One bedroom apartment in Fairbanks, Alaska

TomRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I like this simple little place, out of town but not too far out. I’m a simple man and I like a basic no frills place to stay. It’s a good spot for single persons to stay. Moses is my go to when I come up to Fairbanks.

Sprucewood Cabin

HelenRating, 5 stars2 months ago
What a beautiful place to stay for a few days. It was quiet and peaceful, and so close to Homer, but not directly in Homer. It is also in a safe place if ever a tsunami is in the forecast. Marie is a very talented pottery maker and we even bought mugs directly from her, and she was nice enough to show us her studio. The cabin is clean and cozy, perfect for a couple looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Thank k you Marie and Mark. We will book with you again in the future!

Cosy Artist Retreat for 2

SamRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I booked the cabin the day of that I planned to stay and had absolutely no issues at all getting it set up and ready to go. Jamelle was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. If you’re by yourself or with a friend or partner this is an awesome place to stay in Fairbanks. It’s definitely small but you can tell that from the pictures. There’s plenty of room for your bags downstairs and the sleeping loft has plenty of room for two people. When I return to Fairbanks I plan to stay again.

Cozy 2 bedroom guesthouse at Squirrel Hollow

BriannaRating, 5 stars27 months ago
Honestly, I have never had such a GREAT Airbnb experience. Nicole’s instructions were very clear on how to get to the house, and the backyard was so nice and private! I enjoyed my cup of coffee out on the patio both mornings (even with the winter weather). The place was spotless, and had all the amenities needed. I didn’t realize that I had forgotten the outlet plug for my phone charger and was concerned since I only had USB for the first night, but no worries, there were USB chargers in the bedrooms! The kitchen was well stocked with all the basics you need to cook, and an array of coffee and teas to enjoy. All the little details & efforts that Nicole had put in truly showed! Nicole, also, provided a VERY detailed manual & local guidebook that my friend and I loved, and although we didn’t get to do too much this trip, we definitely saved it for our next trip. I will be trying to rebook here when I come back!

Kenai River-front Guesthouse.

RichardRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Dawn and Keith are awesome hosts. We enjoyed having their place as a base for accessing Seward and Homer along with being on the Kenai. The home is very comfortable, great beds and shower, and they have everything needed for outfitting the gear for fishing, then vacuum processing, freezing or cooking the catch! The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and enjoying them. It was dry enough outside the first night to have a fire in the firepit in view of the river. Dawn, thanks so much for your help with locating fishing guides.

Peaceful Urban Nest near airport

MollyRating, 5 stars7 months ago
My stay was perfect! Rebecca was lovely. The place was immaculate, spacious and very well appointed. The location is ideal—close to the airport, easy to find, and minutes from downtown. I was very much at home. It felt very private, looked out into the yard with flowering plants and a nice lawn bordered by trees. Seeing the train go by that evening was magical. I’ve found my home away from home when I’m in Anchorage! Thank you Rebecca!

Mother in Law suite in the Hills

IsaiahRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Do yourself a favor a book this home. I'll break the reviews down by 1) the room, and 2) the hostess. 1) The guesthome was clean and exactly as described. The views from it are breathtaking, as you drive into a slightly wooded cove. All the essentials are covered, and she even has some pamphlets for northern lights viewing, and things to do around town. The bed was very comfy and there's plenty of space overall. She also has a security cam on the premises for safety, and porch lights. 2) Lynsie was the best host I could have asked for. She and her family are very personable, and showed genuine care that our stay in Fairbanks was safe and fun. There was some snowy/icy weather after the first night I stayed. Her dad gave me a ride around Fairbanks in his 4x4 truck to show how the road conditions, and to give tips on driving in snowy/icy weather. They also have a snow plow on site, so they plowed all the snow from the driveway for us to get to the main road. Just a little extra care.

Modern Loft w/ Garage - 1 BR/BATH

JerolynRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We’ve stayed all around the world and this space is definitely always going to be a place we will always remember! The house had everything we needed to stay cozy and comfy! We got to see the northern lights three times - truly a magical place to live! We also appreciated that Marissa & Sam went above and beyond as hosts! They helped arrange for a driver when we landed at 3am and then also took us to get our rental car the next morning. We also appreciated the welcome note and snacks they had for us as well! We highly recommend them and cannot wait to come back again someday!

We had a great stay! Wesley and Torie made it super easy to check in, and they were great communicators as our dates changed around. It was super handy to have boot dryers, as well as the full washer/dryer. Everything was in like new condition, and we appreciated the variety of kitchen appliances (including an air fryer!). Definitely would stay again!
