We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Vacasa’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Vacasa highly enough. We will definitely be back!

My stay was was very comfortable, having use of the kitchen being I cook. Anything you need is there to so. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, the express way and just a few minutes to the beach. Would stay again.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Sunshine Cottage, and once again it was perfect for our family of six! It is a short drive to downtown St. Augustine’s attractions while simultaneously being a beautiful and quiet neighborhood to relax in. The beach is only a 10 minute walk from the house, and a playground is just a 5 minute walk away. Our family, 4 kids and 2 adults, will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday with 10 adults, 2 babies and 2 dogs. House is spacious, and we never felt cramped or crowded, especially with the enclosed pool area allowing us to spend a lot of time outdoors but still close. The waterway in the back was perfect--great sunrises, fishing, sunning, hanging out, etc. The beach access we went to was 10 minutes away, which we ended up going to a few times. The heated pool worked as promised, and we used it several days (even in late November). It's a great location for a larger group. Alina was great to communicate with and was always sending proactive instructions. We managed to cook our Thanksgiving meal for the group without any issues. The kitchen is stocked with all of the basics. Given the size of our group, it would have been nice to have more kitchen-ware, but there wasn't anything that we needed that the house didn't have. Thank you!

If you love water, this is the place for you. Sitting out by the pool and looking at the canal was very relaxing. The kitchen was large and 5 adults had plenty of room to cook and not be in each other’s way. The location was perfect for our needs. Host was very responsive. Will definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay! it's very cozy, we thought it was to small at first but then realized it was a perfect size. we needed 3bedrooms and we got just that. we would book again

We had a wonderful time on our vacation.. the home was in immaculate condition.. we really enjoyed the outside area. It was absolutely stunning. The beds were also a plus. We would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful home.

The place was perfectly suited for our group of four. Plenty of space, beautiful surroundings. Easy to get all your stuff to the beach and back since it’s on the ground floor.

Definitely a case of even better than what I thought it would be. Absolutely idyllic setting with an ocean view and quiet space from the back to the ocean. The condo was so comfortable. We had five adults and cooked most of our meals there. The patio was an oasis, the pool just a few steps away and the private beach so close. And beautiful. We tried to book more time while we were there but most dates have been booked up. We want to return as soon as possible!!!

Great condo at a nice price. Cozy balcony to just sit and enjoy the shore view which had easy access. Comfortable to rest in and easy access to outside needs and amenities. Responsive management team. Would stay again.

This place is Great! Right on the beach, short walk across the bridge to the sand. Great view of the ocean from inside. Nice patio. Was clean and beds were so comfy. We had an issue with the ice maker and they sent a repair man right away. Pool was so nice and not crowded. Is about a 15 min drive to downtown but the peacefulness we had at this location was worth it. Beach was not crowded either. Everyone was very friendly. We will be back.

This was amazing! My family and I enjoyed very much.

The place was great! Perfect views and great location. I was VERY grateful that they gave plastic bowls. (Random I know) As a lot of places do not do this and with small children it can be a nightmare. My kids played a lot on the tennis courts, and there were several older couples that were very kind to the kids. I really appreciated that. The beds were comfortable as well. And the kitchen was well stocked. The place is a little outdated, but it’s OK. The only negative if you could consider it that. Was I requested an 11 o’clock check out time. As 10 o’clock is very difficult to do a small children. They declined it saying that they needed the cleaning staff to get in for the next guests, however there were no next guest following us. I wish more places would be mindful of a later check out time!! Most definitely would stay here again!!!

Beautiful place, have been to this property multiple times. Gorgeous view from unit. A/C out briefly though staff responsive and quickly remedied. Icemaker probably needs servicing, inadequate supply of ice. Otherwise, great place. Casual and "beachy".

The only suggestion I would give to people wanting to rent this unit is if you plan on cooking more than going out, you may want to bring a few items from home such as an extra baking pan, measuring spoons, mixing bowls or any specific casserole dishes you may need. Otherwise there are ample eating utensils, dishware, pots and pans.
