Monthly Rentals in Calhau

Very nice accommodation in a fantastically quiet location, right on the vineyards. Everything was in excellent condition and in good weather you can have breakfast outside perfectly. We were welcomed with a great gift basket and the landlord was always available for recommendations or questions. The pool was also very well maintained, there is also an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and seating. Overall a clear recommendation!! We will be happy to come back.

This place is a gem. Perfect location and situation. Jose is a fabulous host and worked hard to ensure we were happy. I highly recommend staying here. You won’t want to leave.

Great house in beautiful grounds. We quickly became friends with the chickens and peacocks and sawn almost daily. Everything is in good condition. The living room cozy, the beds fine and also the kitchen is well equipped. The Pico weather couldn't hurt us and we just enjoyed spending a day at home. The communication with Jörg was completely uncomplicated and helpful. The accommodation definitely makes it to our top ten. Compared to other islands, Pico has quite relaxed tourism, especially in low season (we were there at the end of September). In addition to hiking on enchanted paths and whale watching, there are also plenty of museums, so we did not even get bored in the two weeks.
