Exactly what we were looking for. The yurt was very comfortable, clean, private, and quiet. There was an absolutely incredible view of the stars at night, and drinking coffee in the morning on the back porch overlooking the lake was so peaceful. The hosts were quick to respond to messages while being exactly the right amount of friendly (all interactions through the AirBnB texting, and a brief wave at a distance). There were more amenities that we didn't get to try out this time around, but look forward to the next time we get a chance to visit Homer :) .

Sue’s Yurt was AMAZING! Beautiful location located just minutes outside of Seward. Sue was incredibly helpful throughout the stay and made us feel right at home. The yurt was perfect for my wife and I and we loved our daily visits from Sue’s dog, Jada! 12/10 would recommend Sue’s yurts to anyone wanting to stay in the Seward area!

The yurt was beautiful and clean and cozy, and the surrounding area was pure Alaskan beauty. We had a fun time staying in the yurt! Just a quick drive to Seward and even closer to Exit Glacier. Make sure to stop at the fish weir to see the salmon swimming upstream! It was a bit surprising that the walls didn't extend to the ceiling in the yurt, including the bathroom (sound travels), but altogether extremely roomy and comfortable.

The yurt is amazing. My daughter was surprise how beautiful it was. We surprised from welcome message and cleared instruction posted in the fridge. Kitchen is wondeful I found everything i need from pants, cups, herbs, kitchen tools, coffee, noodle, sugar, cake equipment etc. I found small head pins to get the light, first-aid, towls, papers, bottle watters, portable vacuum, huminity machine, heated machine, firedwood and everything needed to make fire place. We feel like we were home and lived like local residents. The bed was so smooth and warms and found extra blankets under sofa. We slept well and had nice self made dinners. Thank you Annies to have my daughter and me had very impressive experience in fairbank, alaska. I have no words to explain how wonderful it was to stay in your place. We wish we can stay longer.

This was an experience we will never forget (and will never stop talking about). TLDR: Worth the money. Amazing staff. Clean and comfortable. Insane views. Endless activities. Considering everything included, it is more than worth the nightly rate - especially with all activities being on your own schedule (or lack thereof). The staff were so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Simon pointed out and stopped for wildlife during the boat ride - even tried to get us close to the puffins we spotted! Our island host Haley was AMAZING. We were pleasantly surprised when they took our bags from the dock to the boat and then to our yurts - such a nice touch and start to our stay. The yurt itself was bigger than expected, so cozy, and very clean! The views..insane. The abundance of activities and ability to use the equipment whenever you would like was perfect. There is plenty to do regardless of if you prefer to be adventurous or relax, or both. Cannot wait to come back!
