Great spot. Comfortable, clean, and quiet accommodations with a great view. We had everything we needed for a short three-day stay. The bed was comfy, there were nice, soft, clean linens and all types of pillows. Quiet spot without much noise over the weekend but it was in walking distance to local coffee shop and grocery store. We’d stay again for sure!

Julia was excellent with her communication - quick and responsive. Her directions included photos and arrows to make finding the apartment a breeze! The apartment is cute and very private with everything needed to make it a home. Within walking distance of 1-5 blocks, there are multiple restaurants and a few bars, plus museums, shops, groceries, and a couple of parks. It is right downtown, but it is a small building with easy access. The sounds of traffic felt more like white noise than a disturbance. The bed was wonderful. It was perfect for me.

I absolutely LOVE staying here! We needed to find somewhere to stay in a pinch and Scotti was incredibly helpful and even let us check in really early. She was a lifesaver this weekend! The area is so lovely, nice and quiet but still really close to downtown Anchorage. This Airbnb is one of my absolute favorites to stay in, such a cozy atmosphere inside and we felt right at home. Thank you SO MUCH Scotti!!!!

Kristie’s place matched the picture, and we felt very lucky to pick the spot to stay for 2 days. We went on some good hikes near Seward and the hot shower and a clean bed were exactly what we need by end of the day. Also, the place has an assigned packing spot, and is nearby Starbucks, Safeway and bunch of gas stations. Great stay overall, we will pick this place again if we visit Kenai again!

Enjoyed my stay. Was in town for work for a week and hotels were booked out. Ivan's place was clean and check in was easy with a keycode for door. Nice room with small kitchenette and bathroom. The window faces the street and had a little road noise but mostly traffic stopped once it was late. Would stay here again clean and affordable.

The host is a friendly old guy who is proactive and communicates with his guests. The house is in an absolutely traffic free area and no noise! The setting is very much in the depths of the woods. Great rate, worth every dollar spent!

this place was just wonderful. Adrienne was a wonderful host and she helped us in every way possible with recommendations of places to go to things to see and things that we could all do. The space is cozy but for our use having the kitchen which was well stocked the comfortable beds and this wonderful fireplace was all perfect

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Place was perfect for our needs, clean, comfortable and close to all the attractions, museums, art, jewelry, grocery, clothing, and gift stores. Plus Miki has a wonderful bakery/restaurant on site. Fresh baked goods every morning. Miki was very accommodating and answered any requests we had thru the AIRBNB App right away. Would recommend her place to all and definitely will reserve again when we come back.

The house is located in an odd back of some old school but it’s quiet and appears safe. It’s a 10 min drive from the main road near downtown. The house is part of a multiplex and is very outdated (like stuck in 1985) but most of Alaska feels that way. The best part of the stay was the host Adrienne. She was responsive, pleasant, easy going, and very accommodating. She even helped me get some fish to purchase when we didn’t catch any salmon!

I was pleasantly surprised. The place was fantastic. No issues at all. This place will be on the top of my list when I come back. Great for families. Ginger was extremely easy to communicate with and was extremely nice.

Nice, clean and great location. WiFi was a bit spotty. There are two units and it was difficult to figure out the correct unit in the dark. But it really is a nice place.

The fully equipped kitchen features wooden cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a light countertop. Cooking essentials, including pots and utensils, are readily available. A coffee maker is positioned on the countertop, and a dining area with modern chairs is adjacent, enhancing functionality and comfort.

I highly recommend this AirBnB if you are looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Fairbanks !! I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The hosts were incredibly friendly, responsive, and always available to answer any questions. When the bathroom shower unexpectedly broke, they acted quickly and had it repaired in no time. The WiFi was exceptionally fast (250+ Mbps really!!) making it perfect for remote work without any issues. The space itself was calm, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Plus, the location was ideal, making it easy to explore the area. If I’m visiting Fairbanks again, I will definitely stay here.
