Vacation rentals with breakfast in Yorkshire

I would definitely recommend John’s place for a visit to Hebden Bridge! Conveniently close to the train station, the house is in peaceful surroundings with beautiful views. The place is very spacious. Kitchen was spotless, beds were really comfortable, and John left a kind welcome pack of breakfast ingredients, fruit and snacks. There’s also lots of useful info about the area, including walks, restaurants and pubs.

We had a great stay here whilst we were hiking In the Peak District. Both Ian & Fiona were super friendly and helped us with the best routes as we had never been here before. The house was stunning, clean & perfect for our stay. We really appreciated all of their help and everything provided. Would really recommend. Thanks Ian & Fiona😊

What a brilliant host. The house was perfect for our short stay and Ian even left our kids an Easter egg as a surprise for Easter. If we are ever in the area again we would stay again.

A great stay for a family trip to Aintree Grand National. Parking was easy on the street outside the property. The bedrooms were clean and well equipped with everything you need including nice towels, kettle/tea/coffee, hairdryer, hangers, TV. The communal kitchen was clean, modern and well equipped, it was also a lovely touch to have plenty of milk and breakfast items. The communal bathroom had plenty of clean towels available and a nice hot, clean shower in both the communal and ensuite bathroom (room 1). There is also a separate communal toilet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found it a great location (walking distance) from Aintree Racecourse. I would recommend staying here. Thank you!

I just want to reiterate what everyone else has already said about Belinda and Ian's place - it's a fantastic place to stay. Belinda is an amazing cook so you can expect good home cooked food. It's the perfect balance of being chatty and sociable but also getting your own space to relax. Highly recommend!

I booked this for my disabled brother, his disabled friend and a carer. Very modern with really comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. Perfect location to visit all the amenities in Blackpool and far enough away to relax after a busy day sightseeing. They can’t wait to go back next year!

The moment I arrived, I felt completely at home! The house is incredibly welcoming, and Jessica is warm, kind, and absolutely lovely. The bedroom felt like something out of a boutique hotel—stylish, cozy, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. I would come back again and again—it's truly exquisite!

Lovely weekend stay in Harrogate - perfect location to walk to the centre and restaurants. Apartment was very clean and cosy, and it was very helpful having the parking permit to park directly out the front. Would highly recommend for any couple wanting to visit Harrogate for a few days.

Smashing flat in the centre of Harrogate. Quiet street, easy from the station. Catriona was a communicative host and the flat had everything we needed. Will definitely book again if available - fingers crossed!

Lovely stay at Martin and Carmen's flat! Had everything we needed for a 4 night stay with our dog. Comfortable, clean and a great location for buses into town or a lovely stroll into Headingley.

We loved staying at Jane & Andrew’s “cottage” as I’m calling it. It’s so much more than an apartment, it’s so spacious, beautiful and welcoming with a lovely courtyard at the back along with the hot tub. We didn’t visit the farm since my hubby has had hip & knee surgery recently and the uphill climb would have been too much for him but for sure we’ll be back and hopefully he’ll be fit enough to do it then. The local Sainsbury’s is just a 10 minute walk away so I would walk there and then take a cheap 3.50 quid Uber back with heavy groceries…like Guinness, lol The West End pub is also a 10 minute walk away and a cheap 3.50 quid Uber back too. We flew from Toronto to visit family in Wyke and adored staying in this gem of a place for a week. So peaceful and a perfect size for two adults. The owners’ Grandkids were just next door, so if you have a couple of kids there’s plenty of room for them too and I’m sure they’d all get along, but as just us two adults we had loads of room.

Lovely place, spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need and lot's of extras too. Very comfortable and friendly helpful hosts.

Wonderful stay - fantastic location (easy walk to train station or city centre, & right by small supermarket & bus stop) and extremely peaceful flat with everything we needed. Helen gave clear, unfussy instructions and the flat is clean & comfortable, with a great shower & nice beds. The kitchen welcome items were extremely thoughtful (and especially appreciated with children in tow!). We would love to return.

This is the second time we have stayed with Winston and we would stay again. The property is perfect for us. Close to transportation, shops and restaurants and perfectly outfitted with everything we need. You can also always count on either Winston or Liz to respond quickly if you have any questions or concerns.

Hi arrived and felt welcome straight away .Nice area od Scarborough rural-quiet.Which I'm used to wonderful .Accommodation was perfect ,especially the separate bathroom with shower&bath.Breakfast each morning was attentive & nicely presented. Definitely book again as Sarah makes you feel relaxed &at home instantly. Is near to Scarborough but a good walk if your not to fit lol .Taxi would be a plan B if not .Air B&B for me in summer was perfect thankyou ♡

Our stay with Jane was perfect! we had our own private bedroom and bathroom as well as a shared living space with Jane and her partner Jim. Jane welcomed us into their beautiful home after a long local walk and was helpful throughout our stay! She even went the extra mile and let us borrow some gloves for our early walk in the morning! I could not recommend this stay enough! Both Jane and her husband were lovely people, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back in the future!

5* Bed and Breakfast We're so glad to have found this place to spend 4 wonderful nights. We just wish we could have stayed for longer. Karen and Chris were warm and welcoming from the very beginning and took care in showing us around the property which is beautiful inside and out. The room was stunning and had everything you could ever need and the soft and plump furnishings didnt go amiss. Everything was perfect! After a long day of hiking we were able come back to an amazing power shower, a large cosy bed and relax for the night in the nice fluffy robes that were on offer. We were always welcomed with big smiles first thing in the morning and set up for the day ahead with a delicious breakfast. Karen and Chris were always so attentive and friendly which made us feel so relaxed and comfortable. We loved our morning chats with Karen, it felt like we had known her for years. We've found a little peace of paradise and we can't wait to visit again x

I stayed for 4 nights. Helen gave me a very warm welcome and went out of her way to make my stay enjoyable. Daisy the dog was always excited to greet me.The room was comfortable, the bed comfort excellent and the shower excellent. The continental breakfasts were delicious and plentiful with fresh croissant and pastries, yoghurt, muesli, granola, fresh orange juice, and fresh coffee, and they were delivered to the room. I had access to a small fridge and coffee, tea and a kettle in the room. There is a Lidl across the road, very handy for provisions. I have stayed in many b&b's in Whitby, but Helen's is the best.

Perfect 1 night stay!! Catherine’s place was exactly what we needed for a nights stay over. We were gundog training and had travelled up 3 hours with our 4 dogs (which Catherine very kindly agreed for us bring) so it was the perfect base for getting some rest and the beautiful breakfast the next morning set us up for the day ahead! Thankyou for a lovely stay! :-)

Steve's property was a great find. It's a perfect location for visiting students at the nearby Universities of Nottingham and Loughborough. The accommodation was well laid out and immaculate. We were welcomed by Steve, who always replied to messages quickly. The breakfast provided was an added bonus. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again when we are next visiting our daughter at university.

Had a great stay. BnB had everything we needed. Great location. Wonderful host. Andy made us feel very welcome and at home. Very friendly, happy to chat and share his knowledge/ answer questions about the local area. Enjoyed the breakfast. Andy continuously offering more tea and coffee :) would definitely stay again if returning to that area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rob and Becky’s Bnb. It’s a cosy room and house, a quick stroll into Windermere and an easy walk down to Bowness-on-Windermere! Rob and Becky were super friendly, had great recommendations for cycle paths and served a lovely breakfast each morning! We loved our stay - Will be back again next time!
