You couldn’t ask for better hosts than James & Mirna! We have stayed in two of their homes and have always felt very welcome and appreciated. The neighborhood is so quiet and made our evening walks very enjoyable. Many retail stores and grocery stores mere minutes away. Highly recommend them!

We had a girls' weekend in St. Augustine. Six of us had plenty of room to get ready. We loved having coffee in the backyard in the morning and drinks at night. So much to do close by, yet you felt like you were in your own little private oasis. Place was in pristine condition. Would highly recommend.

Location, Location, Location! Spacious home in historic district! We walked almost everywhere and appreciated the comfortable beds at the end of each day. We tried and loved The Coffee House, Harry's, and Forgotten Tonic! Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Lily.

Pauline was extremely helpful and kind. Her home is absolutely beautiful and perfectly kept! We were in the perfect location to walk to downtown and there were restaurants and coffee shops close by. Close to the water too which made for a nice stroll in the neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials. The bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean. We brought our toddler and our dogs and the house was just perfect for all of us. If you are looking for a nice place to stay in St. Augustine, don’t hesitate to book here! It was absolutely perfect!!

Super cute house, close to the water and downtown St. Augustine. Clean, beds were super comfortable, plenty of kitchen supplies and they had a lot of games/toys/baby supplies available (although we did not have kids with us) They also accommodated an early check in the day of for us which was awesome. The pool was extra money to heat, which we did not pay. The hot tub was included but the only bad part was that the hot tub did not heat up past 87 because the weather was unfortunately colder than usual during our stay (50s at night, 70s in day). It was nothing anyone could control and even our friends who stayed in a different Airbnb (not same owner) down the road had the same issue with their hot tub. Just bummed we couldn’t use that amenity. Some of us are from Illinois/Colorado where we’re used to using our hot tubs in negative temperatures- I think they just need an upgraded system. Overall, the stay was good and for a summer trip I think the house would be perfect!

Great stay & will happily return. The house was super clean & in a very quiet location. We enjoyed the outdoor space, it was so peaceful. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything & then some. Easy walk to the beach & short drive to all St Augustine has to offer. Thanks for hosting us!

My 25th birthday was made to be especially spectacular thanks to Jessica and her gorgeous home. I was scrambling to find a home to host myself and a few of my friends after a night of fun and Jessica saved me. Thank you for allowing me and my friends to stay in tore beautiful home ! Having the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms was great. Enjoyed the hot tub. Within walking distance for a stroll on the beach. Not far, only about 15 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. Owners response time was great. I would stay again.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful home! We stayed 10 days for an anniversary trip to St. Augustine and loved every minute. This home has so much old house charm, but with all the modern amenities, and it was extremely bright, clean and comfortable. The full-size appliances were exactly what we needed for an extended stay and the home was well stocked with other essentials, such as spices and plenty of paper products. We loved grilling out on the back deck just off of the kitchen in its private little fenced in oasis, and we spent many hours watching the world go by from the front porch with our coffees in the mornings. It was really nice to have two different outdoor areas to enjoy depending on whether we preferred privacy or not. We found the house to be a very comfortable walking distance to downtown, and enjoyed many aimless strolls all over the area. Above all our hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, caring, and responsive! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

We loved the house, it’s in a good location that’s close to everything we wanted to do & see. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking ware and utensils. I loved that we had a fridge upstairs and downstairs and that both floors have their own living area. In short it was better than we expected and we probably will stay here again in the future!

We loved our stay at Blake’s place. This lovely little bungalow is right in the middle of everything and absolutely walkable, just as it’s advertised. The inside space is really well appointed. There is seating all around, the bed was very comfortable, and the layout is perfect if you are staying with friends but still want privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed to heat up food and make coffee or tea. We walked to many attractions and restaurants nearby and it was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Staying at Matt and Tashas was great. Its a serene home with all the basic amenities you need. Its very clean and centrally located to crescent beach and st augustine downtown. Matt was very communicative and proactive if I needed anything. It was greatly appreciated as I ended up having to do the trip alone instead of with my friend like I originally planned. The sitting area in the backyard was also very private and made for peaceful mornings enjoying the sunshine and birds chirping with a cup of tea. Overall a great stay in a quaint location with a lot of tranquility & convenience.

Excellent location: 2 minute walk to the beach. The home was larger than we expected it to be and fit our family of 6 perfectly. there were a lot of unexpected amenities included that were really helpful, plenty of towels, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The kids enjoyed playing ping pong and the extra shower was great to have. We had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation.

The place was spacious for our family of six! We had so much fun playing games that were provided and swimming in the pool. We kept up with our laundry while on vacation and also made a couple of meals while we stayed in.

Erin's place was great for our family birthday celebration. We had five adults and 2 children and there was enough space / accommodations for everyone. Erin was very quick to respond to questions and provided recommendations. The place was clean and well equipped with a lot of extras, including linens and kitchen supplies. We really enjoyed our stay and this place is definitely on our list for future vacations!

We booked this location for a family get together. My sister lives around the corner so it made gathering together easy and not cramped. We are very familiar with the area so being very close to everything was a huge plus. Would recommend and would stay again. The Proper Group was responsive when we had questions and thorough with instructions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was one of the cleanest homes we’ve stayed in. Perfect home for our little ones. There was a pack n play with mattress, baby bath, play tent and tunnel, books, some toys, even a light projector. The location was perfect, close to town but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The neighborhood was quiet (except for some friendly roosters). We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a great time in Florida and part of that was because of the comforts that were pprovided in this home. Loved staying here it was perfect for our Family.
