Vacation rentals with breakfast in Cheshire

We stayed for two nights over the Christmas period , the house was beyond beautiful and in a really good area to get into the Center of hebden. John was a lovely host . We can’t wait to come back soon 😀

Zeny is a very friendly and helpful host. She provided will all the instructions and also answered our query very quick. The place was well stocked with tea, coffee, chocolate's, drinks, milk. The bar area was nice place to hang out. The house had good amount of rooms to accommodate our group.

Made me feel incredibly welcome and at home. Always answered questions promptly and was fantastic with local recommendations for place to eat, drink, and walk. I felt completely welcome in their home and this is a testament to their welcome. lovely clean room, had everything I needed and felt comfortable asking for anything else. Breakfast was good with a range of things to choose. Fantastic location with walks starting right from the doorstep. Would recommend for solo or couple travel - especially a walking break like I did. Locals are extremely friendly and the sandwiches at the bakery are wonderful. Very friendly couple, and a beautiful, cosy home. Thank you!!!

Great stay for a weekend. Loads of breakfast stuff which was a lovely surprise. Good parking. Spotlessly clean and good location.

Lovely property which was an ideal base for a visit to Denbighshire. Short drive into St Asaph and 10 min drive to Denbigh, a fascinating town with loads of history. Parking and access was easy. Beautifully furnished and plenty of space to relax. Will definitely visit again if in the area. Ideal for anyone visiting the Business Park or working in the area.

A great stay for a family trip to Aintree Grand National. Parking was easy on the street outside the property. The bedrooms were clean and well equipped with everything you need including nice towels, kettle/tea/coffee, hairdryer, hangers, TV. The communal kitchen was clean, modern and well equipped, it was also a lovely touch to have plenty of milk and breakfast items. The communal bathroom had plenty of clean towels available and a nice hot, clean shower in both the communal and ensuite bathroom (room 1). There is also a separate communal toilet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found it a great location (walking distance) from Aintree Racecourse. I would recommend staying here. Thank you!

Was visiting family in Bolton and stayed here. Would definitely recommend this place, clean comfortable and really did feel like home. Had my 13 month old with me very spacious, room for her to crawl around rather than confined to one hotel room! Situated in a quiet area, large back and front garden which is ideal for families. I would definitely book again!

I've never booked an airbnb before where I stay with a host and it has easily been one of the best trips away I've ever had. I have only positive things to say, Alison was a warm and welcoming host and a delight to talk to, the room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable (I haven't slept so well in ages😂). I'm quite an awkward, introverted person but I felt super comfortable and its such a bonus having a high love for Shrewsbury as a place as well so it just ticked all my boxes, the entire atmosphere of staying here has been perfect, I can certainly see why everyone rates and recommends Alison so much as a host! I will 100% be rebooking no question about and I hope whoever books here in the future has the same pleasent stay I did!☺️

My parents had a lovely stay at Patrick’s place between Christmas and New Year to be close to our family fun but have their own space. He was very welcome, excellent communication and the space was lovely (said my parents - I didn’t visit).

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was well-maintained and had a fantastic layout, making it perfect for our family holiday. My husband appreciated the Nick Cave posters, which added a nice touch. The location was ideal, with plenty of great restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby, as well as easy access to breakfast spots. We even enjoyed a scenic 30-minute walk to the Etihad Stadium. Gillian was an excellent host—very responsive and made both check-in and check-out seamless. She also arranged for a mid-stay cleaning, complete with fresh towels and sheets, which was much appreciated. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Lots of room to make yourself at home. Comfortable bed and great shower. We stayed over a very cold and snowy weekend but kept cosy with adjustable central heating system. Didn't use the coffee machine but instant available. Supplied parking permit made car access/parking easy. Conclusion - great stay, many thanks Catriona.

Lovely NY stay in Woodhouse. The flat is great, more spacious than the pics and very cosy with the log burner too. Martin & Carmen were so warm and friendly and added lots of nice touches, highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay over Christmas while visiting family in the area. The apartment was very clean, warm and comfortable and all the extra touches for the festive season made it feel like a home away from home. We would love to visit again in the future.

Genuinely super hosts. Beautiful home and extremely friendly hosts. I recommend khusi grill only a short walk away and the Ricoh is a short drive. Would not hesitate to stay again.

This is the second time we have stayed with Winston and we would stay again. The property is perfect for us. Close to transportation, shops and restaurants and perfectly outfitted with everything we need. You can also always count on either Winston or Liz to respond quickly if you have any questions or concerns.

Jane could not have been more helpful and friendly. It was our first visit to the area and we needed guidance for eating out and getting around. She soon gave us a feel for how we could get the most out of our short stay.

We were so delighted we came across Karen and Mark's place! Our stay was so luxurious - they've thought of everything. Wonderful setting, amazingly peaceful. The breakfasts were fantastic, and set us up well for the day. Karen and Mark were so welcoming, friendly and generous with their time, and we greatly enjoyed chatting with them - and of course with Maisie and Eddie, the very sociable Scotties. This was certainly an ideal base from which to explore the area, and we are grateful to our first-class hosts!!

This was such a great find and I am so lucky it was free. Carola and Graham were kind and great company; they couldn't have done more to help. Although the place could have been tricky to find in the pitch black (I arrived late) Graham ventured out to meet me on the road and guided me in. The house is homely and arty and inviting and the heated bathroom floor was such a treat, it was difficult to drag myself out of there. I hope I can stay again whenever I next need to stay in the area.

Mick was the perfect host, communication excellent and couldn’t have done more to make our stay comfortable and easy. The rooms are spotless with beautiful and extremely comfortable linen and towels. Bathroom was spotless and had every toiletry you’d need. Breakfast was plentiful and Mick went to the trouble of providing vegan options for my daughter, offering for us to take provisions with us for a picnic. Such a lovely stay and would highly recommend. We had a race at Alton Towers and it was only a 20 minute drive. Absolutely perfect. We’ll be back.

Sonia's place was ideal for me. Easy to find, easy parking. The room was comfortable and homely and everything I needed was provided. The property is in walking distance to Shrewsbury town centre and a good base to explore the area from.

Another lovely stay at Sophie's place, which is conveniently close to the university. Home-made jams and preserves for breakfast are a special treat.

Heather’s place was the perfect base for our Snowdonia adventure! The accommodation was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic—close enough to the national park for easy access to hiking trails and breathtaking scenery. Heather was a wonderful host, providing clear communication and helpful tips about the local area. We truly appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere, and we’d highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Snowdonia. Thank you, Heather, for making our trip so memorable!

Rachael was kind, amenable and hospitable. I have just spent three months travelling and camping my way around Europe and so I needed a place to stay on the way home. She was highly flexible and said I was allowed to use her kitchen to cook but after she realised that I would be arriving later than anticipated offered me dinner which was very kind as I had had a long journey. Her kindness and hospitality is 5 star; however if you want the social aspect of staying with a host which I do; I feel that Rachel prefers to keep herself to herself. I personally don't like sitting in a bedroom to eat alone but I think that she expected me to do that instead of chatting with her and her husband downstairs.
