Monthly Rentals in Clearwater

I had an amazing birthday weekend with my boyfriend here. One night stay, but was wonderful and provided us with more than we needed. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone needing a place to stay when going to Clearwater bleach or Clearwater in general.

Eli was probably one of the best hosts I’ve had out of all my Airbnb stays. The place was nice and clean with a lot of amenities. He gave me a discount to help keep my stay within my budget and when 2 hurricanes came in he pro rated my stay from the day the evacuation order was issued. The place was very quiet and was super close to Dunedin and Clearwater beach. This place was the perfect setup to get away and be able to work from home. There were a few things like power going out once where Eli was responsive and he updated me on the notices from Duke Energy. The neighbor across the street was also raided by a SWAT team and a flash bang went off while I was working. This was out of the control of the host but it’s nice to know the police don’t play around in Clearwater. Overall, I give this 5 stars just because when something came up, Eli offered to fix it or offer timely solutions. The house was great too!

We had the most amazing stay at Frank’s, from the moment we booked until check out, we were made to feel very comfortable and welcome. The space was immaculate and fully equipped with everything needed in the kitchen, beautiful bedding and the bathroom had plenty of towels and extras in case we forgot anything. Frank and his family were quick to respond if we had any questions. My husband needed to fly home in an emergency and I didn’t hesitate and felt very safe staying there. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful and we were able to sit and enjoy some time outside soaking up the sun. We will defintely book with Frank and stay in the cozy space again. Thanks again for a wonderful stay
