of amenities, kitchen needs and comfy furniture and beds. She was always responsive and quick to resolve any issues. This is the best value and option in the area and we highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic water views makes hanging out here peaceful and restorative. The place was spotless, well stocked, and an easy walking distance to Naples and the beach. Lots to do here! Hosts were friendly and responsive. Can’t wait until next time!

We were in town for a wedding in Laguna Beach and the location of Marina's place is so convenient to really everything and it only took about 15-20 minutes to get to the wedding venue. Besides walking in the door and looking straight ahead at a wall of windows with views of the ocean, Marina's whole place was beautiful and perfect for our family. There's a slight split-plan setup to her place. There's a smaller master suite on one side of the main entrance and then on the opposite side there's a single bedroom with a full bathroom across the hall and also a very large and comfortable master suite with it's own private balcony. It was nice for my daughter's family to have their own space to get ready for the wedding and me and my husband to have our side. Marina had a full kitchen so we were able to cook there a few times. She even had some spices, oils, coffee and more provided, which was much appreciated. I highly recommend Marina's place, you won't won't want to leave!
