Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Cheshire

Pauline and Neil were great hosts! They accommodated our booking on short notice and were flexible with check in time, which was very helpful. They were very friendly, helpful and responsive to messages/questions. They addressed minor issues that arose quickly and effectively. While the wifi did not work for the first few days of our stay, Neil and Pauline were actively trying to sort it out and it was resolved within a few days. Neil and Pauline went out of their way to offer and provide rides as we were travelling without a car and under difficult family circumstances. Their kindness and helpfulness was much appreciated and heartwarming. The place was homey, clean and situated on a lovely quiet lane with a pub pretty much across the street. A very nice place to call home for the week. Definitely would recommend their place!

We spent three wonderful nights here and felt very well looked after by Amber. Before we arrived Amber kindly sent me a message with important details and a reminder of things which we wouldn't need to pack and we greatly appreciated the welcome basket. The home was so well furnished, clean and welcoming with plenty of everything. We had a really lovely stay and manahed to explore lots of different places. We will definitely be back again, our dog really enjoyed her stay as well! Thank you so much!

Instructions to get there were very clear and easy to follow. Although it became a hassle in the end to have to open 3 gates (one with a padlock) every time you arrive or leave. Gates aren’t super well lit either which makes it a bit harder later at night or when it got really foggy. The place is described as “remote” note it’s really really remote. Nothing super close to the house. The house is super clean, even though dogs are allowed. No weird smells at all! The only sad part for us was the lack of Christmas tree/decor over the holidays. So we had to figure something out to still make it feel Christmassy for the kids. We’ve met the farmer, he was super nice. Beds, sheets and towels were spotless.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property and was thoroughly impressed. The space is impeccably clean, generously spacious, and exudes a warm, homely ambiance. It comes equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a delightful and hassle-free experience.

The Stay was great and Aaron was really helpful when ever we had a question. The house is great for transport links being close to the motorway and right next to the tram stop that was helpful.

4th visit - fantastic property - Emma is always so helpful and goes out of her way. Celebrated Daughters graduation and staying at Emma’s made some very special family memories. Will be back for our normal girlie Christmas weekend next year. Highly recommend 👍

The Beach House is superb. It's a beautiful property close to the beach with a fantastic modern and clean feel. The landing and balcony was an added bonus, being able to sit on the landing having a morning coffee watching the ships in the distance was a great experience. The snug was an additional bonus to allow my 17 year old son his own space, while our family spent time in the large kitchen/living area together. Amy was a fantastic host, responsive and informative. Hannah the cleaner that came was excellent and an added bonus to have the house cleaned and bedding changed. We would definitely recommend this property due to its location, family friendly space and modern freshness. Thank you.

Had such a lovely time here. Took two young children who absolutely loved it. Accommodation had everything we needed, place was really clean and felt right at home.

Ribbleside park is a wonderful place to stay. We really utilised the hottub and was great to see the stars at night! Check in was easy and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Not sure why there are no pictures of the kitchen or toilet but they’re a really good standard!! Would highly recommend and would come stay again

The stay was really great. Best escape to nature. Michiala is a great host and we love her dog. The place was cozy, clean and quiet. We’d visit again and will recommend to everyone who is looking for a staycation.

Had a great time over New Years at Hendy Bach! Julie’s place is perfect if you want to stay near Llangollen (about a 5min drive or 40min walk along the canal). Julie went out of her way to welcome us (with a bottle of wine and welsh cakes, nice touch - Thank you!) and she gave some excellent suggestions for our stay. It’s a super peaceful little haven, with easy to reach attractions nearby and loads to do in town. The apartment is fully equipped if you want to stay in and cook, and it is kept nice and warm by the electric fire. There is no washing machine though so worth bringing extras if you’re planning going on muddy walks or staying for a while. Thank you Julie for a lovely stay and the perfect start to 2025. We only wish it was summer so we could’ve had a dip in the pool!

We only stayed one night but was a lovely caravan and 100% worth the price and will definitely be recommending to family ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Annabel’s and will definitely be going back asap! It was perfectly peaceful with gorgeous surroundings and was even better than the pictures! The pool was much bigger than we thought and was such a joy to have, the decking area was huge with stunning views and the garden truly magical! This was great value for money! Annabel was a fantastic host and very helpful and friendly and the animals were all very friendly too! The cats didn’t come to close though as we had our dog, who had a dream just roaming free! Thanks Annabel, be back soon !

Had a lovely few days at this beautiful log cabin! Just exactly what I needed peace, quiet and beautiful surroundings to walk my two dogs. Couldn’t ask for anything more, Sharon and David were so helpful and welcoming. The cabin was lovely a clean and the hot tub was perfect, which David maintains daily. Such a lovely couple and Sharon’s directions to the log cabin was spot on. Really enjoyed my stay

Sue’s place was great. It was a perfect spot to stay for a few days whilst I was up in Ormskirk for work. Checkin was super easy, and Sue was really helpful throughout. Highly recommend this spot

This has quickly become my home-from-home when visiting the area to see family. Mel and Jason are fantastic hosts, the space is warm, welcoming and has everything I need and my doglet loves chasing the house ‘big boy’ Barney around the garden. I’ll be back (again….!)

A lovely cosy cottage, nicely furnished with very comfortable beds and a great sized kitchen. Beautifully decorated for Christmas.

We had a gorgeous stay in Lytham. The apartment is warm, beautifully finished and has everything you need. Amazing to be so close to the beach and the high street. It's also close to the station for easy transport links.

David, has been really helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend to anyone. So much so that we have booked another extended stay in January. Thank you David

Amazing airbnb, large ...spacious and very clean. Arrived too late to meet the hosts, but would not hesitate to recommend this establishment. A well deserved 5*.....
