Larry was extremely helpful, picking us up and showing us around town with great suggestions. Place was nice in a good location near town.

if you have pets this is the place for you. nice big back yard, no dog neighbors. very nice amenities with extra. did I mentioned Star wars! I'm a huge fan! Just an overall great stay with my family and dogs. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Fabulous stay in Sitka! Location is right downtown and the studio had everything we could want for the weekend. We would definitely stay here again!

Teals place was clean, centrally located and spacious. It was quiet and everything worked like it was suppose to. When I had a little trouble with the TV she was quick on the solution. We’ll be back up in Anchorage in 6 weeks for anther round of doctors appointments and would definitely like to stay again.

This place was awesome! The buildings history was so cool. I loved the binder provided that showed original photos and other historical facts about the structure. It was quite the experience. I would recommend to anybody who is a history nut that is looking for a cool little getaway!

Exactly what I need for my night out in Anchorage! Great location.

Limited options in Bethel, Alaska with many places being hit or miss. Lloyd's facility is always well maintained, well heated, with a full kitchen. Prices are competitive if you use both bedrooms. I really don't consider staying anywhere else if I am overnighting in Bethel.

Stayed here March 2025 with my parents and Anna’s place was the perfect location for our needs! It was easy to get to, close to town but also far away enough to see the northern lights right from the driveway! Saw them almost every night of our stay with one strong show that was truly magnificent. Anna’s hospitality was also on point. After a long day of travel, arrived to find snacks waiting and other super nice amenities that added just that extra touch. And her response time to messages was superb. I do want to mention though, the faucet water smelled and tasted a bit like metal. It wasn’t discolored or anything so felt safe enough and I also read somewhere that that is a common issue in that area. We just bought some jugs of water from the store around the corner for drinking which was no big deal. Would definitely stay at this location again-especially when trying to comfortably chase the auroras! :)

John and Hennie were great hosts. Check-in was easy. The place is as advertised. It is in a peaceful neighborhood and very close to all the major attractions. I would recommend staying here if you ever come to visit Anchorage.

My kids and I had an amazing stay! Colin was kind enough to let us check-in early and provided great local recommendations. The home was pristine and looked just like the pictures. I highly recommend Colin’s place and we hope to stay here again.

Second stay at Gary’s place. It’s a well stocked apartment with lots of the little things that add up to a great stay…good kitchen tools, essentials in the fridge/pantry, coffee, tea, comfy blankets, lamps to avoid overhead lighting. The neighborhood is so nice too great for walking yet very accessible to downtown restaurants/activities. Only thing is that I wish there was a queen bed in the bedroom instead of a double, but it’s a small bedroom and it works.

Staying here was great! I’ve stayed here before while I was in Alaska for work and I knew for sure that I wanted to stay again. The space was amazing and cozy and the hosts are so kind and responsive! Would definitely recommend again and again.

I will request this place in the future. Lena was an awesome host and the place was convenient and super clean.

Perfection from start to end! We arrived on an 11pm flight, Brett responded within a minute to meet us and provide the keys and instructions. He shared great recommendations of things to do and see, made us feel completely welcome, and the space was everything we needed and hoped for! Our first morning we walked down to the back deck and heard bald eagles calling, the hot tub was well kept and piping hot, the bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed, including coffee and a sweet welcome basket. I cannot say enough good things about our experience here, I wholeheartedly recommend staying at the peaceful inlet sanctuary!

Rachel was such an awesome, accommodating, and responsive host. Super friendly. This was the perfect get away for the weekend. Thank you for some needed peace and quiet with nature! Will definitely be coming this summer.

Beautiful place! Very peaceful and relaxing. Not many places provide a private hot tub either, especially with such a great view!

Cozy little room in a quiet neighborhood. The bed was really comfortable. And I appreciated the black out curtains when trying to sleep with it being light out at 10pm. Close to the airport but not too close. Really easy to get around town and on to base with just a 10-20 minute drive.

The apartment was great for me and friends to celebrate a birthday. Kurt has everything you need and it’s so beautifully on the lake. Love this property😍

Had a great stay! Lovely to use the hot tub after a day at Eaglecrest Mountain.

We had a great time and loved the space. We saw a moose nearly every day just a few hundred yards west of the property.

Amazing! They are a super sweet people! And made sure we were comfortable!
