Vacation rentals with lake access in Clearwater

My 3 friends and I decided to just hangout after new years. Safe to say it was a success! We were kinda sad about the outside and how it was more mud than a canal, but completely understand there is no control over that.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this home and the pool. Any questions or concerns were addressed during our stay. Thank you!

The Lakehouse Retreat is a magical destination. Every room was beautifully decorated as a destination with high ceilings, high end appliances, beautiful decorations, and super comfy furniture and beds. It truly felt like our home away from home. There was nothing that the Lakehouse was missing and as we kept finding little easter eggs, we appreciated the Lakehouse and Renay (the hostess) more and more. Renay was amazing, attentive and responsive to all our questions and needs. It was a pleasure meeting and interacting with her. We will definitely come back to visit the Lakehouse Retreat, and we strongly recommend that you do the same. Thanks, Renay, for everything!

Erik & Corrina were gracious and are very responsive. We arrived early - and they easily allowed us to enter early. The house was very clean and quaint. The house is located in a very old neighborhood. At first glance, I wondered if it was safe; but after a day - we realized things and people were no problems at all.

Finding the house was very easy. Unlocking the door was very easy. Locking the door from the outside took a few tries to get the deadbolt in position. The house was very nice and in good condition. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and kitchenware. Master bedroom was nice, but the electric outlets were difficult to get find. Outside needs a little love but overall in good shape and well landscaped. Inside decor was very Florida outdoorsy/surfer with some really interesting decor to look at and a cool hightop table to eat at. Taylor was a very good and responsive host. Had the house ready early and even let me stay a little later if needed. Checkout list was super easy to do. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would consider staying again.

Loved the stay! Cascade was so helpful and responsive I felt like we were staying with friends. The home was cozy and the view of the lake was beautiful. My children loved the animals around the property. The kitchen was small but had everything I needed to make simple meals for my child with allergies. Would definitely stay here again!

Yessika was very attentive to our needs; we appreciate the quick responses. She's very accommodating, and kind. The location is ideal as it's next to restaurants, entertainment, shops, etc.

Had a wonderful time will go back again. Lutes Florida is a great place to visit.

Great place for two couples. The two bedrooms with attached bathrooms were just what we needed. One bath had a shower and the other had a claw foot tub. Comfy living room and fully stocked kitchen. Hosts are very communicative. Easy walk to restaurants in downtown St Pete. Would definitely stay here again!

We felt comfy and the location had a beautiful view out the back. A very pleasant stay!

Everything g was just as they described! So peaceful and seeing and feeding the horses was perfect. It was so quiet and felt like you were in the country but things were so close. Great restaurants and a great walking trail within 5-7 min. The place was comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed.

Tim and Jeannie are the best hosts ever! Communication and local recommendations are top notch! If you are like us, you’ll be on the go because Saint Petersburg offers so much with arts, culture and outdoor recreation that most of the time was being out and about. However, when you get back, you’ll feel like you’re at home and everything you need is right there! Sleep in and eat breakfast at the cottage, come back early and watch a movie or hit the hot tub or just do another load of laundry and hit the beach one more time! It’s so convenient and the best location ever! Thank you Tim and Jeannie :)

Comfortable place in a gated community which made us feel safe. Plenty of shopping and restaurants around the area. Suzanne messaged us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Thank you Suzanne.

Cottage was very well kept, matched description, Kristin was proactive in communication. Very quiet, great view, very serene setting. While we were mostly out at an event, we were able to sleep 4 comfortably here and even have room to crate the dog.

We loved our stay. The home was just as described . It will be our home away from home. They were so friendly and helpful. We feel like we have made friends in Florida.
