Tiny house vacation rentals in Saint Johns River

Cynthia and Danny were so sweet and accommodating. They left us eggs and butter and some various condiments, and the cottage had many thoughtful amenities. Her listing was correct in saying that, being in the country, the satellite internet is not always 100% reliable, and critters are ever-present, but we were prepared for these things since she told us about them. Best of all, we were able to bring our dog and she loved the company of Cynthia’s three farm dogs!

Bill and Shari’s home was exactly what I needed during my visit to Kissimmee! The house was cozy, clean, and had all the amenities necessary (ex laundry) for a vacation filled with outdoor activities!

Maureens place was exactly what we were looking for , very quiet , beautiful peaceful farm and it was exactly as described! Great value and would highly recommend! Thank you

Jay & Teresa’s place was wonderful! The location was perfect and it was exactly as described and pictured. The Houseboat was comfortable and I felt right at home. I can’t wait to make this a yearly trip ❤️

Perfect place for me for a week in St Augustine. It’s cozy, has character, and is a short walk to the heart of the city. There is a little road noise due to the location as it’s on a busy street, but that added to the charm for me. Bed was comfortable, and I loved sitting out on the back porch. It was also nice to have private parking right in front of the building. Was there during St Patrick’s Day and parking elsewhere was scarce.

As a solo 74 year old gal with an English cocker, safety is most important. I was very comfortable and felt safe. there. Just a lovely place and nice people

I spent 4 days with my wife and two kids and this was an amazing experience. We enjoyed every day, my kids can’t stop to talk about it. They loved this place. Absolutely beautiful and Recommended 100%

Cesar and Leonela are very kind and thorough people. They provided us with every piece of information that we needed prior to checking in so we really didn’t need them during our stay, but I felt confident that if something did come up, they would be available and very willing to help. The Airbnb itself was simple and had nice updates to the kitchenette and bathroom. The tiny house had everything we needed from cutlery to coffee, to shampoo. It was just what we needed for a couple of nights in Tampa.

Gabriel was a wonderful host and the stay was so peaceful and I felt right at home! 2 bunnies greeted us at the gate 🐰😊

If you ever go to Jacksonville, stay at Jeff’s place. The house was amazing, comfortable, clean, and very centrally located to everything. If you want to meet an amazing host, who was so easy to talk to and very friendly, stay at Jeff’s place. He gave the best recommendations for food, attractions and sights. Jeff is very responsive and check in was a breeze. We loved everything about this place and cannot wait to visit Jacksonville again and stay at Jeff’s place.

Ron's studio guesthouse was perfect for our needs! It was a home away from home, of sorts. Extremely clean (my top priority) and comfy bed (although it does squeak when you turn over but it is extremely comfortable other than that), and designed in such an inviting and warm way. We enjoyed the recliners for watching TV at night together. They were so comfy and in perfect condition! Easy to get luggage in and out. The a/c works great although it does have a kind of motor sound we noticed when sleeping. I sleep with earplugs and it didn't bother us, just something to be aware. Light does get in the door windows amazingly. Some darkening shades might be helpful. For not having windows (except the large door panels I believe which do have blinds integrated so privacy is not an issue, you don't feel boxed in at all!) It feels cozy and airy and flooded with light. Nice touches like snacks and detailed info. Ronnie is super responsive and overall we had an amazing stay! Would come back!

We loved this zen little bungalow! We were in town for a wedding and it was the perfect oasis to stay and recenter ourselves in between festivities. Everything was clean and cozy and you felt like you were on an island with all the bamboo! Would definitely recommend.

This is a lovely casita/tiny home in the backyard of a sfr in Seminole Heights. It is exactly as described and pictured. The back yard is lovely and inviting. The unit itself is cute and comfortable. The only recommendation I have is that the mattress be replaced as it is starting to sag. Overall, I recommend it, and I would stay there again.

My daughter and I stayed in the A-Frame cabin and had a great time! Glamping at its best! The cabin is located on an olive farm so we were also able to book a tour and sample the farms olive oil and learn about its and history and practices. The family run farm was a pleasure to stay at and we look forward to visiting again.

Priscilla was an amazing host!! She was always so responsive, flexible and very kind! The tiny home had everything I needed for my stay. It was clean, just as described, and hanging by the pool was great. Easy check in and check out process and safe neighborhood. The tiny home is off to the side of the house and has a wooded fence with a gate so it felt safe. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for being an amazing host!

Josh was a fantastic host and loved staying at his Airbnb again! Love the location as it’s close to all the great restaurants and shops of Avondale and Boone Park is right down the street, which was nice for walking the dogs.

Bowman's Landing was exactly the retreat we were looking for to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday. A serene, quiet and relaxing base from which to travel to parks and kayaking spots in the area, all which were short drives from this central location. Onsite, the campground had plenty to offer- a small coffee area (we didn't take advantage because we brought everything), a common area with a grill, community fire pit and outdoor games. There was a fun trail to explore and friendly and roaming animals, which was such a wonderful added treat. Our dog loved all of the smells! Our accommodation (one of the air conditioned cabins) was fully stocked with essentials needed for a three night stay. I think a couple of the cabins have bunk beds for kids, but we chose one of the ones that had a folding futon that was comfortable for my partner and I. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen and on the grill outside our front door facing the river, which was absolutely beautiful. Wonderful stay!

This was my second stay at this VRBO, it was just as wonderful as i remembered. The location in Safety Harbor is perfect- close to restaurants and plenty of things to do, yet quiet and private for a relaxing getaway. The home itself was spotless, comfortable, and well appointed, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. One of my favorite things was enjoying a glass of wine in the outdoor seating area- such a peaceful spot to unwind. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

This place is definitely a hidden gem. An adorable and quaint place with a great restaurant on the property. We ate there every day. Drinks were good and the food was good but the bread pudding was over the top. Definitely a squeaky clean place and very comfortable.

Terrible traffic on the way down to Nancy's which had me way behind. She was very gracious in waiting up for us to arrive. We finally get there and into our golf cart for the ride to the house. Everything (including headlights on the cart) was well lit. Got inside and immediately noticed the cleanliness. No sketchy linens or towels. No odd smell. You could tell it was kept clean. Had basically everything we needed as far as dishes, Keurig, smart TV, porch, fire pit, grill. I was very satisfied. Very peaceful place to stay. Darrell
