Tiny Barn

The Tiny barn is in an area of outstanding natural beauty with numerous walks from the working dairy and sheep farm - it is just the ground floor and has a small double bed with access to one side, sofa bed, small shower room and kitchenette. It has a dedicated Airband satellite hub for WiFi and is generally very good. It’s a very old building right in the middle of our farm near the cow sheds so expect lots of cows, tractors, farm smells and farmers! Guests can park just outside the tiny barn

Pot House Farm is an eleven acre working small holding. We are situated on Catherton Common in an AONB in the Shropshire Hills. The apartment is located in the centre of the farm with a private entrance and a separate patio and garden area overlooking fields and is attached to the old farm house. The accommodation is disabled friendly. We are ideally placed to explore the Shropshire Hills on foot, horse or by cycling. Ludlow is 8 miles away and spectacular views from Clee Hill are close by.

Barley Rise - Quiet rural village location

We had a lovely stay that was so peaceful but also allowed us to enjoy time with our daughter, her partner and our grandson. Beautiful surroundings that felt like being in the countryside without being isolated. The space in the chalet was plenty for the four-plus-one of us, airy and expansive. It was easy to keep a fifteen month old boy, who is just getting mobile, safe and entertained. We were blessed with the Spring weather but even if it had been poor I think we'd have not felt claustrophobic and there was a cupboard with some board games to entertain. We would recommend Kay's for a countryside break away and with half hour access to nearby towns (Kelsall village is walkable), Chester Zoo and North Wales on the doorstep there was plenty to visit. Loved it!

Kristina and Ben's place is absolutely beautiful. We loved it from the minute we go there. Their communication prior to our stay was wonderful, quick replies to questions I had about getting a Moonpig present and balloons delivered there for my husbands 40th. Moonpig unfortunately did not deliver the balloons so Ben kindly put out balloons, a banner, the present in a gift bag, the other Moonpig present out of the packaging and displayed it all nicely on the kitchen table ready for my husbands arrival, along with chilled prosecco in an ice bucket and a mini can of Fever Tree ginger ale for our 7 year old daughter. Such a lovely touch and we were so greateful for their kindess. In addition to that the hot tub was lovely and hot when we got there, it was super clean and the fire was stacked with kindling and logs ready to be lit at night which was another gorgeous touch. This place, the views, the hot tub are all stunning and we fell in love with all of it. Thank you so much and Ben 💗💗

A beautiful stay in the remote Welsh countryside – just what we needed. David and Heather were fantastic hosts and even baked us a gorgeous dairy-free lemon cake and biscuits (thank you so so much!). Everything was pristine and exactly as shown on the website. A short drive from stunning walks, railways and the sea. 10/10 would recommend.

Stayed here immediately after our wedding as a mini-honeymoon for 3 nights. This place gave us absolutely what we needed - privacy and tranquility. Many hours spent in the hot tub and a lovely walk along the nearby canal. The place is very rural and remote - we knew that and it's what we wanted. Sat nav and Kate's instructions meant we found it no problem. My only regret is that I wish I brought slippers, as it's a hard floor throughout. But that's my own fault. Oven was very good too.

A beautiful farmhouse with abundant space in wonderful surroundings. it was perfect for a gathering of 12 friends over the weekend, with space enough for communal eating and socialising but also separate spaces so people weren't on top of each other all the time. Easy instructions for check in and check out, nothing complicated or onerous to deal with. Sarah was friendly and communicative. There are many local amenities but equally plenty of entertainment at the house in the form of books, games, and TV. Thank you!
