This place was so comfortable to live in!! We cooked, watched movies at night and never needed to touch the thermostat as the air conditioning was perfect! Pool and beach access are a dream and of course, that view!!! WOW! Thank you Tom!!

Gene was a first rate host. The condo was as described and worth the price. The beach is awesome. We had plenty of room for the 5 of us w/3bdrm.

Stayed here for 10 days with family and loved it! Great location, minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Great amenities and swim spa was awesome! Having two houses was great also for privacy! The hosts were very nice and responsive, allowed us a late check out free of charge , which was very helpful since we stayed with three little children and our flight wasn’t until 4pm. Highly recommend this place and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Our family of 5 had a great time at Melody’s place. There was plenty of room for all of us. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. If you want a more secluded area away from the hustle and bustle this is a great place.

This place is just steps away from the beach and the heated pool is wonderful -especially on chilly days! This is a nice, quiet neighborhood but still walking distance to downtown. There are a few restaurants just blocks away. The apartment is nice, clean, and bright and has everything we needed! We liked that the bedrooms and bathrooms were not right next to each other so there was more privacy than we expected. I usually prefer hotels when I travel, but really felt like we had all of the conveniences of a hotel plus the benefit of a full kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms. Julian was very kind and proactive in communicating about the apartment. I will definitely stay again!

We were a group of 5 women, we had a fabulous time! Plenty of amenities for 5 people except for beach chairs which were available to rent on the beach. We had an issue with the dryer not working so we weren't able to do any laundry which was a small issue. I reported it to Franca and she replied right away that she was going to schedule someone to come look at it but never heard anything back from her after that. To get to the beach from the condo you need to go through a gate that is locked at the pool and then through another gate to get to the beach. Otherwise you have to walk around the front and down the public beach access. There were only 2 keys so that was an issue, maybe a lock with a code would be more helpful? All in all the condo was everything that was advertised. Thank you Franca for sharing your home!

This bungalow is a gem along Indian Shores. Enjoyed walks along the beach as well as sunsets right out our front door. We also explored different restaurants within a few miles. We cooked our breakfasts in the pristine and new kitchen. The place was spotless and very comfortable for the two of us.

Cyndi’s townhouse was very welcoming and comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. New appliances. We LOVED the balconies and rooftop deck. Sunrises over the intercoastal and sunsets over the gulf were incredible! Cyndi was phenomenal- excellent communication and responsive to our questions and needs. We hope to return!

We had a wonderful girls trip!!! Cute and cozy pink house!! We loved that! We had everything we needed and more!! The house had so many useful things for the beach. A quick 5min walk to the beach with a super cute restaurant to grab a quick bite/drink. Host was so kind and quick responding to anything we needed. It was our first time staying in that area and we loved it. Will definitely be back. Thanks for the great memories!!

Host was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. This was our first time renting an Airbnb so that was so helpful. This is a great condo with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops and more.

Leon is a great host . Loved the private pool and hot tub . Leon has everything you need - beach towels , bath towels blankets , cooking ware , and brand new grill . There’s a back room we used for game area . Very nice family vacation. The Ramos family .

We’ve stayed here the last few vacations and as always, the place never disappoints. Great location with all beach amenities you could possibly need. We unfortunately needed to evacuate from Hurricane Helene and John was gracious and concerned for our safety. The town of Redington is a family and we’re praying for their safety and quick turn around to their paradise again.

The place is as described. Pool area was fantastic. Could use more silverware. Close to the beach. restaurants and stores.

We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, and all the fun things to do downstairs. Our teenagers had a BLAST. Beds were comfortable. Check out wasn’t crazy with a long list of things to do like other places. Super close to beach and restaurants. We LOVED TJ’s Italian Restaurant for dinner and CoCos for drinks and happy hour. Highly recommend!

We had a great trip. The location was perfect with a nice view of the intercostal channel and an easy 5 min walk to the beach access. Quiet and peaceful for this time of the year and just what we were looking for. The apartment was big enough for the 4 of us, comfortable bedrooms and spacious living room. Our host was friendly, quick to respond and accommodating. We would certainly like to return and rent back from her. 10 and of 10

We loved our stay at Lisa’s condo! It was perfect for our family of 4. The kids loved the heated pool and watching the dolphins in the waterway and the walk across the street to the beach was perfect for sunrise and sunset walks and shelling.
