The most beautiful location and such lovely accommodating hosts, even lending my partner some cufflinks when he realised he’d forgotten to pack any! Accommodation is even better than the pictures and is immaculately clean. Would stay again in a heartbeat

The place has a lot of character, and it's perfectly located to explore the Peak District. It's just as described. We were there in winter and the place was warm. The communication was great. There are two great pubs within walking distance.

We had a great stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was powerful. The kitchen had all the appliances. The settee was comfortable and the little dining table very convenient. There was a good selection of books. We had a key to the front door and to our part of the house, which was across the entance hall and along a corridor. Marie and Tony were very nice. They are helpful, but won't interfere. We will definitely try to book again, next time we come to the area.

We enjoyed our visit to Mollys in Trawden. Molly had thought of everything - lots of little touches had been thought about. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again in a flash!

Lindsay's listing did not disappoint in the slightest. This is a perfect little spot close to most things. There is ample parking on what is a very quiet street. The space is exceptionally well thought out, and everything one could need (and more) is there. My reason for being in the area is likely to become a regular occurrence, a lot of this has to do with the hospitality awarded to me by Lindsay. This will be my first port of call when in the area, and I look forward to returning in the near future. Thank you, Lindsay, for a delightful stay.

Kind and helpful hosts. The accommodation had everything we would need and clear instructions. Easily accessible by public transportation. A cute town within a short distance to the coast and other outdoor activities.

Emma was incredibly welcoming. I would deffo recommend staying here. She went above and beyond providing birthday decor and cake for my partner. This place is deffo peaceful and perfect getaway with beautiful surroundings. Loved the hot tub and roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. Thank you Emma again :) x

We stayed here whilst visiting a nearby festival at Catton Hall as an alternative to camping. We were greeted on arrival and given helpful instructions. The calming music on the cd player and where to find tea and coffee helped us settle in straight away. The area was peaceful and within walking distance of a supermarket. Would definitely stay again / recommend!

This was a really beautiful stay and walking in to the space was magical. The weather was completely wild, but staying in this cosy little hideaway was really perfect. The bathroom is incredible, and the bed is super comfy. I have zero complaints - but you'll need a car to get there! Tania is polite and efficient at responding!

Best night sleep I’ve had in an Airbnb. V comfortable and Joanne was really accommodating. Would definitely book again.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at the property and felt at home from start to end. The instructions on how to get there were very easy to follow and upon arrival we were greeted and showed round by Glyn. We were also very grateful for the complimentary wine and fresh homemade bread in the morning which was delicious and a very kind gesture. The place itself was beautifully located in peaceful surroundings with such scenic views. The interior was very warmly decorated and equipped with everything we needed. The Christmas tree and decorations was such a nice touch. Helen was a brilliant host and answered all of our questions prior to coming including giving recommendations for things to do and restaurants nearby. Overall, we loved our stay and are definitely looking forward to returning!

Second time in as many months that me and my boyfriend have come to stay here, it’s homely, really close to Chester and so relaxing. Had loads of fun playing pool and unwinding watching tv and of course enjoying the hot tub, which was ready and waiting for us with a bottle of prosecco! Can’t go wrong, we said we’d be back and we were - and no doubt we will be again ❤️ Thank you John and Laura for a fab weekend!

Great location if you want to spend a few days visiting your YP at the university. Located in a quiet residential area in easy walking distance to campus. Very close to Harborne and in easy ti drive to centre of Birmingham. Spacious, comfortable and nicely equipped.

I would Highly recommend the secret highway. well presented property in a great location for visiting Carsington waters . Lovely views and great access to walks on the door step . A lovely comfortable, clean accommodation,which had all we needed for our stay . Only down side would be we couldn’t stay longer . Host was prompt and very friendly. Would definitely return .

Lovely little bolt hole/ home away from home. Perfect place to stay while I visited a sick relative in Hagley. Fun and eccentric decor which makes a lovely change to your average boring air BnB. Taz bent over backwards as a host, gave us an extended check out time and was on hand to answer questions and make sure we were comfortable. Thanks for having us to stay, it was perfect.

Studio was spotlessly clean, quality finishes, everything and more you need to feel at home and be self catering. We travelled during bad weather and the hosts were proactive with information about things to avoid and tips for health. It’s a rural, quiet, beautiful location but 5 minutes drive from various restaurants and towns. Highly recommend.

I have stayed with the Glyn & Lynn for a year now (minus July) and it’s been a real home away from home after mine had been flooded. It’s been marvellous and in a way I shall be really sad to be leaving the Croft family. Everything you could possibly want is here. You will certainly have a wonderful welcome and a very comfortable stay.

We had a great stay with Chris, using the base to visit friends and family. The Accommodation had everything we would have wanted, and I wouldn't normally say this in a review but even the knives were sharp! a rarity indeed. Despite visiting in November we were nice and warm, it was very cold outside. It was a quiet location and felt very private, with good access to the beach. Chris was an excellent host, good comms and clear instructions. We even. met for a really interesting chat about his cannon! The location was great, with a lovely walk along the marine front into the centre of West Kirby and the station, if we had fancied popping into Liverpool. In terms of local amenities, we had a great lunch at The Ring O' Bells, just up the road. There are lots of places to eat on Banks Road, The Tapas Kitchen is excellent and there are plenty of places for coffee and brunch in West Kirby. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Blown away by our stay in Jeanette’s lovely home. The property was spotless, easy to find, parking available and nice touches with some nibbles and fizz provided. Highly recommend! :) x

We received a lovely welcome from Alan. Accommodation is well presented, clean and comfortable with everything provided that you would want. Beautiful canal side location with amenities a short drive away make this a very comfortable base. Thank you again for all the extra little touches and goodies, we look forward to our next stay in December.

Lovely little stay, perfect location from the town center. Beautifully kept house and host was very helpful and say hi after we checked in and settled. Love the addition to coffee biscuits and a few chocolates. Would definitely recommend and return.
