Vacation rentals with a patio in Costa Mesa

This is the best apartment airbnb I ever stayed in the US. It is so clean that you could feel you are breath ing freely. The bedding linens are so comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. A full seasoning pots wall! I used the mixer to make my healthy smoothies everyday. There is a plaza with all kinds of restaurants and supermarkets just cross the street. It felt like home to me and my husband now. Nate was nice patient and helpful, best landlord we ever meet! Next time when we visit Irvine, I will definitely book this apartment again.

We loved our stay! Two quick blocks to 2nd Street or the beach = perfect! Outside sitting area is lovely - a friendly squirrel greeted us often. Inside the place is wonderful! Clean, super cute, and well appointed - we wished for nothing. The beds were super comfortable and the shower was warm! We will definitely be back!

Our group just needed a place to crash for the night... this place was so much more than a crash pad. it was quiet and restful. My friend says he hasn't slept that well in months. It had the feel of being in the heart of the city with lots to do and places to go, but was restful too.

Paul is a great host, responds quickly if we needed anything! The house was clean and comfortable.

Sharon's place was great! The location along Marine is perfect if you want to walk to shops and restaurants. The apartment was very cute and beachy - perfect for a SoCal getaway. And a pretty good size space compared to other places I've stayed on the island - cute living area, desk and dining area, outdoor patio. Love all the plants in the courtyard too ;) Sharon was an outstanding host - very friendly, communicated clearly, responsive, and all around made sure it was a great experience. Highly recommend!

The location is very convenient, opposite big plaza with many good restaurants. The place is well equipped for long stay. I appreciate that there is a rice cooker in the apartment. I would stay at this property again if I’m in the area.

Kim’s beachside villa is charming and cozy. It’s as described and quiet, I can appreciate the warm home like environment. Beautiful view and instant access to the beach as soon as you open the front door. The home had everything I needed to cook and maintain my stay. Kim is welcoming, attentive and proactive. I would book here again, for sure.

Great location, and very clean! Loved being able to walk the beautiful neighbor and to the main street for restaurants and shops. Host was very friendly and responsive! Would definitely stay again!

This place would be perfect for any larger group wanting to stay in a nice, quiet neighborhood centrally located in north Orange County. The house is large. It was spotless upon arrival, and check-in could not have been easier. The heat works very well, and all appliances are functioning. The beds are very comfortable, and each room has a fan and TV. The place would be ideal for families with small children, as the master bedroom has a crib, and there's a high chair downstairs. Owners were responsive -- at one point, the toilet backed up, but a plumber was sent over quickly to fix it. A very good stay.

Casey’s place was perfect for our stay. Walkable to the beach and the stores and restaurants. Casey communicated well and even left a personal welcome note. Nice touch! Everything was clean and as described. The outdoor space in the back and place for the dog was also great. We hope to stay here again soon!

In addition to the amenities listed, Holly also provided foil and plastic wrap, paper towels, and sanitizers. Her home can accommodate many cars (we had 4) and is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants and freeways. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

amazing host, super nice, cool, and easy to talk to.. responded immediately every time I had a question about where to eat, what beach to go to, where to shop, etc.. a safe, quiet neighborhood. friendly neighbors and not to mention the secret garden in the back yard !! loved this place, and I would and will book again !!! 5 🌟 10/10 thank you for being an amazing host!! 😊

Very responsive hosts, answered our questions immediately. Brought some kindling and new lighter, some toys for the kids to play with in the kids room. It was very close to our family in Long Beach so it was a good location for us. Nice fenced yard; all felt safe.

Marina was a lovely host and the check in was very easy. The home is very comfortable and well stocked. The canyon view and wildlife was the cherry on top. I will definitely stay with Marina again.

Spent a week here and had a great time! So close to the beach, easily walkable to grocery store and restaurants. The home was just as described. Had everything you need to feel at home!

The place was amazing, especially on the 11th floor. It was a homey stay. The only inconvenience is when you have to park near the parking street or the other side of the building for a few minutes to unload and haul all your luggage to the front door, and then another door and all the way up to the 11th floor. The building is pretty old so the one working elevator took quite a bit to go up and down, other than that the place was perfect for two adults and 2 kids. Id recommend it.

Kelly’s place will not disappoint! My goodness the minute you open her front door … you know you picked right! Absolutely welcoming and just a home feel. We would have rented another full month but others beat us to it. We are relocating from Hawaii and are closing on our own new place. So we needed longer stay times. You will not be disappointed with this choice! The bed are super comfortable and the furnishings are as well. Some hosts do not put emphasis enough on furnishings. They pick cheap and super uncomfortable couches etc. Kelly’s place is just right. She thought of truly hosting her guests. It shows in her place. Again… this is one gem you cannot miss. 😊

Jeffrey's place was exactly what my group needed for a short weekend stay while we were in LA for a wedding! The place was comfortable, fully stocked with everything we needed, clean, and close to a lot of different places including great restaurants, churches, and late night spots. Jeffrey as a host is one of the most detail-oriented, attentive hosts I've ever seen and I really appreciated his proactive communication. When unexpected things happened as well, he was very responsive and kind even when it work him up in the middle of the night. Personal favorite moments were the floor to ceiling balcony overlooking waterfalls, the well-furnished kitchen, and how nice the shower was. I was especially grateful for Jeffrey waking up and also being understanding with our late check out.

The condo was comfortable, spacious, and fully stocked with all the comforts of home. Ideal for an extended stay with multiple people - we never felt on top of each other. There were books, games, puzzles and even a turkey baster for our Thanksgiving bird. The internet was reliable and fast enough for me to work via video calls. The 25-minute walk to the beach was on a pleasant route and the neighborhood was generally quiet/peaceful.

I would like to thank Kimberly for everything she has done. Her house is a great location. Our family enjoyed the stay and we highly recommend it. Everything is close by, the beach, the markets, the gas stations and all the restaurants.

Stay at Oksana’s place was great, especially if you have children. She has toys and amenities for the kids also. *note* parking is pretty difficult in the area and takes a bit of luck.

I felt right at home. Everything was clean and I received all the instructions i.e. where to find the key and what to do at check-out. We had enough of everything - bath towels/towels were provided for each person, there are many kitchen/cooking materials, dishes, shampoo, a hair dryer, baskets, and drawers to put clothes one. Very clean, too. She responded right away whenever I asked questions. I'd highly recommend staying here!
