You will be staying on the edge of the village with views of fields, woods and hills. Only a few minutes riverside walk to village centre where there is a variety of places to eat , shops, pubs, Brewery! homemade Gelato! Secluded, Adults only site, NO Pets. Self Catering Log Cabins situated on the edge of 3 acre lake. Ideal for couples, or fishing, bird watching, reading, writing, painting, very relaxing and very peaceful. Contractors welcome also. Plenty of free parking onsite, including a space right next to your lodge. Cosy log burner, fire-pit/BBQ (clean grill after use), free wifi, free Netflix, free fishing day and night. Very comfortable and relaxing all year round. Up to 36lb carp. Coarse fish too!

Beautiful barn conversion which is ideally situated for walkers and 3 Peaks Challenge adventurers! It offers 3 bedrooms in the main house and is within walking distance of the local pubs, café and train station and has its own private car park for guests. From April 2019 2 (dog friendly) micro lodges/pods will be added and are located in the walled garden area next to the main house, both with private terrace and bbq. Pods are en-suite and equipped with TV, fridge, microwave and sofa.

Hollicarrs is a lovely site. Very quiet and peaceful and the staff were really helpful. They let us check in 2 and a half hours early as the lodge was ready. We were given advice on local shops and the best routes into York which was helpful. The lodge itself was beautiful. Clean, tidy, nicely decorated. There was a cute Christmas tree in the lodge as well which made it very cosy and homely. The hot tub was a lovely additional touch. We had a great stay at Pinewood Lodge. We will be back!

Amazing stay at this place - Will be going back again, was blown away with how good the area was, the lodge we stayed in was better than the pictures, the amenities were great inside, was warm and cosy, hot tub on the deck was secluded whilst open so felt really relaxing. The staff were amazing, friendly and knowledgable. No faults at all. Great location, not far into York for a day out. Such great value for money!
