I had a few choices and Jeremy's place was the most expensive of the 3 options. I stayed in another unit in same apt. complex previously, which was excellent and less expensive. I am glad I paid up because it was well worth it. I just wish he had availability for my next stay here! Great space; great fixtures; comfortable; warm; inviting

Great place to stay

Fabulous stay while we were in Clearwater! Immaculate place, very well stocked and equipped from kitchen, to cleaning supplies to towels and linens! Felt right at home. Great communication with the host. Walkable to a shops and restaurants. Felt very secure in a gated community. All the amenities we could ask for. Really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this property! Thank you so much.

Tania’s place was great, it’s a beautifully decorated apartment that is very accurately photographed and has all the listed amenities. The area was a great location and felt very safe. We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to stay there again.

We absolutely loved our time at Raul's condo. It was exactly as pictured, close to the amazing in site pool and only 10-15 from Clearwater Beach. We will definitely be back. Would highly recommend. Condo was very clean, smelles amazing and had a comfy King size bed.

We LOVED staying here! the town is so charming and the coffee shop under the cottage is the best!! quick access to beautiful beaches too! they were such great host ! we will definitely be coming back for another visit! :)

We loved our stay in Clearwater! The place was exactly as described with I would argue the perfect location for a chill but fun time at the beach. Right next to one of the coolest local bars Reefers and around the corner from public beach access. Parking was a tad painful. We paid street parking for the entire first day, then snagged one of the three free spots by setting a 5am alarm the first morning. Then we didn't touch the car again until we left because everything you need is walking distance. The unit itself had all the home and beach items you need for a week-long stay. We particularly appreciated the full-size washer/dryer that we used for towels every night, and the effective AC. It could be a little cramped with suitcases and shoes at times, and like any beach visit it felt impossible to keep the floors clean but that didn't bother us. We made use of the pickleball paddles and courts every morning too. Very responsive hosts. Overall a great value and comfortable stay!

Great Location. I used to live on Island Estates and am very familiar with Clearwater Beach (North Beach). Perfect Location. The Wifi was a bit spotty, but other than that, Everything was perfect.

This place is in a great location just off Edgewater drive. It was a 20 minute walk for us to downtown Dunedin, and a quick 10 minute drive to Clearwater Beach. The bungalow is bright and airy and very clean. This Airbnb accomplishes making you feel at home and comfortable, without having a bunch of knick knacks and clutter. We were pleasantly surprised at how very clean it was, and appreciated no plug ins or strong smells. We felt extremely safe in the neighborhood, and enjoyed walking next to the water every day. There were plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need. Maybe there's someone else like me who wants to know😄... there's only a Keurig, no drip coffee maker. There are permanent residents in the rest of the bungalows, and they were all quiet and friendly. The parking was a bit tight for us (Tahoe), but definitely manageable. Great stay!

We loved Will’s place! So cute and cozy. 20-30 mins from Clearwater beach (depending on traffic, we went at night so sometimes it took a little longer lol.) Super clean and so cute! The bed was comfy and my daughter loved the pull out bed. Plenty of grass for our pup to play in. Quiet neighborhood. Close to local restaurants and fast food. Will gave us recommendations on where we could go with our puppy to swim and was fast at responding. We’d definitely book again!!

Was so easy to find. The Cottage was so cozy and made the perfect home-base for our perfect vacation. It was close to everything you need and more. Easy access to South Beach and just a few miles from the highway. We loved the privacy and how quiet it was. we had the best vacation, South Beach was super fun. we went on a Sunset Cruise on the Calypso Queen and went swimming in the and found shells on Clearwater Beach. it was such a magical getaway in The Cottage definitely made it extra special. the water was nice and hot everything was clean and had all sorts of cooking supplies. we definitely appreciated the towels and cooler that she had available for the beach. honestly we couldn't have asked for more. 10 stars for sure and would 1,000% stay here again!

Gorgeous views, clean and nicely decorated condo with space for 7 people. Enjoyed meals on the balcony and alternating between the beach and pool. quiet condo complex. would stay again!

Our stay with Lynn was fantastic! She was such a great host and gave us great recommendations on what to do during our stay. She made our vacation so much better and she is so sweet!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect! Clean, cozy, and in a great location. It had everything we needed and made our trip extra special also the pool was super nice to have when you don’t feel like going to the beach! Highly recommend!

Traveling for a funeral is never a happy trip. Dawn’s home was a much appreciated respite for me after some long days. Dawn was helpful and responsive. Quick to offer dining options. The cleanliness was apparent in her place. With a nice kitchen, I was able to go grocery shopping for some options rather than going out for dinner every night. The decor was light and comfortable. I would love to return in the future with my wife to explore more of this beautiful area. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Alexandra's place was perfect for our stay. She's super responsive and helpful. The bed was super comfy and the shower pressure was great. The place also provided beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella.

We enjoyed our stay here ! There was a lot of room for the 5 of us. Everything you will need is in the home. The gated community felt safe. The area is perfect only a 7 minute drive to beach ! The pool was beautiful and nice. Do note this condo is on the 3rd floor and has stairs only. It was not a issue for us ! Parking was not a issue , plenty of spaces. Check in and out was easy no issues. We would definitely book with Agnes and Paul again in the future :)
